STO PO line item to be deleted

Hi All,
Customer has created a STO purchase order with reference to sale order as AAC.
He didn't make any GR.
When he try to delete the PO line item, system is not allowing to delete.
error V1 348: No update of sales order from Purchse order.
Please advice what to be done.

: No update of sales order &1 from purchase order (error &2 &3) has message number v2 227
and this message refers to message v1 348 which is "Schedule line type xx is not supported here".
go se91 enter the message number and then display the long text to the message it indicates what to do.

You might be getting this error while do clearing of vendor who is liable for withholding tax.
You are getting this error because you have to do payment of Withholding tax.
If this is not the scenario please revert with exactly when you are getting said error.

Line item extract and delete query

If you change the default view for a scenario and line-item detail has been entered,
you should first extract the line-item detail and save it. Then delete the line-item
detail from the scenario before changing the view. You must change the extracted
line-item detail to match the new default view before loading it.
The above is a reference from HFM-Admin guide.
Could any one tell how to extract or delete line item??

Here my query is addition and deletion of line items in delivery suggestionable or not if not any alternate solution please............
-->You can delete the line item in the delivery if PGI not done for that delivery,
-->But system will not allow you the new item in the delivery,because as per the standard functionality system will copy the items from the sales order and this is advaisable also.
-->So if you want to add new item add in the sales order then create delivery for that order.
-->Still you want to add item at delivery ( for your business requirement) you need to do the item categroy determination for the deliveries through 0184 transaction.
-->Redetermine the pricing at billing level for that item by maintaining proper copy control settings between delivery and billing at item level in VTFL transaction.
Maintain pricing type field as B-Carry out new pricing
Make sure that you done the pricing procedure detrmination with the combination of billing document pricing procedure in OVKK transaction.

Deleted PO line item not coming to Sourcing

We created PO from sourcing, later we realized that vendor need to be chaged. so we deleted PO line item, but this deleted line item is not displaying in sourcing cockpit. when could be the reason

LIne item deletion -availability

Hello Everyone,
I am in a bit of a pickle. I had 2 KAs for a material/serial number combination say 1 and 2. The material has been confirmed in the schedule line
in KA 1 but then BP wanted to bring it in using KA 2 so he assigned a reason for rejection for that line item in KA 1 so he could confirm the schedule line
in KA 2. This didnt work.
Unfortunately I deleted the confirmed schedule line in KA 1 and then deleted the line time itself in KA 1. This didnt result in the material being available for a return with KA 2.
As a result of the above in MMBE the material is still with the customer (KB)(we are using KB and KA for rental process mapping)
but if look at KA 2 availablity check result for the material that qty is still confirmed against KA 1 line item which we deleted.
Please assist in bring the material to available

What do you mean by KA?? As far as possible, please dont use any abbreviated words and conclude everybody would read your mind. I presume it is order type.
When you say rental processing, I don't understand why you were involving delivery. Ideally, the process should have been Order related billing. Also are the two lines have same material code?
Please share maximum informations both from business perspective and SAP point of view so that suitable suggestions can be given.

Deleting line item in scheduling agreement

Hi ,
The scheduling agreement has 2 line items which are of same material. The first line item needs to deleted as it had the wrong price in it.
We are able to block it but have not been able to set the deletion flag. There were a few GR and IR done but all of them had been reversed.
Kindly suggest a way toset the deletion flag.

If you have reversed all the documents of that material, then you can delete the material by selecting that in scheduling agreement ME32L.

How to delete line item from sales order ?

Dear All ,
user is having 20 line items from which 3 line items of which prod order confirmation cancellation is done also goods reversal done now as user tries to delete the line items an info box pops up --> Due to cost management the line item can not be deleted . Can u tell me that if these line item is not deleted than how to delete this ? sos what user had done that he had selected reason for rejection for these 3 line items so now the total wt is reduced but user is not able to delete the lineitems .

For those line items you can assign a REASON FOR REJECTION. Automatically the status of those line items will be closed.

