Actually i want when the stock reached minimum level then we need to get the remainder or intimation fro the system.
I want in detail about this question. i gone through google also but i m not getting correct solution for this.

then Go to Administration->Alert Management->Minimum Stock Deviation
Active this alert .

Thanks!The don't run until needed. They are not programs; they are system services (except for iTunes), and are normally suspended until they receive an interrupt. If you really want to stop them you can go to the Control Panel, Services icon, and stop them. Then start them when you want to use them. You will need an Administrator account to do this, however.
Launch the Task Manager, Processes tab, and see how much CPU they use. It will generally be zero except when the phone is connected, either through WiFi or USB. -

I have 58 branches all over India. Electricity Charges for all these branches are paid by HO depending on the electricity bill received by HO from branch. Electricity amount will differ every month for every branch
Now at the month end, i need to know the list of branches from which we have not received electricity bills. Since there are 58 branches, manual tracking for receipt of electricity bill is not possible.
So i need list from system itself which will show the branch list for which electricity bills are not received.

To simplify the process and make 58 entries each month, I would prefer a small development as below
1. Create a Z Table where you Maintain the Prof Ctr (Branch) / Cost Center, Amount, GL Account, and Month
Whenever you receive a bill, just make an entry into this Z table...

A. FEP stands for Front-End Patch. FEPs are the patches that SAP releases for the BW front-end components of the SAP GUI.
They can be downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace (SMP login required), browsing to the following locations:

I need to make space on my Mac. If I copy a folder from iPhoto on to a hard drive, then delete it from iphoto then import it again, does it retain all my editing? It does not seem to retain Faces info and I have spent hours and days naming people
There is no way to export Faces information.
I'm not sure why you would do this:

If space is an issue then move the whole Library to an external drive:
Make sure the drive is formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

I have a string of text sms and iMessages that I would like to save and then delete them from my phone, but gain access to them later if I need them. I prefer to have the string with the date/time stamp vs copying and pasting into a doc or text file. Is this possible?
Not unless you buy an app that accesses data from an iTunes backup. Check in the app store.

Albums are not places to store photos, they're more like "labels" you can apply to photos to better organize them. A single image file can be in multiple albums... they are not copies, it's simply been labelled as being in all those albums. So what you're trying to do doesn't make sense, because it's based on incorrect assumptions.
The iPhoto library will always show all photos that you have added to iPhoto. -
If I get the Apple Universal Dock , what cable do I then need to get video to my HDTV ? What about the audio portion ?
OK, so that part is correct. Then, do I just hookup and it automatically goes onto my computer? What will capture it, or will it simply show on my desktop and I need to open it with...what?

Maintaining Stocks at WM Level
Dear All,
I have a request from the business whether we could maintain stock at WM level without account assignment. That is stocks are GRN in IM Level with account assignment and when it comes to WM level the stocks should not be based on Account Assignment.
From the system behavioural pattern i believe this is not possible, the reason they are insisting on this is due to the following factors.
1. Our industry is Apparel and with regard to Raw Materials like fabric our present practical scenario is such that we GRN stocks in IM based on Sales Order / Line item. So for eg:
PO/LI - Material A - 200yds - SO/LI1 ( SU 1, SU 2)
PO/LI2 - Material A - 100yds - SO/LI2 ( SU3)
So when the GRN is done the stocks are allocated for the respective Sales Order / Line items. Physically we have three SU (100 each) satisfying the two Sales Order/ line items. So when the user wants to issue for a production order he has the flexibility to select either of the three SUs to satisfy SO/LI1 or SO/LI2 (without the WM system in place)
With WM in place the storage units would be allocated for the respective sales order / Line items as shown above SO/LI1 (SU1 & SU2) & SO/LI2 (SU3). Now the user does not have the flexibility to issue SU3 for SO/LI1.
( The reason the business follows this practice is due to the fact that the product (Fabric) has quite a lot of characteristics such as Width, Shrinkage, Shade so only after the inspection process do they know which SU satisfies which SO/LI.
How do we overcome an issue like this, since at the point of GRN ( MM & WM) we cannot gurantee the correct SUs are getting allocated for the correct SO/LI. As a temporary measure i am doing an MB1B (413) process to switch SUs between SO/LI. Is there any other way i could mitigate this issue,
2. The second issue is during stock counts
Since with WM in place all the SUs will be specific to Sales Order / Line items but when the stores do a stock count they do
based on material / SU alone and are not aware how much yardage is available for SO/LI at Storage Unit Level. Thus the
continous inventory process breaks the stock at SU ( SO/LI Level). Do i have to create a seperate ZPROGRAM to facilitate the
stock count process or is there any way i could do a continous count for material & SU without taking into account the SO/LI.

