Stocks app went back to default after updating other apps. Can I get my saved stock info back?
After updating some non-related apps last night with no issue, when I went to check the Stocks app this morning - I found it is back to it's default screen. Can I get my saved info back?
1. Settings > iTunes & App Stores > sign in with your iTunes account info.
2. App Store > Updates > Purchased (top) > Select what you want to download

This does sound like a Firewall issue. Are you running any security software on your PC?

After Updates PF & XP Can't Get to Print Menue
I am not able to get to the print screen/menue from PS CS4. I get the following message when selecting print command; "Before you can preform printer tasks such as page setup or print a document, you need to install a printer."
I checked the control panel and looked for printers install. All printer are ;loaded. Also, am able to print using other applications.
Does anyone have an idea as to how to fix or direct PS CS4 to loaded printers?Tham you!

Anyone know how to retrieve a lost audio book purchased in past?
Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store. If it's no longer on your phone then do you have a copy of it in the Books part of your computer's iTunes library and/or on your backup of your downloads/library so that you can sync it back ? After updating ios6 I can't access my downloaded iTunesU videos anymore. They come up in search but video app says 'no videos'. I have the new iPad and the latest version of iTunesU. How can I get the video app working with the iTunesU again?
I have a similar problem with ITunesU, I used to be able to access them from my car dock, but now they dont appear and the fwd/back buttons on the steering wheel wont affect them.
It seems taking them from ITunes into their own app has confused many other applications or dock connectors. Im going to try and remove the ITunesU app as I dont want to have lost the extra functionality -

from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A to open the Applications folder. If the application is in that folder, drag it to the Dock (not to the Desktop or anywhere else.) The other Dock icons will move out of the way to make a place for it. -

I was updating from IOS 7.1.2. to IOS 8 the update ask for it.

If you are stuck at the Apple logo, the you will need to put your iPad into recovery mode. One you do that, plug it into iTunes and use iTunes to restore your iPad. If you have a back up in iTunes or iCloud then you can put that back on once the restore is complete.

Tap Settings App > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Relog into WiFi, see if better. If still problem Restore iPhone with iTunes 10.7 or 11 on computer. See if better. If still problem, and if there is Warrany or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.

Or if you download the iBooks app then there should be a copy in the ibookstore in it -

Sounds like you actually have a 1st generation as those cannot update beyond iOS 3.1.3.
