Stock varation in Mb51 report.

Dear Expert,
System stock & Physically stock not match in MB51 Report.
we have Implement these SAP PP,MM SD,FI Module.
Case : when 1 job is completed then we will get some scrap from this product in Scrap location but in system stock get different & Physical stock is different. Its system Fault or Process Fault. Or Why it happen. Per Day we will get around 2000kg Difference. pls advise what are the possibilities.
e.g. 1.Material code                            - 10000016.
          S.LOC                                       - SD10.
          Mb51 stock                               - 6000 kg.
          But Physical Generated scrap - 8000 kg.
System Stock Difference = 2000Kg.

i assume you mean the scrap generated thru the production / process order and the actual quantity which is physically produced are different.
if so check the BOM. you may have to adjust the scrap which may be produced as by product
pl revert in MB51 report, what is the movement type for scrap generated?

MB51 Report

Hi ,
Please suggest me , the WBS element is not appaearing in MB51 report , for 221/222 Q movent types. Where as it is appearing in 101 Mvt type .

I had tried what u had said, but if i consider my selection criteria as plant ,mvt type , special stock indicator , and posting period. I can see the Wbs element for all the plants across which material doc has been posted. but for some plants it is not appaering, why this is happening. pl suggest.

WBS element field blank in MB51 report.

I m using ECC 6.00 EHP4, My problem is we issue the project material with movement type 221 Q but in MB51 report if I want to get the output with WBS element with Movement type 221 q data is not showing if I give only movment type 221 Q and WBS field blank than in output screen WBS fileld shown blank please clear me where is the problem..

Not without modifying the code. It is not a standard field in the display.
But it would be a very small Mod.

Adding Fields in the MB51 Report.

Is it possible to include the customised field captured in MIGO in customised table in MB51 report. And if I want to include such customised field in the output screen of MB51, what i need to do. Please suggest.
Also is it possible to include such customised filed in the selection screen of MB51.

Hi Mathew,
Report RM07DOCS could show all fields of the MM documents. That means the required fields should be EITHER in database table MKPF MM document header OR MSEG MM document item.
Please have a look at the note 357187. There you will find a description how to activate further data fields to be processed in transactions MB51.
In the case these fields are components of an other table the SAP standard has no possibility to process these fields in MB51 after changing the corresponding customizing settings.

I m adding MATKL field in the selection of MB51 report, when i took matkl in select option and write selection text in the text elements, it is not getting reflect in the output..
eg. select-options matkl for mara-matkl.
text-element->selection-text-> 'Enter material group' -> activate.
This message is not reflecting in the selection screen..
Please help me & have ur points.

MB5B REPORT & MB51 REPORT ISSUE .

Dear All,
Our user is collecting a monthly report from both these t. code but when he checks report from MB51 the tonnege comingas 29.505 TON but here value is not coming, while through MB5B the report coming as when selecting valuated stock so here the tonnege coming in total reciept as 1.204 TON , as this 1.204 was issued by mvmt type 261 first then it was reversed by 262 , but here use says that in MBFB when selecting strg location / batch stock then the total reciept coming out as 30.709 TON but here the value is not coming as i had double clicked on each tonnege so a GRN Document is dispalyed which was generated when goods reciept by Stock transport order., pl help me how to convince user as user says that the value is not coming for the tonnege 29.505 displaying in MB51 also the value not coming when using MB5B with selecting strg loc / batch stock, Kindly provide feedback for this .

MB5B will display stock on posting date you need to specify the period and also select the valuation.
MB51 will show the material documents for material movements..
If you go through MB52 that will help....

Consignment stock in MC.9 report

Hi All.
In MC.9 report, consignment stock is consider under valuated stock or non valuated stock.
I run MC.9 report in two different system. In one system consignment stock is under valuated stock while in other it is not considered as valuated stock. Which system is correct.
If consignment stock is valuated stock then why it is not considered as valuated stock in other system.
Please help.

Hello,
The stock of MC.9 reflects the complete stock at plant level. It includes also the sock of material which one is send to vendor.(Subcontracting) You can also cross check through MMBE in which stock prov. to vendor is different.
While MB5B had three radio buttons for stock type.
1 - Storage loc/Batch stock - which not include the materials provided to vendor.
2 - Valuated stock - - Total valuated stock as per your selection crieteria.
3 - Special stock -- all the special stock such as subcontracting/pipeline/consignment.
If you click on Valuated radio button and execute it, you will get same stock under head Closing stock and the value will same as the value in MC.9
--Just click Valuated stock radio button.

Tracking Daily Stock Qty. in Z Report

Hi,
I have a query.
I want to track Daily Stock of a particular Material as on the posting date of that report i.e. date when i will run the report.
Getting a period wise Report is not a problem, but getting it as on date is a problem.
Need support for this.

Hi,
Yes, i am aware of the values which i can get through MB5B.
But it is confirmed that we are going ahead with a Z Report i.e. Daily Production Report in which i want Opg and Clsg Stock.
Eg
If i am running a Report as on today i.e. 17.07.09 then it should give Opg Stock as on Today 17.07, time 00:00 midnite i.e. Closing Stock as on 16.07 and also give Closing Stock as on 17.07, time 00:00 midnite.
We are arriving at the Closing Stock as per this logic: *Opg Stk + Receipts - Issues = Closing Stock*
Hence if we get the Opg Stock values, closing stock will not be a problem.

Add stock types to MB5B report output

Hi,
We need to create a new report which will be a combination of MB5B and MB52.
In the sense, the new report should be able to give the stock on a particular posting date split into the different stock types like unrestricted, restricted, QI, blocked etc.
Please let m eknow if this is possible.

material history may be available at the most for periods. you may have to transfer the data to a ztable from Mard on daily basis, may be as a job run in the night and can have a logic to fetch it from the ztable

Stock transfer pending entries report

Hello Expert,
Greetings.
At the moment, we are using mov type 313/315 for stock transfer.This works well.Now my issue is sometimes user doesn't pull the stock through mov type 305.As a result it is accumilating the stock & shows unsder "Stock in Transfer"(MB52).
Now how do we trace that against which document/date the entry of stock receiving was not done.We are using sto loc to stoc transfer within plant.
Is their any report whereby we can get the details for the same.
Plz advice.
Any help would be highly appriciated.

MB5B-Retrive Closing Stock into our General Report

this is parameswar,

for this u will have to create a Z report. Just copy the code of MB5B and add additional columns for closing stock, u will find the data in mbewh and mbew tables.

AMOUNTS ARE NOT REFLECTING CORRECTLY IN REPORT MB51 REPORT.

I am facing some issue regarding Report MB51. We have sold some material say "X" for the month of Sep. Now when I run the GL for particular store from where we have sold the material it shows sales value for the period. But when I run the report MB51 for material "X" it shows me some different value. Can anyone tell me why it is showing the difference.

You may want to select the "no Printer" option instead, this will force CR to use a higher resolution. Look in page setup, printer options.

WBS in MB51 Report

Dear Experts,
In report MB51, WBS Field is there.
It is shown for Movement type 101,102, 122,415 Q etc
But is not shown for Movement types 221 & 281 Q.
What is reason?
Is any patch updation, correction required?

In Table MSEG field WBS i.e. MAT_PSPNR is updated, it is having value for movement type 281 & 221 Q.

Column WBS is there in report. It is showing value for movement types 101, 121 Q etc.
But not showing value for movement types 221 & 281 Q.
Is there any note or patch required to be updated?