Based on my understanding . You are receiving goods with "E" stock ( special stock indicator). This E indicator comes with sales order number and line item will be stored( ex: E '151'000020) in the IM and WM stock. (you can see this in LS26/MMBE once you receive).So you canot issue this item for another line item of the same order. Coming to the questions you raised
1. "whether we could maintain stock at WM level without account assignment?".
What ever comes from IM will be the same in WM. So you can not change the stock indicator value only in WM while issuing goods to a specific on hand orders with "E" indicator. I hope you should do a process change either in SD/IM area than in WM. Because you said that "product (Fabric) has quite a lot of characteristics such as Width, Shrinkage, Shade only after the inspection process do they know which SU satisfies".
and So when you are creating a sale order of that kind you should have either not having the specific purchase( E stock ) or should have a BATCH with characteristics. OR you should transfer the stock to quality for quality inspection and then make available for issue. Either way you need to see this issue beyond WM level because this is a process of (SD/IM/FI) cross function.
2. "is there any way i could do a continous count for material & SU without taking into account the SO/LI.?".
I hope NOT.
I could not understand yardage problem while counting.i don't know if any physical material handling problem in warehouse will intern effect of your continuous counting.

Price at header level then how to do billing

i have one scenario where the price is at header level.
and for that reasoni have made the item catagory is not price relevant other wise it will ask price per each line item.
now i faced the probel during the tiem of delivery
after PGI when i am doing the billingby selecting the delivery document number error is comning that item is not billing relevant.
so how can i do the billing.
even i have tried with order related billing but then also its giving error as the same.
so what is the bset possible way for this scenario.
where we are having price at header and stock at the item level then how to do the billing.
what will be the configuration steps.

when ever i am givinbg price at header it is multiplying it self with the number of line item. so if we need to put any price we have to calculate it manually per unit price then we have to put the price in this . so its really giving a pain to us if the amount will be divided amonge the line item rather multiplying it self then it will be a solution for the issue.
like if i m puting 1000 in the header its multiplying to 10 line item and the header price is coming as 10000. but we need to put amount as 10000 and it should divide it self with 10 item and per item it should come as 1000 rupees just the reverse what it coming now

passing table name to a procedure while calling(fp_table_old captures this value) and then need to open a cursor for this table in 'for i in (select * from fp_table_old )', one of the ways I tried is : for i in (execute immediate Lv_sql_query ) but its not working for me, please find the code below for reference, I know I am sounding stupid but I have been very out of touch, please help.

When you have a record in MARC for a certain material plant combination, but no record in MARD for that combination then it means that for the material no stock is possible at storage location level.
If you have a entry in MARD table means for that material you have stock at plant / Storage location level.
But incase if material is provided to subcontract ( Vendor ) then this stock will not be at storage location level but it will be at plant level.
e.g. - total 1000 qty
100 - provided to vendor for subcontracting
800 - stor. A
100 - stor. B
Then in MARD you will get only 900 qty and not 1000 qty

I just had to reformat the external hard drive that houses my iPhoto library, then restore it from a backup. Now Time Machine is telling me my backup hard drive suddenly does not have the space to complete a backup. I also noticed when I go in to Time Machine, there are only about 5 backups recorded on the ext. hard drive. There were many more before. Any idea what happened and if I have to buy a new back up hard drive?

I am not quite ready to restore the full iphoto library , as I have days of work re - imputting titles,descriptions and enhancement . I hope that your suggestion works , as I use my Macbook basically to work with digital photography. Through time , I will need to delete my library to recover more disc space and I would hate to have to spend more time re - imputting titles and descriptions all over again .
