Stock adjustment in CIN part

Hi all,
We are working in CIn client.
Now we have done Physical inventory for a material.
We done MI01, MI04 and MI07 and adjusted IM part.
To cover excise part in which tcode we need to do excise adjustments in case of shortage and excess? The material are excisable and we have paid exicse duties during procurement.
I also need to know in case of issue to cost center and scrap handling in CIN part.
Request your help.
Thanks
A.Gururajan

Hi,
I hope there is no link between physical inventory & excise.
Normally we do physical inventory to make sure that Book Qty & physical Qty are the same.
As you said, when you procure you have already paid the excess duties. So incase of any excess or shortage in stock if needed you can pass a excise JV using J1IH.
I am not sure whether we need to do an excise adjustment as part of the physical inventory activity.
Thanks & Regards,

  • Adjusting color in part of an image in a photo.

Hi, just bought Photoshop CC and am stuck.  I just received a photo of my uncle that was taken through the glass of the frame it was in.  The right side of his face is lighter than the rest of his face.  How do I adjust this color? You can also see some lightening of the lower right portion of his hat. Other issues have been corrected.  Portion of photo attached.  Thanks.

Thank you so much.  I will give it a shot. Your help is greatly appreciated.  Will let you know how it works.

  • Stock adjustment

    Hi All,
I need to do a stock adjustment.
This is the MB51 at the Supplying plant:
This is MB51 at the receiving plant:
The issue is that: When the receiving plant runs a slow moving stock report, this material shows up on the report.  But, MMBE for this material at the receiving plant shows 0 stock. But, when I compared to the stock movements in both these plants (as I know there were some stock transfers in the past), what I found was:
MB5T- Stock in transit report shows there is 1 LT of this material being transferred from supplying plant to receiving plant, but not yet received at the other end.
    This dates back to 19.10.2012.
    This is Stock in transit:
User has advised that supplying plant processed 351 twice on 19.10.2012 for the same order, out of which one was receipted in the receiving end on 19.10.2012. On 23.10.2012, a 701 was done at the supplying plant and they assume its to balance stock and this was perhaps to correct the 2nd 351 done on 19.10.2012. Both plants have currently 0 stock of this material physically and they think its correct.
I think this might have balanced the stock in some way then, but certainly has not called back the stock in transit. Hence, stock in transit still shows as 1. and hence affects the slow moving stock report (custom report).
MM03- Accounting 1 for this material at receiving plant shows, Total stock =1.
I think the correct way to rectify this issue is that: either reverse GI (352) and then write off stock/adjust in supplying plant or receive the stock into receiving plant and then adjust stock there.
Is that correct approach? What was the impact of 701 here?
    Regards,
    SS

    Hi,
Reversing the GI with 352 to the supplying plant will be the best option. But this will bring stock of 1 LT to your plant, which is not there physically. You can directly consume the stock against cost center with 201 movement or scrap it using 551 movement in the supplying plant, so that the system stock and physical stock remains the same. Please check the accounting entries also. Based on the current valuation price, the accounting entries will be posted. If the valuation price is different, you may maintain the value in "Amount in LC" field (OMBW config).
Also refer the note:  392205 - Analysis of stock in transit/correction for split valuation
Please train the users not to use 701 / 702 movements just for immediate stock adjustment. It may lead to further stock inconsistencies as now.

  • Negative Stock Adjustment

What is the  significance of negative stock adjustment account in Balance Sheet?? Is it's balance is  required in balance sheet??

    Hi,
If you are referring to the negative stock adjustment account it is usually recomended that this is an expense account and not a balance sheet account.
The reason is that the balance on this account will never be moved, and it is infact an expense that you are booking. (the amount booked would normally first got to stock (asset) and then from stock to COGS (expense), in this case it can not be booked to stock and hence should be booked directly as expense)
If you need further clarification please inform.
Please note that this is just a recomendation.

