Stocks Application Will not Show Most Charts - Any Fix?

Hello,
My Stocks app comes up with the message "Error Retrieving Chart" most of the time when I change to a different chart time scale.
Anyone have any ideas on a fix?

If you mean CFX.UN.TO, that stock will show only 1 week or 1 day charts - all other time frames give "error retrieving" message. Since all other stocks retrieve all time frames, the problem is due to the data not being available from the source, not the app in the iPhone. If you go to the Yahoo source (touch the "Y!" in the lower left corner), the data is not available there either.

Does this issue occur on another browser? (Not Google Chrome)
If it does, this is most likely just a website programming error. Simply report the issue to the website development team. There is nothing we can do on this end.

Hi! I just turned on my MacBook and none of my applications will load. I can click on them but nothing happens--they don't even bounce or anything. Additionally I can't move any of the icons on my desktop around (I'm not sure if this is related or not) and the only things I can get into are my Macintosh HD icon and the folders on the desktop, even though I can't open anything inside of them. I installed a bunch of updates yesterday (not sure which ones, but there were a ton--everything from iTunes and safari to firmware and security stuff.) however, I used my computer this morning for a couple of hours and it was working just fine, but now I've tried restarting it a few times and it still has the same problem. Thanks for your help!!

When you rest the mouse over a dock icon, does its name pop up?
What happens if you open an application by ctrl-clicking on the icon then selecting Open?

Two devices synced, but firefox will not show most tabs from other devices.

I have had my laptop and my PC synced forever. Up until a week ago when I clicked "tabs from other devices" it would show me all of my tabs from the other computer, and if I closed one or opened a new one it would show up in the list almost instantly. Now all of a sudden when I click show tabs from other devices it will only show one or two of the tabs I have open on the other computer and ignore all the rest. No matter what I do I can only get it to show like google and facebook. Everything is still synced properly, bookmarks and all that jazz work fine. It's just the show tabs from other devices that isn't working, and that's the only feature I care about. If your suggestion is to make a new sync profile, don't bother responding, as that is not the problem or the solution.

This is strange you were not asked to try the new sync. As the old sync has the tab sync feature, but the new one has a new place for them. In order to move to the new sync you have to remove all the devices from the old sync and then it will allow you to set up the new one.
In Firefox for Android
In the new one in a new tab, tap on History, then on the bottom there are two icons: a clock and one with 4 grey squares. Tap that one and look at the recently synced tabs.
In Firefox for Desktop
if you have not set up the new sync the Tabs will sync every interval of time set by default in the about:config page. (search for sync interval I think). In the new one the about:accounts page will have a manage button that will take you to the preferences of sync. There you can check the Tabs tick.
I hope this clears up the differences between the old and new. The original question though was why some tabs were syncing and others not. I do not know, we can look at about:sync-logs if you have any errors in those log files. This may help lead to some more info.

Every device is on the same wifi network and the network is secure and 100% strong. Go to Apple's iTunes page and re-download iTunes. Once installed, the build number should be iTunes 9.1.1 (12), and the syncing bug should go away. This new build isn't being pushed out to people who downloaded iTunes 9.1.1 (11), so it won't show up in Software Update; you'll have to go get it manually.

SP2013 Workflow Service Application is not showing up only WF Service App proxy but the WF is working...

I configured Sharepoint Workflow Manager 1.0 in Sharepoint 2013 App Server running under Windows 2012 R2. The Workflow manager is working properly - I tested using Sharepoint Designer and Sharepiont Workflow 2013 is listed. But under Service Applications,
only Workflow Service Application Proxy shows up NO Workflow Service Application.
I followed the troubleshooting steps on this - I have re-registered WF many times but still only proxy is coming up.

I recommend to click Configuration Wizards in the Quick Launch of Central Administration site and then click Launch the Farm Configuration Wizard.
And then make sure that the Workflow Service Application is selected and then click Next. (You can uncheck the other service applications if you do not need them)
After that, the Workflow Service Application will show up.

Elements 5 - Organizer will not show thumbnails

Recently moved Elements 5 to my new laptop - On the laptop the organizer will not show photos in any view other than single picture. Anything smaller shows the hour glass [also shows on the collections icons]. I deleated the first catalog transfer and have been only using new photos transfered from my D-50. It will run full screen shows just nothing smaller that a single picture view. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the Elements software.
I have unchecked the filer checker.
Systems is a Vista home premium 64 bit, 4 gig of ram, Lenovo ideapad laptop 5800T processor. Version 5.0.2
Any ideas?

I can't be sure this is the problem, but ...
Is this the first time you have opened PSE5 on this computer? If so, it truly is generating the thumbnails. Your statement about how in single image mode the thumbnail appears is a symptom of this phase of the operation. Just let it run. It will finish, and the problem will be gone.

Rezound keyboard will not show up

I am having trouble figuring out why my keyboard will not show up in any window that requires me to type. I have looked in my settings and tried to restart the device with no luck. Please help, sending smileys is getting old. Thank You

ATV2 - Will not show any video w/o reboot

I have 2 Apple TV devices (both are 2nd generation).
One of them is fine. But the other one will not show a signal after about a day of no use. I have to unplug the power, then plug it back in to get a signal out of it.
The other day, I watched the LED light as I was trying to turn it on. It just flashes when I press the power button on the remote, so it is indeed getting my remote commands. After I try to turn it on about 5-7 times, the LED stays lit. But the TV still says "no signal". If I unplug it from the power, then plug it back in, only then it comes back up and seems to work ok. But if we don't use it again for about a day, when we come back to it.. we get the same thing and it needs to be unplugged again and plugged back in (power).
I tried to reset to factory settings, but that didn't help.
This started happening after the 4.2 update (I think that was about 3 updates ago).
Any ideas I can try?

As I see this I mostly suspect one of three reasons
• iMovie Event's and or iMovie Project's folders have/has been moved/altered on DeskTop/Finder - DON'T - but try to move everything back exactly where it was
• iMovie pref. file got corrupted (very easily done by e.g. Panic/Force halt's) - trash it when iMovie is NOT running
• Material used in Movie Project is located on device not accessibly any longer. E.g. one used audio from Audio-CD then ejected the CD. iMovie (Project's) Don't do ANY copy of the used material - only point's to where it found it and if external hard disks, Audio-CDs etc are disconnected then the iMovie Project get's lost and it has no function to try to find it (at all).

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"
