Stock is not updating in F&R

Hi All,
We had a problem in Production system that the Stock for one article is say 10 in R/3 but it is not updated in SAP F&R.
Possible reasons & initial investigation till now as follow:-
1.Stock checked in MARD table in R/3.
2.There is no FRE_UI error for that article & site.
3.All the stock load & process batch jobs completed sucessfully.
4.The MB51 report for Mat doc checked & found correct.
5.The RP profile changed as part of a relevant F&R RP profile & the article site is existing in FRE_DB_ART_SITE & also in /sap/matloc
Error in exception WB as
''For location product 0645/100392133 no stock is maintained in LIME''
So can anybody suggest how to solve this problem to populate the stock in F&R.

Hi Dharmendra,
itu2019s hard to provide a specific hint. From the standard functionality point of view I can recommend to use the F&R time series interface for stock booking only. That means in F&R table /FRE/BIF_TSD is a record required with movement type qualifier 4000. This record needs to be booked with report /FRE/BIF_INB01, indicator time series data has to activated. When the booking was successfull the record is automatically deleted. (Even if the stock is 0 the quantity will be transferred.)
In ERP Retail you can use FRE03 to transfer the stock. Enter the site and article, activate indicator stock information and activate indicator transfer data general --> Execute. Then check if a new record has been created in F&R in table /FRE/BIF_TSD with qualifier 4000.
In ERP Retail you define in customizing which stock types shall be F&R relevant, e. g. LABST and INSME, and you define the movement type qualifier which must be 4000 (since this is the default setting in F&R). Check the the stock type of the 10 eaches
Path: SAP IMG --> ... --> Forecasting and Replenishment --> Define Stock Types. (Customizing view V_FRE_TS_REL_ST)

Apps stock and not updating

For the past 10 days more than 5 apps on my iPhone and iPad are stuck and not updating. Can anyone help please.

1. Check iTunes and see if you have a pending/stalled download e.g. Podcast, Books, Music, Movies or iTune U. Finish off the download and you should be able to update.
2. Connect to iTune; and Check for available download (under Store). When download is completed, sync to iPad.

Material Stock is not Updated in T.Code MC.9

I am running Material stock report in T.code MB5B it is showing the correct stock report but when i execute T.code MC.9 (Material Analysis) it is showing difference of Rs 96015 This difference is whatever transaction we have made in Movement type 121 it will not get updated in MC.9.
Can anyone having solution of this.

If lot is in SKIP status then stok posting tab will not appear. You need to find out DMR rule which is causing SKIP status.
You can easily check this in QDL3 or you can do one thing. Go to QDL2 and change next stage as "100 - Inspect" so system should create next lot as inspection. You would be able to do RR & UD.

Delivered qty and put in stock qty not updated after GR reversal

Hi,
We encountered a strange issue while making a 102 movement for a production order.
Planned order qty - X
Production order qty - X+Y
Confirmed Qty - X
GR posted for Splits of Qty X
GR Posted for Qty Y
At this time Quantities in Production shows like
Planned Order   X
Order               X+Y
Delivered          X+Y
Commited        X
As wrong posting has been done for Qty Y, GR reversal has been carried for Y. After Reversal
Deliveried Qty and Put in Stock qty still shows X+Y.
This is an issue as settlement can not done as it has difference in quantities. This issue was nver observed earlier.
Looked for any available SAP note for this issue and couldn't get one. Any help to fix this issue or reference to any SAP note is appreciated.

Hi,
Look into the Transaction : COGI.
If the entry is there act upon the entry.
If this is the case, suggested is to schedule the Program : "CORUPROC" in thr regular intervals.

Stock information in serial number not updated

Dear All,
After doing GR Stock Information(ie, Stock type, plant, storage location) of some serial numbers not updated. Status of these serial numbers is ESTO. Stock of these serial numbers updated in warehouse. Still stock information not updated in serial number. Due to this not able to issue this stock in 601 movement. Also not able to reverse this serial number using 102 movement type in MIGO. Error while doing 102 movement type is Deficit of PU IR quantity XXXX NOS. Pls help

GR for Production Order, not updating Stock

Issue:
I am posting a GR for a production order, but the stock qty is not getting updated. I checked in MB51, i find the document being posted, but in MMBE the stock is not updated. In the system, there is 2 settlement profiles, one which allows settlement on material & the other only on G/L or Cost Center. I find this issue only when i create orders which have settlement receivers as G/L or Cost Center, also in MB51 i find that the sloc field is blank, even though it is maintained in the order & the same is seen when i receive via MB31.
Await your inputs as to where i need to check to resolve this issue.

I believe your pointing in the right direction. My suspicion is on similar lines.
A brief backdrop:
Order is created, whose settlement is to be done on a G/L acct, the settlement profile does not allow settlement onto material & hence in the GR tab, the GR non-valuated indicator is ticked. I manually ticked the GR indicator to post GR via MB31.
In MB51 i find the material document, but what is interesting is, the storage location field is blank, even though the order contains this value, which was later seen during MB31 posting as well.
But a similar order has been created in the legacy system with the same parameters as above & i find the stock to be updated.
So i suspect, it is something to do with the account determination, which is not allowing the quantity updation to take place, because of the GR non-valuated tick in the order header.
Hope i was able to put across the issue to you in a clear way.

