I want see all the stocks (un-restricted, quality, blocked, stock with vendor) in one go of all the Materials in a particular plant.

I am trying to create a stock status report that shows all items grouped by item group, their quantity on hand, item cost, and total value. We need to have a subtotal by item group. I thought that XL Reporter would do this easily, but I am having difficulty.
In the Report Composer, I can create the listing of items with descriptions, quantities, and item costs, grouped by item group. Of course, I cannot perform the calculation to get the value of each item (quantity * cost). When I generate the report into the Report Designer, there are no errors and the design appears to be created OK. But when I run the report, the spreadsheet comes up completely blank except for column headers.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?XL reporter is based on the concepts of Dimensions, Light Dimensions and Measures.

28. When I create a query within the Report Composer that uses the dimension called GL Accounts and add the attribute Account Name then refresh the query it produces data as expected. However when the query is executed in Excel it does not produce any data. What am I doing wrong?
The query only contains dimensions and not measures. It is not possible to generate data with a query that does not contain a measure field type within Excel. Excel and the composer pick up data in different ways, therefore it is possible you will see data in the composer, however in excel you will not. Until a measure is added no data is produced.

The report MC.9 shows Last movement date/Last receipt date / Last issue date.
In period to analyze give appropriate date range
Or
check MSEG & MARD table to get details about material documents with date

i am doing stock summary report
i am checking the data with mc.9 standard report
the total amount for particular month is not tallying with standard one.
data is coming with all the materials and with opening nd closing balances...
but it is taking the stock amount with inclusive of all taxes. i am using the field mseg-dmbtr.
but i need the material stock amount without taxes.
i tried with mbew table, but i didn't get closing stock amount.
values is there correct value in mbew but i am not able to get the correct value..
tell me anyother tables or give me any soln....

Stock Transfer Report after Invoice

Please spend one minute's time to read this. It may be long but its the exact scenario.
I have got a requirement to generate a Stock Transfer Report for the bills passed (invoice receipt) for a particular date range. Note that the delivery against the PO can be for partial quantities too.
I am using RBKP table to get all the invoice numbers falling in the certain date range selection. Against these Invoices I am retrieving the PO number and other report relevant data from the RSEG Table. And using the PO I need to get into the MSEG table to retrieve Mat Doc numbers so that I can drill into the excise tables to get Excise No.
Now the problem is:

Can you please guide me for Sales Order status report extractors?whether some standard extractors would be used or customized or standard is available which can further be enhanced.
Scenario is- I have to populate report columns like
0-25000 25001-50000 50001-100000 100001-200000 200001-500000 500000>
And analysis has to be shown in the report rows : Sales District. In Columns only number of sales order in each district would be entered as a number. Example- of for district ZMJT there are 3 order are in pending stage having quantities 35000 then entry 3 will come in first column and so on. Following are other columns for drill down purpose.

Stock variance report Crashes with error code REP-56048

Problem Statement : When the user is trying to generate report for Stock variance report from Oracle Retail Merchandising System the report crashes with error code REP-56048.
The steps to reproduce are specific to Oracle Retail Merchandising system application and hence I have not mentioned here.
The REP-56048 error seems to be generic. Could you please advise me on this issue.

Check tables VBAK and VBAP wherein you will get all header and item details.
VBUK and VBUP for header and line item statuses.
KONV would give you rates/pricing details for each condition type determines in the sales order.
VBAK-KNUMV = KONV-KNUMV is how you relate both of them.
