'Stocks' App for I-Pad - bummer...but 'thank you' for 2 replies

I recently asked a question regarding the availability of an I-Phone App ('Stocks') for downloading to an I-Pad. I have NO idea how to reply to the two people who (partially) answered my query i.e. on the screen where I can see their replies, there is NO 'reply' button.
So THANK YOU for replying. ...and I think it is pointless, is it not, to try to find out just WHY Apple does not make that App available for the I-Pad?

PS: I am not at all Apple or PC savvy, so any responses requiring even level 2 access skills will be wasted on me