Migo (Movement type 101) does not update quntity in the report.

Dear experts,
I have a custome report for goods receipt (ABAP Query).
In this report, quntity (unrestricted stock) is not updated when I do MIGO (mType 101). The quntity however, is updated in MMBE unrestricted stock columm after MIGO.
Could you please help me how to make quntity updated in the report when I do MIGO with movement type 101?

The question is solved.
I went to query, then Additional fields and picked movement tyep-quntity field, went to Local fields and added complex calculation for mtype 101.
I am going to close this thread.

Sales Order stock E not displayed in Plant stock view MM03

Hello Experts,
I am wondering if it is normal that the sales order stock level (type E) owned by the plant of a material is not displayed in the MM03 view plant stock of the same material. Is it a standard behaviour? Could you please explain why?

displayed in the material master (Transactions MM01/MM02/MM03).
The valuated special stock is not visible in the accounting view of
the material master because the accounting view shows

Storage location is not updated after posting GR with Mvt type 107(Valuated GR blocked stock)

Hi experts,
Before posting GR through Movement type 107 (valuated GR blocked stock) we can see the storage location field in MIGO screen and able to enter value into this field. But after posting GR when we retrieve the material document we are finding that the field (storage location) is blank, i.e. it's not updated at all. When we check the stock in MMBE we find that no quantity is updated for valuated GR blocked stock.
We want the storage location to be updated while posting GR with 107 Mvt type.
Any idea Please?

SAP describes it in help.sap.com: Since the material is not to be added to the inventory yet, do not enter a storage location.
If you require a storage location, then I assume that your design does not match with the design of SAP, you are using a function to solve a gap which is not foreseen by SAP for this case.
Especially the 107 is usually representing stock which is still in transfer but you are already the legal owner and have to show the value of those goods in your books.

Last stock update Date Tab not updating in ICH

I observed that in ICH screen Last stock update Tab is not going to update every time while demand and stock information coming from ECC to ICH.
There is no stock inconsistency. All stock tab information are updating correctly in ICH compare to ECC system.
Only this Last stock update tab Date are not updating.
What is the reason behind this?
Could you please help me to resolve this?

Stocks not updating

Since upgrading to 3.0, the stock app will not update my prices. It just clocks. Is this related to 3.0 or is the market just having a bad day?

Same here, stocks and weather on my regular iPhone 3G. Last updated this morning. I thought I was going crazy because everything else works and I reset the phone. Hopefully yahoo is fixing it soon.

Stock not updating after STO?

There are two plants 5000 and 7000.Plant 5000 transfer material to plant 7000 with STO process. But after STO process stok of plant 7000 is updating (addition) but stok of plant 5000 is not reducing..Both material document is showing right quantities .

Check which MOVEMENT TYPE you are using when transference (issue) for that movement QTY UPDATE should be active
go to OMJJ and Put your movement type and then at left side option UPDATE CONTROL/WM movement type.
It could also happen if the Delivery against STO is not created as in such case , stock is not reduced from the Supplying Plant. Else check the Settings at Plant Level in T Code OMS2 if it's happening for every Material from any of these two Plants.

Moving Average Price and Total Stock not updated for MTO scenario

We are using MTO with planning strategy 20, individual collective indicator is 1 (individual requirement only) and price control is V for finished goods. We are facing the following problems after we perform GR of above FG from MFBF (Repetitive -run schedule header):
1)Total Stock field (LBKUM)in Accounting View 1 remain as blank but the sales order stock is appear in Stock Overview screen.
2)Moving average price does not updated after periodic settlement is carried out.
It seem that problem can only be resolved if we change the planing strategy to MTS (ex:40), appreciate that if any of you can provide the solution.
p/s: on ECC5 system.

The standard SAP says as below
The Raw Materials should have MAP 'V' and the SFG and FG should have the price control as 'S' basically because the standard costing variant PPC1 uses the sequence of Standard Price as the first update at the time of price update and settlement.
I presume MFBF is used for Repetitive Manufacturing and not for MTO scenario...Repetitive Manfuacturing is MTS scenario...Goods receipt of production order is normally done through MB31.
If you still want to use the MAP for FG and SFG then you will have to change the costing variant appropriately to pick the MAP first at the time of goods receipt and settlement.

i am doing third party sales, after creating PO with PR and updating stock through Migo , i am not able find the stock, but i can see through MB51 only , i am see the stock through MMBE or MB52

In third party process vndor supplies the goods directly to customer and the goods does not come to our premises at all
In many of the scenarios that i have seen there is no MIGO itself done
To have MIGO is purely optional in third party

The stock updation after MIGO is posted directly to consumption account and we dont keep the stock
So it is not seen in MMBE or MB52 (which is a physical inventory orstock report)
The stock is not there? How can you see that ?
If still you want to see the stocks this is entirely against business logics and consult with your MM and FI colleagues (as this query is their area of operation)
If the third party process is happening with item category TAB then stock updation will take place after MIGO and you can see the same in MMBE/MB52
If not happening means there is some customization error with the PO from MM side Check with MM colleague
Make sure if the item category is TAB then schedule line category is CB
In VOV6 for schedulle line category CB
NB is the order type
0 is the item category
E is the account assignment category