Deleting line item from sales order

Due to your availability check & transfer of requirement config for sales process & material, in the background planned order already generated. Till the time you have subsequent document for Item, you can't delete the litem.
So, take assistance of PP consultant in your team for delete planned order

Deleted Service PO line items are appering in ME28

Dear SAP Experts,
I have created one service po with 2 line items. One line item has plant 'X' and that line item has been deleted by me, in second line item has different plant 'Y' . While releasing the PO using ME28 transaction deleted po lintem also appearing in that?

For purchase order release strategy is triggered at Header level i.e for total document not for individual line items.
When you try to release at ME28 also it will release total document and I could not able note where you are getting line numbers in ME28.
Please let me know if you have any further query.

Reconfigure sales BOM deletes line item and creates new line item

We are having issue with Sales BOM. Once sales BOM is reconfigure, line item is automatically deleted and creates new line item. These changes are not captured by reporting tool. Is it standard SAP behavior? if its not standard behavior, how to fix this issue?

If i am not wrong, i assume you are using site instead of plant. If it is plant , then "yes", we can have a order with same material being line item 10 and 20 with different plants. Reg delivery, if the plants are configured to a same shipping point then you will have one delievery. if the plants are configured for a different shipping point , then delivery will be split up.

Deleted PO line Item dissappearing from PO output

Hi,
*SRM 5.0 ECS.*
*Below is the scenario waht happening*
1) PO created with 3 line item and ordered
2)First line item deleted and ordered and after approval if i see the PO output there is a text below first line item saying that this line item has been deleted and the relvant price is not calculted this is OK
3) Again i have deleted second line item and ordered, after that if i go to see PO output the first line item is dissappearing from the output preview and only second deleted line item is showing in the output
Meaning the PO out is showing only latest deleted line item, not all the deleted line items
I have tested this for 2 to 3 clients and same is the scenario
Is this SRM std behavior or something is wrong

Can't delete video line item from iTunes; crashes instead!

I have a line item for video in my iTunes library that I can't delete; it crashes iTunes instead.
When I right-click on the item, I get an error message that wants to send info to Microsoft before I can Clear it or uncheck it.
I've deleted the original video file and all other items in the library are responsive. I can still import music and video however when I try to sync with my iPod, it downloads everything until it gets to this line item and then iTunes crashes and closes.
Frustrating... Any ideas?

If Zevoneer's suggestion didn't work you can try just
clearing your whole library by pressing Ctrl+A & Del,
then adding it again by going File>Add folder to
library and add the folders you want.
If that still doesn't work (it doesn't let you clear
the library), uninstall then reinstall iTunes. That
should clear the library.
Well, looks like the simplest solution was the correct one. I tried to delete my library but it crashed when it got to the problem line item. So I ended up reinstalling iTunes and the line item was successfully deleted. (Now I get to recompile my library of 7400 songs and 200 videos. I'll get back with ya'll next month!)

Order - line item deletions

We are using standard SAP extractors and we have a major problem with Sales Orders. When line items are being deleted, the extractors are not sending this info to BW and our backlog is showing a different picture compared to the source system. Please help.

BADI: ME_PROCESS_REQ_CUST Detecting a Deleted Line Item?

I have implemented this BADI for mapping and for defaulting GL Account Numbers that we read in a custom ZMAPPING_Table. All of my gl account mapping logic is in the 'PROCESS_ACCOUNT' method in this BADI. Just an FYI, there is some code in the 'PROCESS_ITEM' method in this BADI, for another process, as well.
It is important that I keep track of the line items and their related GL Account Numbers, Material Groups, and all other line item data entered data during the create and change of a Purchase Requisition in a global internal table during runtime. It is working well.
The issue is that I need to identify when a line item is being deleted in the P.R. during runtime Then, I can delete the entry in the internal table as well. When I delete a line item in the P.R. the logic always seems to break in the 'PROCESS_ITEM' method, and never the 'PROCESS_ACCOUNT' method.
Is there a delete line item indicator, variable, flag, or field, that I can check during runtime in the 'PROCESS_ITEM' method in my ABAP code to see if a line item is in the process of being deleted in the P.R.? it would probably be easiest to validate this in the 'PROCESS_ITEM' method during runtime since we have some code in this method, and it always enters that logic when a line item is deleted. Below are the objects that are being read. If someone has the answer, I'd sure be happy to get the OO code for it as well, since I am still getting my feet wet with OO.
