Hi All my 8310 was stolen 2 weeks ago, as a safety measure blackberry have block my default email address, purchased a new 8520, How do I ublock my default email address pls help

You called your carrier and reported it stolen correct? If you call them again then you'll be able to resetup everything on the new phone

yeah like you already can see, i want to find out if my Blackberry is stolen. I heared something about a NOC System and i wasn't sure because i can't work with the Browser and there is no Service Books and Host Routing Table. If i click on "Now register" in the Host Routing Table it says, it sent a Register Message but i don't recieve anything. Is there any way i can check the IMEI Number to control if it is stolen? GOing to the Police and ask them for it is a bad idea, living in Portugal and i don't speak Portugues. Already say thx for any help.

I would suggest you to call Apple.

You can for sure check if the device was registered just going here http://www.apple.com/it/support/contact/

But I believe if it is still in its package it will probably not jet regiostered.
Try google: there is probably a page were pepople put stolen devices.

Went from 8320-8310, now my desktop software won't see my new phone?

Hey guys,
I recently had my 8320 (t-mobile) stolen and bought an unlocked 8310. I got a new sim card, went through that all and now I am trying to connect my phone to my desktop software (4.7) and it won't recognize the thing. The phone also says it isn't getting sufficient current to charge... I have tried resetting my phone, restarting my computer, switching cords.... any ideas how I can fix this? I want to restore my contacts and other info to my new phone.

My next suggestion would be to disconnect your BB and USB, and reboot the PC from powered off.
Do the same with the BlackBerry device.
Then, reconnect the BB to the USB, and THEN, try to connect.

Change your iCloud ID password: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5624. After doing so, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new password.

Blackberry 8310 not showing reply or send in sms text options menu

I have a blackberry 8310. iam able to recieve sms text messages but when i click to on options, there is no "reply" option in the menu for me to be able to reply to the text. The chip works fine in other phones so that tells me something in the phone is not set right. There is no option for me to even compose and fresh sms text message. Please help?

Here ya' go:
1. Get a good backup of your device: BB device backup (I keep all my backups in a separate folder created for that purpose so they are always in one place and easy to find.)
2. Download the most recent version of device software for your carrier: Downloading BB device software
3. Reinstall the device software: Clean reload of device software
4. Pull the battery out with the device ON. Wait about a minute and put the battery back in. Let the BB completely restart.
5. Once you have the device OS successfully installed you will then need to reinstall any 3rd party apps you currently have on your device: Install applications using the app loader tool
6. Complete another battery pull routine after each 3rd party app installation to reclaim memory and refresh your BB.

You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.

Your contacts should still be on whatever program you sync your iphone to (i.e. Outlook, address book).
The iphone is not a stand alone device. It is designed to be synced with a computer. If you have not been syncing with a compatible program, then you are out of luck. Your contacts are not included in the back-up because it is meant to be synced with your computer.

How can I see the IP address of somone who used my iPad that was stolen to log into my app-store?

I recently fell victim to a theft of my iPad. Albeit it was an old one, it was mine.
Logging on to app-store with my iPhone, I have been prompted many times for "confirmation" of my password and for security questions. Clearly, someone has been trying to log on and has failed. My only guess is that they intend to keep the iPad and download music or whatever. But being prompted for security questions, leads me to suspect that somone has my apple ID but has been plugging away at passwords to buy stuff.
If I was able to locate the IP address (as the unit is only Wi-Fi), I can pass this onto the authorities and perhaps retreive the unit.
Is it possible to load a location app remotely from here and have it load up when the stolen unit is online again?

Did you have 'find my iPhone' activated on it? Because if you go to iCloud.com you can log in there and you can remotely lock or wipe your device. From what I hear, the police won't do anything about going and fetching stolen iPads and iPhones, but if you have find my iphone/ipad/ipod/mac turned on then it will give you a map of where it is.
Just keep in mind that sometimes iTunes does ask you for your password regardless, and only a few weeks ago apple brought in security questions, so everyone had to fill in security questions for their iTunes account to make it more secure If all else fails, ring Apple cusomer support and they might be able to bar your account or something, however you may have to make a new account (the might be able to set it up so you have all your previous information on a new account)

Lessons from my lost iPhone. Despite having a pin to unlock the iPhone, you can simply power off the phone with a long press of the power button. Which means that if your phone is stolen and the thief is smart enough to turn it off (is there one who isn't?), 'Find my phone' is virtually useless!
Also, you can use Siri on a locked phone to make phone calls and send messages. There are also enough tips available on the internet that show you how to use Siri to unlock the phone, making all your photos, emails and other information available to anyone keen enough to find it.

This subject is discussed fairly frequently. Find my iPhone is not useful unless a particularly ignorant thief takes it. It's primary use is to find lost phones, not stolen. Requiring a passcode to turn it off eliminates one way a thief can disable Find my iPhone, but it isn't the only one, and probably isn't the one used by most professional thieves. Among other ways to disable Find my iPhone:
Remove the SIM
Wrap in aluminum foil
Drop in a shoplifter's bag or backpack with its Faraday shield (copper mesh or foil lining)

The Activation Lock feature, which prevents a stolen phone from ever being used again, except by the rightful owner, is the more valuable deterrent against theft. Hello people. I have (had) an iPad 1 (wifi only) - which was stolen two days ago. It's locked with a passcode but I am worried that someone will be able to get into it. I've got the Find app installed on my iPhone 4S and it shows that both my iPad and stolen iPod are offline.
Q - if either the iPad or the iPod goes into an unlocked wifi area, will I be notified on my phone?

Recently, my laptop was stolen and I was just wondering if it would be possible to get all my past iTunes purchases back? I had a lot of movies and music that were on that computer. If not, then use your backup copy to put everything back.

I think FileVault is used to encryp internal hard drive but I wanna encrypt an external hard drive with Mac OS Extended Journaled Encrypted which is completely different!