  • Physical Inventory stock Adjustment

    Dear Sir,
My case i could not able to make the stock adjust ment of exact quantity..some material is accepting 10 % some material is accepting 25 % i want to judge how materila material(ROH) its  differing
And In standard Physical Inventory Configurations about Lowest value by range of coverage 12 24 36 48..and also tell me settlement periods 1 2 3 4 with percentage.
And one more think is, if i want to do dailly(Stock adjustment) it will accept! and how much percentage it ll accept? And tell me yearly wise how many times we can do the stock adjustment using physical inventory where exactly they have mentioned please rectify all.
    Note:
    1. Devaluations by range of coverage at company code level(OMW5) here what is the range coverage 12 24 36 48 please rectify me.
    2. Devaluation by slow / Non movement at company code level(OMW6) here what is the number of settelement periods Please rectify both.
    Regards,
    Priya Rathi.

It is possible to do a physical inventory daily, and there is not any percentage to restrict the adjustment.
You might have one that requires extra approval, but if you should have 1 Kg and find nothing, then you have 100 % difference, and it must be possible to adjust the stock. It would not make any sense to adjust only 25% of a difference.

  • CS6 - how do I adjust audio level part way through a clip using audio mixer?

Hi there - I'm using the trial version of CS6 and will almost certainly buy it. I've watched lots of the video tutorials but am stumped on this simple issue!
    1. Let's say I have a clip and I want to increase the audio level part way through a clip.
    2. In Example A below I have added a keyframe at the point I want to change the volume.
    3. I then went to the audio mixer and increased the volume level using the slider. But nothing changed on the clip.
    4. The only way I could get it to work was to add more key frames after the first one (see Example B) and increase the volume on the timeline.
    5. This is very fiddly and I'd prefer to be able to do this using the audio mixer. Is this possible?
    Example A                                                                                                              Example B

With the proper Send settings (Write, Touch, etc., as Craig mentions), you can easily ride the Volume in real-time. I like to add a Numbered Marker to where I want the adjustment to begin, hold, and then end, so that I have several visual clues, besides the aural ones.
I also have found that the default setting for Audio>Minimal Time Thinning Interval places too many Keyframes on the Track, so I have bumped that up in Preferences.
Also remember, the Keyframes added with Audio Mixer are Track Keyframes, and not Clip Keyframes. If you were to remove all Clips, those Keyframes would still be there, and would affect any Clips that you added back.
    Good luck,
    Hunt

  • How to adjust brightness of part of the screen of shot video

    Hi,
I have a video I am editing and for the most part the brightness and contrast levels are fine. But when I pan to a LCD display which is part of the video, the brightness is way too high. I can't redo this clip, but am wondering if there is a reasonable way to apply a filter which just lowers the intesity of the LCD screen while leaving the surrounding areas alone. It would sort of be like the concept they chroma keying does (in a loose sort of way).
    thanks!
    'mark

Doesn't always work the way you think it should but you could try dropping the Broadcast Safe filter on the entire clip.
You could also just cut the clip where the brightness first appears and add the 3 way Color Corrector. Adjust it to where you like it and then add a disolve between the clips. (may or may not do it for you depending on how the bright spot comes into frame, but it's a fast workaround) Could keyframe the 3 way in if you like.
There are other things you can do with the 3 way to limit it's effect but to get a grip on it you should probably refer to the manual.

