Stolen laptop- moving Photoshop CS6 to a new laptop.

Hi,
I have recently had my house broken into and my Mac with Adobe Photoshop CS6 on was stolen. (Student and Teacher addition.)
I have logged on to my adobe ID in the hope that I would be able to re-download it when I get a new laptop, but I can't see much information regarding this. I have read that I would need to deactivate my old Photoshop on the old laptop, but I obviously cannot do this. Without being able to deactivate the old one, will I be able to move the software across to a new laptop when I get one?
I have the serial number- but will this not work as it has been used on my old laptop?
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like what we have been experiencing here, on Unix. According to Forté, upgrading to 3M should resolve it. Unfortunately, we can't confirm it yet, as we are in the process of upgrading and testing. I believe this is documented as an "internal"
