STOK IN TRANSIT VALUE

Hi,
In MB5T report, its showing the stock in transit qty only. I want to know what is the amount for each item that is in transit.
is there any standard report to know what is the transit value for a particular period of  time.
Thanks
Satya

Hi Satya,
The value display in MB5T is based on the PO value. For UB orders (STO inside the same comp. code), there's normally no order value, hence MB5T shows the value of zero.
You can see the value of stock in transit inside the comp. code using e.g. report MB52. However, the qty/amount there are not split by order, but only shows the total in transit.
You might be able to have a value on UB orders as well if you assign a pricing procedure to them (this will however apply to the new orders only). Standard SAP comes with the pricing procedure RM2000 for this purpose, which calculates the order value based on the valuation price of the material. But this might be an overkill - see if MB52 satisfies your needs.

  • Stock in Transit Value

    Hi Experts
For the Intercompany STO, i want to see the stock in transit value of the std cost. Any Tcode/Table/Program to cater this ?
I used the MB5T it gives only the P.O value, wherein requirement is for the std cost.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Nile,
You might want to try MB52, although, please, consider the limitations of this report. See the Help for this transaction:
"You use this report to display the total stock of a material (quantity and value) at plant and storage location level. If transit stocks or stock transfer stocks exist at plant level, the system totals these stocks and displays them in the column In Stock Transfer in a stock line without a storage location.
Note that in this report, the stock value of the warehouse stock is calculated using the following simplified formula:
    Stock value = quantity x value/valuated stock
Therefore the stock value specified here only has informal characters and does not represent the actual stock value."
    I hope this helps!
    Esther.

  • Stock in transit values in the past

    Hi,
I need a report similar to MB5T, that would give me the quantity and value (in currency) of what was in transit at a given date...is there anyone that knows of such a report?
Again, stock in transit values and quantities at a given date in time.
    Thanks,
    Lars

    Sorry,
But we are on SAP 4.7.
    Any other suggestions?

  • Intial upload of Stock in Transit Material with in plant / Inter company

    Hi Friends,
How can we do Intial upload of Stock in Transit Material with in plant / Inter company.
In this case accounting entries has already completed while doing post goods issue (thru SD route) or in 1st step 301 mov. type.
Now the material is in transit. While we go to new system how can do this without hit of aacounting entries.
I tried 565, it Intial upload of stock to Blocked, so accounting entries took place.
    Regards
    Sai Krishna

    Hi,
    What I am proposing is:
At this juncture both plants accounting has been done in legacy.
Coming to new system whatever stock we upload that much value only updated in receiving plant. In reality there is difference between legacy & new system in this case. In legacy stock in transit value also added in receiving plant (since we did PGI). If we do stock upload with 565 mov. type .. intial entry to blocked stock i.e value of inventory is matching the legacy.
Actual receiveal of material do transfer posting from blocked stock to unresticted stock.
    What is your opinion.
We won't upload the G/L inventory, it will come thru stock upload for kishore infor.

  • Stock in Transit transfer from R/3 to APO

    Good day everyone,
I'm trying to transfer the stock in transit value from R/3 to APO. I select the stock in transit indicator in the Integration model but nothing transfers across.
Is there anything else I need to consider in my transfer?
Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
    Regards
    Robert

    Hi
    Please also check
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm41/helpdata/en/9b/954d3baf755b67e10000000a114084/frameset.htm
Take one same product for which you have both the normal stock and stock in transit in ECC.
    Deactivate the integration model.
delete all the stock from APO with /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE for the same product.
Do the initial transfer of stocks from ECC to APO.
Define the In transit key figure in Planning area. You should have stock in transit in APO.
    Thanks

  • Stock in Transit and MRP

    Hi,
Will replenishment take into consideration the stock in transit stocks (These are from STO) not the tsock in transfer between plants..
when we ran MRP, it didnt consider the stock in transit values.
    We have min/max of 10/20.
    We have stock of 3,
STO from that site to DC for 36 qty open (issued out of DC but not received into stores)
Replenishment ran and created PO of 17 even though we Stock in transit for 36 qty.
In MD06, it showed the STO but with exception Message 07. and didnt consider into availability check.
In config for the receiving site, the stock in transfer is checked on and so is the incl in PO has value X.

Hi, Check through path SPRO -> Materials Management -> Consumption-Based Planning -> Plant Parameters -> Carry Out Overall Maintenance of Plant Parameters, Execute and go in maintain after entering your Plant,
There in Planning run column you will find Available Stocks tab click on that & maintain Tick for 'Stock in transfer'
refer below link, it may help you,

  • How to get the stock of STO Report with suppling Plant/receiving Plant/open

How to get the stock of STO Report with suppling Plant/receiving Plant/open/close qty.

MB5T gives you Details of STO which have stok in transit.
ME2W gives you supplying plant wise STO details.  Also in ME2W , in the ALV report output, if you select  the "delivery Schedule line" icon , you will get details such as , STO qty, Issued qty , undelivered qty etc.

  • Inventory Cube Issue

    Hi Experts,
We have created a copy of 0IC_C03 with more no of fields added to the copy cube CIC_C03. We had lot of data mismatch in the earlier stage & now after  a long time this copy cube is working fine in production. We have not yet compressed the deltas in the cube.
Now, later there was a field to be added in the inventory cube which takes data from an ODS. For this we created one more copy cube as we didnot want to disturb the inventory cube in production, hence we created one  Zcube which is the copy of CIC_C03 with an added field. In the update rules we have a routine which fills with data from the ODS. The CIC_C03 acts as datasource for this Zcube.
    My question is:
    1) I dont feel that after a month or so, we require the data in CIC_c03 as the same data comes in ZCube. So will deletion of data from CIC_C03 affect my data?
    2) The intial data in CIC_C03 are compressed whereas the deltas  are not yet compressed. Should the full upload to Zcube take after compression only?
    3) Suppose we delete the data from CIC_C03 after 2 months after a full upload is taken till that point. After deletion, the deltas will be coming in CIC_C03, canl these everyday delta be transfeered to Zcube?
    Waiting for reply.
    Regards,
    Vaishnavi.

