Stop delivery & invoice if there is a OPC status on the order

Hi All,
I have to set OPC status on the order if there is a orphaned condition in the order and at the same time should prevent order to get delivered or invoiced...
can anyone help me out how to prevent order to deliver or invoiced when it has a OPC status ???
Pls help me out...

Delivery & Invoice for Rules based ATP check materials

Hi All,
We have an query regarding rules based ATP , delivery & Invoicing . When we create a SO ( say we have only one line item 10 , with quantity 100 created at Plant P1 , item category TAN ) , ATP confirmation happens ,based on the stock & receipts ( say we have confirmation of 60 units at Plant P1 ) . Since we are using RBATP , the remaining 40 quantity is being confirmed at Plant P2. Now the order will have multiple line items 10 the original line item but with different item category TAPA and also two more line items for quantity of 60 & 40 for plants P1 & Plants P2 respectively with item category TAN. This is the standard functionality.
My question is , Will there be any issues with respect to delivery & Invoicing as there are multiple plants and different item categories.

Hi,
With respect to delivery you will have differnt delivey document because your shipping point is going to be different.
Regarding Billing you can combine the differnet delivey document if the delivery document created using the sales order contains the same payer,payment terms, billing date,material group and Incoterms.
Apart from the above you will not face anyproblem by having 2 diiferent item category for the above said scenario..

Serial numbers for packaging - Delivery\Invoice

I know there is no standart way in SBO for Serial numbers for packaging association
( associat s/n in every package of Delivery\Invoice)
Is there another way to do it??

Hi meitalmo,
You can use packaging form avaialble on Delivery to pack the product as per serial no.
and you also get the standard report of package content with serial no.

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- Try on another computer

Is there a shortcut to get to the end of a very long list of music?

Hello, I couldn't find this in the threads, so hope it hasn't been covered. I have a lot of music loaded, no photos. The problem is that every time I select "Songs", "Albums" or whatever in the menu, I start at the top as they are arranged alphabetically, and it is an awfully long way down. I am getting tired fingers trying to get down to S or further, is there a way either to change the order sometimes so that Z comes up first, as one can do in iTunes, or alternatively a quick shortcut to get to the end of the rainbow?

Thanks for your reply, I did know about the speed affecting how fast the list scrolled, but it isn't a very good system, very hit or miss to try and stop at or even close to the right place, I just end up at the very end all the time. Obviously it's the best there is. What the iPod needs is a search facility, and a way to order songs according to different fields, as one can do in iTunes.

I attached a USB external hard drive to my MacBook Air to do a Time Machine Backup. I then disconnected the drive. I now get a popup saying
There was a problem connecting to the server "server".
The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name of IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.
If I click OK it just keeps poping up. Please help me make it stop. MAKE IT STOP!!!

Adjust the order of products in invoice layout

Hi guys,
When the user creates a (manual) invoice eg Line 1 product A; Line 2 Product B; Line 3 product C; Line 4 product D; it invariably displays on the invoice itself quite randomly.
Often it changes the order.
Line 1 product A;
Line 2 Product C;
Line 3 product D;
Line 3 product B
I have this issue consistently although there doesn't seem to be any logic to it. Is there a way to keep the invoice display consistent with the way it is entered originally on the order form?

Is there a way to create a table of contents listing the order of tabs(sheets) in a Numbers document?

I am planning my wedding and I have this huge Numbers document with 20+ tabs and I have plans to add many more tabs. Is there a way to create a table that has two columns: column 1= order that a tab appears, column 2=tab name? For example, my first three tabs are called Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List (in this order. I'd want this table of contents to be in the first sheet of the document, so it would be like sheet 1. Then I 'd want like the cells of column 1 to be like 2, 3, 4 (2nd, 3rd, 4th sheet in the document), and then the cells of column 2 to say Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List. I can make a tiny table of one cell in each sheet that I copied the name of the sheet and then do like a cell reference for column 2, but I'm having trouble w column 1.

There is no referential value for the order of the sheets, just the sheet name. Only two things I can think of to suggest:
Do the same thing for the first column that you do with the second (i.e. put a referential column in the same table as the Name and point to that).
Seriously consider using a word processor program. Numbers is probably the wrong tool.

To stop delivery if one of the BOM items not available. -- how?

I have BOM items
Item Description
10         abc
20         def
30         xyz
Items 10 and 20 are available in a particular date but item 30 is not available. Then save the document.
user does not know items are available or not then they will go VL01N.
There are empty deliveries with out items also but they are saving delivery.
Now they want stop in delivery if there is no items available, the system should not save the document
This is my requirement.
Please let me if you have any queries.Kindly help in this regard by suggesting suitable ideas.

I have a requirement regarding BOM items.
Client requirement is such a way that they have so many BOM items.
Example:
10 monitor
20 CPU
30 key board
When every it deliver these like this they so so many BOM items they use so document types different item categories.
At that time 10and 20 are available 30 is not available. Just they save the document. They will order number another user.
Based on the order number another user will create Delivery it is main 30 item is not available Empties in deliveries (reason is its group delivery.)
But they are able to save the document now they want if in deliveries no item system should not allow save the document.
please through some light on what basis we can stop saving the delivery document

GTS Stop delivery creation for blocked sales orders

We implemented Note 579357 to stop the creation of deliveries when sales orders are blocked and everything works correctly except for rush orders (order type SO).
After the note was applied, deliveries are not automatically created for rush orders even though the orders have gone thru screening in GTS and have been released. Any solution to this problem???

Dear GTS experts,
I'm facing exactly the same problem with rush orders that Sammy Chan describes in his original post.
I checked all replies but I have still no idea to solve this issue. The problem is that when creating the delivery during a rush order creation at the time the system reaches the copy condition with the implemented coding there is no order number available to check against in GTS.
As the whole thread is marked as answered I hope someone can help me.

Same Address in Order/Delivery & Invoice.

Hi,
All the 4 partner functions :-SP,SH,PY& BP are same & having same address maintained.
Now the problem is ,in Sales order header , Address in front of SP is displayed with PO box numbers & city & same is in delivery also in front of SH add.
But in Invoice full address is displayed in front of PY.
How can we get Full address (without PO box number) or rather same address in Order , delivery & Invoice .(Header level).

If your question is on the document scren, then it is the fields that are selected to display against each value. You can control those settings in the code that controls the screen values. Try that out.

I have a requirement where i need to track the status of the Sales Order/ Delivery/ Invoice without any customized program for achieving this.
Is there any way we can track the status of the above said Sales Documents without writing a program for it?

Hi,
Use FM 'SD_DOCUMENT_FLOW_GET'.
pass sales order no. & item no(optional)
and you will get all flow documants for that sales order i.e. delivery, GI,invoice details along with all details including status.

Stop delivery creation for perticular Storage Location

Dear Experts
As per scenario we have two storage location 1) packing stock and 2) Ware House stock. All delivery are create from Ware house st.loaction.as per requiremnt we want to stop Delivery creation for Packing St.location.
Is ther any customization through which System should not Create Outbound delivery form Packing St.loaction,while doing this rest of things sholud not affect for that S.Loaction

Go to SPRO-> Logistics Execution ->shipping ->picking->determine pikcing location ->assign picking location.
Here you can remove the packing stock storage location assignment to plant/shipping point/storage conditions combination and then test.
If this does not work, then check the path SPRO-> Logistics Execution ->shipping ->picking->define picking requirements. Here check any requirements is currently used. If so copy this routine and create a new routine to exclude the storage location (packing stock) from picking process.

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.
