Stock reversal : Unrestricted to restricted for Production GR/Purchage GR

We need help in fixing the client problemd on:
1. Inspection lot uses decision for GR for production order is rejeted client want the rejected qty in unrestricted stock. No intital stcok update option or additional qty confirmation for production order is acceptable.
2. Inspection lot uses decision for GR for purchase order is rejeted client want the rejected qty in unrestricted stock or if passes by mistake than have to take unrestricted stock to restricted stock.
Any suitable solution any consultant has applied in above two cases.

I am able to solve this isues > Following are the steps .
1. Apply the note correction ( SAP note No 175842)
2. Create Z-Tr Code for reversal posting . This will create one simple screen for making entry for Inspection lot no.
3. Configure the table T158 B for making additional entry for Tr Code QA11 ( Quality Uses decision) allowed for reversal movement type 322 block stock to restricted stock. or any other posted stock to reversal movement type for taking it to quality restricted strock.
4. Run above Z -Tr for making it reversal in taking any stock to quality stock for all priviuos takeen uses decision.
Hope it will help all the user who made some mistake in taking uses decision & want to take posted stock in quality stock.

In one of my plant Quality Management Module is not implemented, but MM module is live and manually using Mov. Type: 321 stock is transferred from Quality to Unrestricted and vice-verse.
My requirement are as follows:
1) How can stock status be changed automatically from Unrestricted to Restricted / Quality once its re validity period reaches.
(For this Inspection Interval of 365 days has been maintained in QM view.)
2) Inspection Lot is not required.
3) How can QA07 & QA05 can help in this ?

Hi,
1) I am passing Material code, Plant, taking 'Initial run in days=1' and selecting 'Block Batch at Inspection Date', I am getting msg 'No Entries Found' (In this case Inspection Type '09' was not active)
2) When I activate Insp. Type '09' the Inspection Lot is getting generated when i perform the above process but I dont required Insp. Lot.
Suggestion welcome.

Copying controls (Restriction for Products)

Hi All,
Client creating the opportunity for A,B,C products
status of products (at item level)
A - Inprocess
B - Completed
C - Loss.
Here the requirement when the quotation is created with refference to Opportunity system should allow to create quotation for product B only (Status should be "completed" ).
Can any one help me to solve this issue

Hi sathish,
Try using the Copy control Badi CRM_COPY_BADI, or use make use of Copying routines in the settings for copying item category.
Here u can have a check on status, only if it is completed copying should be allowed.

Quantity restriction for Customers in Sales Order

Please advice on priority basis,
I have one requirement, we want to have quantity restriction for product & specific customer in sales order. system should not allow more than the defined quantity for product to particular customer. We dont have the contract process.

Hi,
This can be achieved by the condition type.
Go to V/06 and copy PR00 and made the new condition type.
Now this will be your main condition type which will carry out pricing.
Assign this condition type to your pricing procedure and save it.
Make this condition type mandatory and remove it from PR00.
Now go V/06 and select your newly created condition type and click on detail.
Over there you will find condition update just click on that.
Condition type : C quantity basis.
Do these setting for your condition type.
Now go to VK11 and enter the condition type and store the data first.
Then click on extras u2013 additional data or press F7.
Over there you will find max condition base value.
Enter the total number of value which you want to sell to your customer.
Now every time you create order this value is getting updated for your customer for that material.
So when it reach the limit which you set then this condition type will be deactivated.
And because this will be mandatory condition type so with out this you wont be able to create the sales order.
Itu2019s a little bit confusing language hope so you will understand.

Dear All,
How to restrict reversal of Goods issue against production order if production order status is CNF or DLV.
i want that user can not reverse the goods issued against production order, if they want to do so, then user has to reverse the GRN and reverse the GI then only.
Please suggest the solution.

You have to use User Exit for this.
The following enhancement is available for production orders:
o   CCOWB001    User exit for modifying menu entries
You can use this function module to deactivate menu entries or
functions. The locked functions can then no longer be executed by the
user.
The enhancement CCOWB001 contains the following components:
Function exit
o   EXIT_SAPLCOWB_001   Good movement: Deaktivate functions
      Display documentation

Report for material moved from blocked stock to unrestricted stock

Is there a standard report in WM showing list and qty of materials moved from blocked stock to unrestricted stock.

It would have been easy if there was a specific WM movement type for such transfer but due to the reason that the WM 309 is connected to various IM movement types, there is no direct report to get this information.
Conversely, you may use MB51 with the combination of the WM managed storage location and movement type for your purpose. If there are multiple storage locations assinged to the same warehouse then you may put a range in the selection criteria.

