Stolen iPad, trying to restre my iCloud backuped data, please help!

Hello everybody, I'm using iCloud on my PC but I can't visualize my (stolen) iPad data. In the left window i see just "BACKUP 3GB" and in the right windows I see "Ipad of User" but when I select it nothing happens!! I'd like to restore tha backuped data!!