  • Photoshop CS: using a shape to adjust a single part of an image

I have a pic with a palm tree being lit by a string of christmas lights. I have adjusted the image to may taste but the area where the lights are have too much light.
I saw a tutorial about 4 months ago where the instructor used a shape to modify a clock on a wall. As my memory serves me in a spotted fashion. He simple drug a circle around the clock and adjusted the luma and choma in the clock.
can anyone give me a walkthru of how this is done?
    Photoshop CS / Mac 10.5.6 / Intell 3.0 Quadcore

You need to read up on selections and masks. There are many excellent video tutorials out there, which you can find through Google of course.
Basically you want to create a selection of the area you want to modify and turn it into a mask.
    >Photoshop CS / Mac 10.5.6
That combination is known to cause a multitude of issues, and that's why it's not supported by Adobe. :/

  • Problem with Adjustment Brush enhancing parts of picture it shouldn't

Working on some pictures I encountered the following problem today. I did my major adjustments to the picture (e.g. Exposure -0,95) and then wanted to add some minor touches with the Adjustment Brush. As soon as I placed one click with the brush tool anywhere in the picture the highlights of the whole picture becamer over exposed.
This first screenshot shows the picture after the first adjustments:
Now you can see that I added an Adjustment Brush (Size:11, Feather: 25, Flow: 50, Density: 100) far away from the face and still the highlights in face are blown out. Nothing else has been changed:
Does anyone have an idea what the problem is and how to avoid ACR doing this? It does not make a difference if the adjustment brush is set to a plus or minus value.
    Thanks in advance
    Oliver
    (Win 7 x64 Ultimate, Photoshop CS5 12.0.4, ACR 6.5.0.216)

Thank you for the replies, Tai Lao.
    1. The behaviour is occuring no matter if viewed in 100%, 24% or any other magnification.
    2. No, I haven't tried ACR 6.6. Judging from this thread the problem seems to exist for quite a few versions now.
    3. The brush stroke seen on the screenshot was a "new" one. It was the first brush action done to the picture.
I tried reducing the size of the adjustment brush to 2 and place this tiny brush stroke in the outmost corner of the picture. Still the highlights went up. Opening the picture as a Smart Object before using the brush everything is fine in PS. Reopening the Smart Object in ACR and using the size 2 brush far away from the higlights causes the same unwanted beheaviour.
At first I thought it had something to do with having done some adjustment to the exposure before but testing showed that this phenomena happens even when nothing was done the picture prior to using the adjustment brush.

  • I have one sales order but the condition is the stock delivered to the part

is in various instalments 10%every month up to 100% how it configure

it is possible through standard SAP, when you create delivery you can give the required qty. of 10% of order ever time, but its possible if the price is same for all months,
with referance to delivery you can create shipment and shipment cost, invice.
If you have defferent prices for every month you have to create separate sales order ever month.
please assign the points if its helpful.

  • 711 PI write off question

    Hi All
To speed up the PI process I have tested that you can move the 'lost stock' quantity from one storage type and bin to the 999 storage type using LT01 and then write off using LI21.
It creates the correct 711 movement type for stock write off.
What are the pitfalls in adopting this method?
    Thanks in advance
    Darren

    Hi Jurgen
    Strange but true!
I counted the actual clicks and key presses it takes to process an individual stock adjustment for one part number using LICC, LI11N, LI20 and LI21. It took less clicks and key presses using standard SAp PI than any other write off process I have tested. They included writing off to a cost centre and my previous test of moving the stock difference from its bin to a bin in storage type 999 that just needed LI21 to write off. (even when the processes I have tested have less T-codes!)
I was going to use the LT01 and LI21 process that I tested for just writing off stock adjustments as and when the warehouse staff find a discrepency.
I have a company reluctance to use SAP PI as it "has too many transactions and is too complicated".
Thanks for your suggestion Jurgen, I will enlighten the necessary people.....
    Regards
    Darren

  • Adjustment brush working in limited parts of the image

The adjustment brush only shows the brush tool on certain parts of the picture. I can start the adjustment in those parts of the picture and move over to the area that needs to be adjusted, but can not start the adjustment from the part of the picture that needs adjusting. How do I get it to be available for the whole picture?

That seems to have been an issue with the last several versions of photoshop.
Turning off open gl (use graphics processor) will make the dot grid display correctly, but at the expense of no open gl functions like 3d.
It could be a nvidia vs amd thing where one graphics card brand doesn't render the dot grid that way, but the other brand does.