To restrict Issue for production than planned qty in production order

Hi Experts,
In my scenario, the production staff will prepare production order and right click in production order document and select "Issue Components" option to Issue raw materials for production floor. After issuing the raw materials to production floor closes the "Issue for Production" document and now we have "Production Order" document open in screen. When he again select "Issue Components" option and issues the raw materials once again. Materials are issued once again wrongly. This happens since the production order document is not getting refresh after "Issue for Production" document is done.
Is there any way to restrict issue of raw materials than the planned qty.?
I have tried lot of ways to restrict this through SP. Please revert me an solution to this issue.
The procedure should trigger immediately when the "Issue Components" option is selected second time (If the raw materials are issued in full in first time itself). And it should allow only the qty which is to issued to production order qty (if they issue part issue to production order)

Thanks for your quick response. I have tried this query. But it is not blocking the issue for production document even the raw materials are issued already for the production order.
I'll explain my work flow again. The Production staff will prepare production order and then release the same and update the production order after changing the status for "Release". Then he will right click the Mouse button and select "Issue Components" option and perform the Issue for Production process. He will issue the required raw material completely in one shot and add the Issue for Production document.
After adding the Issue for Production document he will close that document and now we will be in Production order document. Now our production order document will not get refreshed. Now the Production staff go for "Issue components" option, then it should not allow him to issue the components once again. But it is allowing him to issue components any number of times. there is no control.
If we browse the production order document to previous record and browse back to the same record then my Production order document get refreshed and now we can control the issue. But what should i do to control in the earlier case. Since they want to perfrom lot of production order, there is a chance to issue components for same production order more than one time before the production order document get refreshed.
Please provide me the SP to control this scenario.

How to restrict the GR for Production Order when all the required components for production order are not issued with all required quantity. Even for partial issue system should not allow GR with 101. The user status with RMWA, RMWF & CGFB is not working.
Pls suggest best solution.

You can club together the GI nad GR at the time of confirmation..
I.e Backflush for the components and auto GR for the Product.
So that you can stream line the Process.
The best Option would be to use the User Exit:

How to do reversal of GI for production order in MIGO transaction

i want to do reversal of Goods issue for a production order in MIGO transaction only .
is it possible and how to give the inputs to it.
i am selecting goods issue and giving order number and giving movement type 262. then it is selecting only components which are to be issued and not components which are to be reversed. is that i am doing wrong .

yes, I also use thomas' suggestion using
t000-cccategory = 'P'.
to determine productive client.
Just one small hint: I found this condition as true in a test system: The admin had done a system copy to create a fresh test client - but forgot (or did not see a good reason) to change t000-cccategory = 'P. to t000-cccategory = 'T'.

How to post return stock to unrestricted stock for only Plant & Material Type combination?

Hello Everyone,
At present, whenever the stock is returned then it posted through 655 movement type. So, material is posted as quality stock.
Now, the requirement is to post the stock to unrestricted stock for Plant and Material type combination only. Which means, if the plant is 1413 and the material type is ERSA, VERP, and HIBE then for return sales order system post the stock directly to unrestricted stock, instead of quality stock.
So, is there any standard way of configuring the above scenario without going for validation (Z Fields)?

Dear Mohammed ,
as per your scenario , there is two movement type has to trigger in the Delivery level according to the plant and material combination .
as per my knowledge it will not configurable in standard process . this will possible with user exit logic only .
follow the below logic to achieve your issue .
you have to create two item categories and two schedule lines with (655 &653) , that means your movement type has to trigger at sales order level only . write a logic in the user exit - MV45AFZZ -USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP , if this combination matches then automatically item category has to over write other wise it will copy the existing item category .at delivery level you can see two movement types in item level.
wait for other experts solution , if any standard is possible or not .

Exclude stock reserved for production order from availability check

Hi Experts,
We have a problem in the availability check.
There is a material used as selling product and components in the same time.
When the material has been reserved completely for a production order, the new sales order still get confirmed despite there is no physical stock at all!
Please advise how to exclude the stock reserved for production order from the availability check in sales order? Many thanks!

Go to MM02 and check what availability check is maintained for that material. Next go to OVZ9, select that available check with the combination "A" and maintain "X" or "F" in the field "Incl.production orders".

After PO when the stock is posted to storage location the stock is posted to restricted stock by default, where batch management and classification is involved. I want to know why the stock is posted in restricted stock or at least I want to know to convert restricted stock to unrestricted stock.

If you want to change the batch status from restricred to unresticted use you can do in MSC2N
If you want to change the configuration to select Unresticted use goto
SPRO > Logistic general > Batch management > Batch status management > Activate Batch Status Checking in Warehouse Management.
