Stock report MB51/MB5L
Please while i am executing the T-code MB51/MB5L in order to get the stock availability with values ,i got the report only in local currency AED ( UAE dirham) but i need the stock value in EUR how to configure that
Hi,
You don't have the option of seeing the stock value in other currency than the company currency in MB51 and MB5L. You have the option of seeing stock in desired currency in MC.4 (plant stock analysis), MC.1 and in MC.6 (Storage location GR/GI analysis). If you want this option in MB51 or MB5l, you need to modify the report by giving coding. The table name is RMCS0 for analyysis currency and field name is AWAER1. Thanking you.

We are using for our Saudi Arabia company the cross-company sales process with sourcing unit in another country.
There is a Legal requirement in Saudi to provide a Stock report (with "stock in", "stock out" quantities and values).
But with the cross-company sales process the stock movements are not visible in Saudi.
Any advice ? Is there a report in SAP for this legal reqirement in Saudi Arabia ?

Is there any report where we can see stock report valuation type wise.
E.g. i created two valuation types Domestic and Import. Also i created two storage location separately for both valuation type. I am able to see report based on storage location but not on basis of valuation type.

Here in selection screen, enter valuation Type and execute the report.
In output screen,
Double click on the GL Account, it will show the report having current details of material with stock qty, Base UoM, Stock Value and Valuation Price with Price Control and valuation type.
Do layout setting as per requirement. -

Is there an available sap standard report that will show available stock in subcontractors or customers at specific date(posting date)?
transaction MC.9 only show consignment stock without customer information we would like to know which customer inventoried this quantity

I found another report S_P00_07000140 that seems to fit the requirements. customer and posting date were also displayed in the generated report. However the SAP menu of this report is:

i am developing a stock report as on any date where i have to get the closing stock of unrestricted blocked and transit stock as on any date.
i have taken a table mkpf and mseg to get the quantity and date.

Your Report is Little bit complex and time consuming as well.We did a Report same as like you but not Special Stock (means for all of Stock).
For Closing Balance Which will be Opening Balance of next perio/ next day , can be calculated based on DEBIT / Credit inidcator available in the table you are using. This will used of calculate Stock balance. along with movement type for date range.
Hope this will give some info about for ur requirement. Note refer to Tcode MB5L for reference. -

1) batchwise stock report with moving average price - MB52 gives you stock along with value but u wont be getting the Moving average price so you have to copy MB52 and create your own Z report and ask ABAPer to fetch the Moving Average Price of the material from material master (MBEW-VERPR).Just check in MBBS m not sure, though as in MBBS you get the stock quantity along with value and MAV.
2)batchwise stock report with MB51 price - If MB51 is giving you all the details then why to go for a report? and still if you want the report then again use copy and Z report. -
Reports MB5W / MB5L are not displaying the individual material lines
Hi All,
We are encountering a problem in MB5W/MB5L reports. When we are executing these report with the option checked "Display Indiv. Material Lines", system is not displaying the details material wise.
It is just showing the GL wise value of Material ccy and Stock account ccy. It was running fine when we ran the same reports in Feb for Jan 2014.
Do you have any idea why system is behaving like this please?

In report MB5W/MB5L, click the "Current display variant icon" in the next pop-up screen click the position tab and check whether all the material related fields are added or not. If not, move the fields into display list and then check.

It clearly says that material group can't be changed in case you will use material master in purchase order.
So, it is clear that you can't use different material group for material master in purchase order.
For stock report, system will only show you the material group which is assigned to the material master (MARA-MATKL). System will not look into the purchase order section (like EKPO). -

This custom report is related to material document list (MB51).
I was trying to retrieve Purchase Order(EBELN),Order number(AUFNR),Sales order(KDAUF) & Ship-to-party( KUNNR) from MSEG & MKPF.
Unfortunately
It looks like for Sales Orders, it picks up the Customer Number but no Order Number. For STOs, it looks like it picks up the STO # but no Customer #.
How to over come this?
FYI..I also tried adding fields to standard report(MB51) and it is also doing the same manner .
Am I pulling it from Wrong tables? or is it related to DATA issues?