    Hi,
The note(637927) is saying that the KFs which represents the <b>values</b> of Stock-in-transit (issue, receipt, current) are deleted in the cube . But still the cube is containint the KF which represents the <b>quntity</b> of Stock-in-transit (issue, receipt, current) .
So the deleted KF are :
    0VALTRANSST - Stock-in-transit value
    0RECCCNSVAL - Stock-in-transit issue value
    0RECTRFSTVA - Stock-in-transit receipt <b>value</b>
    Available KF are:
    0TRANSSTOCK - Stock in transit <b>Qty</b>
    0RECTRANSST - Receipt <b>quantity</b>: stock in transit
    0ISSTRANSST - Issue <b>quantity</b>: stock in transit
So to find out the value of Stock-in-transit , you will use the Stock in transit. The scenario has to be used in this calculation is same as explained in note:589024.

  • Customization of Inventory Cube - 0IC_C03

    Hi gurus,
I need to implement the Inventory for my client using the Std cube 0IC_C03.
Here the client wants me to take the Total stock as the sum of the following stocks in MARD Table
    LABST - Unrestricted
    UMLME - Stock in Transfer
    EINME  - Restricted Use
    SPEME - Blocked
    RETME - Return
In the Standard Content we are considering only Stock in transfer & Blocked stock.
Please help me in suggesting what are the changes needed in Transformations for both 2LIS_03_BX and 2LIS_03_BF.
    Thanks in Advance
    Seshu

    Hi ,
    The fields LABST - Unrestricted
    UMLME - Stock in Transfer
    EINME - Restricted Use
    SPEME - Blocked
    RETME - Return
The fields other than blocked and Stock in transfer are not present in the datasources  2LIS_03_BX and  2LIS_03_BF .
If you need these fileds , you can go ahead with a function module datasource based on MARD , MSEG tables from where you can take these fields directly .
You can also refer to the links below for other options
    Datasource for MARD table
Re: MARD Table  -  Not giving Stock in Transit Value
If in case the relevant fields are not seen in the datasource , you can go to transaction LBWE, CLICK ON 03 :Inventory Controlling(your case), click on maintainence tab and just drag the required fields to the left .
Also you need to delete and fill the setup tables after this step.

  • ORACLE ODBC 8.1.7.6 and Access 2000 (RAMDAC 2.7)

I wanted to use a Pass-through query in microsoft access 2000 and got some inexplicable results.
    I Use
    - Oracle ODBC 8.1.7.6
    - Microsoft Access 2000
    - RAMDAC 2.7
    Server Oracle-Version = 7.3.4
    Server NLS_LANG = AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8HP
    Server Language = ENGLISH
    Local Client oracle-Version= 8.1.7
    Local NLS_LANG = GERMAN_GERMANY.WE8HP
    Local Language = GERMANY
I use a field called 'STOK' and the value is 10.5
ORACLE-Driver | MICROSOFT ODBC for ORACLE
If I only want to display the value, I get 105 <- not OK | 10.5
    If I use NVL(STOK,0), I get 10.5 | 10 <- not OK
    If I use SUM(STOK), I get 10.5 | 10 <- not OK
    If I use STOK*STOK, I get 110.25 | 110 <- not OK
    If I use STOK*5, I get 52.5 | 52 <- not OK
Direct link (not pass through 105 <- not OK | 10.5
Is there a possibility, that I can use direct link and pass through with the same driver. I couldn't manage it

Most of our applications use Oracle server versions 7.3, 8.0 and 8.1.
The clients are written in Microsoft Access, Versions 97 and 2000.
Our experience using ODBC is that it only runs correct when on the client the parameter NLS_LANG is set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8... (we use WE8ISO8859P1)!
Be sure to set the right NLS_LANG parameter, there are more than one. If in doubt set them all to the same value.

  • Correcting stock difference

Stock transfer is between two plants via two step process. There is a difference in the MB5t & MMBE report, after the stock transfer being done. Is there any program to clear the differences between these two reports?

if you did two step   sto, then stock issued from supplying plant through PGI, then at supplying plant stock is immediately the same will reflected at MMBE. but it is not received by receving plant. so the stock is still in TRANSIT. this refects at MB5t.
MMBE - stock overview MMBE did not show stok in transit
    MB5T --stock in transit

This asset is transfered new asset Y on Jan 1st 2010. The life of the asset is given as 5 years and opening depreciation start date as jan 1st 2010.

  • MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value

    Hi,
I am Taking MB5B Report for Date Wise Stock and Value.
But I have one doubt all stocks is coming or not in these report like Unrestrected Stock,Return Stock.Blocked stock,Transist stock,Restrected Stock, qty Inspection Stock.
I have another Doubt in these report three Stock type indicaters are there like these.
    1.Storage Location / Batch Stock
    2.valuated Stock
    3.Special Stock.
But i have one doubt what is defferent these
    1.Storage Location / Batch Stock
    2.valuated Stock

    Hi Prasad,
Yes MB5B report consider the Unrestricted, Quality, Blocked, Transit stock and restricted stock. Not sure about Return Stock.
If you select the Storage location/Batch stock radio button then the system will display all the possible stock from the storage location and the corresponding batch also.
If you select Valuated stock radio button then system will show only the valuated stock not the Non-valuated stock. Because Non-valuated material type is available in SAP system will not show those stock suppose if you select the Valuated stock radio button.
