Stock register of inventory - development

Question

Hi folks,
I have to develop a stock register of inventory.
Here I am giving the details of my requirment.
Selection screen input fields:
Meterial no.(matnr)
Document prsting date(budat)
company code
plant
List that should be displayed:
Date of goods recipt(mkpf-budat)
lfa1-name1, " vendor name
rseg-belnr, " Invoice num
rbkp-budat, " invoice date
makt-maktx, " material desc
basic amount
rate of duty
total amount
meterial issued for comsumption:
these fields should display values (in line items) only if the above field values (line items ) are empty. i.e. each list should display either goods recipt details or goods issue details.
issue slip no
issue date
material decription
quantity
closing balance which depends on opening balance if there is any.
Please provide me the details about the tables, to retrieve the values, specially tables of goods issue.
Meterials displayed here are the ones for which excise duty is not paid (or included) in the invoice of vendor, so where to get the basic amount and rate from, as j_1excdtl may not contain excise data for these materials.
Also how to get the opening balance of a perticular meterial.

Hi,
We can develop a report its not a issue, Y dont you try with standard report it may meet your 60 - 70%  of you requirements.
