Stop printing of Invoice and Payment from Sales Order
When creating a Sales Order, the user can enter a "downpayment' in the Payment Means window. When doing this 8.8 will create an AR Downpayment Invoice + Payment.
When the user prints the Sales Order, SAP/b1 will also print the invoice and the payment.
How can I stop the invoice and payment from printing, but still print the Sales Order?

Do you know to do to the FI document will come blocked from sales order?
For example, I did a sale order with a client x. The payment terms of this client is setting to block the payment.
So, when I did a sales order, and do all SD process, after billing it, on FBL5N the client document isn't blocked for payment.
Do you know any way to block it from a sales order??

RRB- Quantity from Project and rate from sales order
Hi All,
I got scenerio in my project where project is having resource related billing. Now ap per the client requirement, we have a sals order and projects. All prjects are software projects. Now my requirement is client is looking for a system there billing can be done at projet and resource level. which means if project is having 50 confirmed hours. In - dp91 one debit memo requiet should be created with 50 hours and rate should come sales order.
Means if on a project 50 hours has been confirmes than in debit memo request 50 hours should come from the prject and rate to be billed should come from sales order.
Kindly suggest.

Thanks a lot for giving guidance. As per conversation above i can feel that we can overwrite the rates from project to condition records in SD. Is there any specific condition type made for RRB as my SD consultant never worked on RRB scnerios. Again reconfirming, in my current system at the time of debit memo request sytsem is taking all cost from project for billing but i want that system should take the confirm actual hours from proect and rates to bill them from SD.

Regarding Invoice and Payment slip both needs to print sub sequently
Hi Guys,
i have problem with smartform ,
the requirement was ,
invoice and payment slip both i need to develop using smartforms,
the thing is invoice will print on white paper(Portrait) and
payment slip will print on pre - printed paper (landscape) ,
subsequently it needs to print one invoice and payment slip for that invoice and
another invoice and payment slip like this in the sequence it needs to print .
this would be done by overnight job scheduling ,
how could i do this ,
what about output types and how can i proceed with technically please guide me .

I have a different situation, I posted SD request at contract account level posted using FPSEC1.
Since the contract account is for purpose of Aggregation, I did a aggregated posting then when I prepare a print doc for the same using EA10_AGGRBILL it is not picking up the security deposit request.
I have maintained the necessary entry in Item Selection in Account Maintenance/ Define Sub-Items for RF clearing type.
Please advice.

To copy data from Sales order to subsequent purchase order
Hi all,
My requirement is to copy Ship-to party address and Incoterms from sales order to subsequent Purchase order.
I am using exit EXIT_SAPFV45E_001 for this.
My doubt is - in which tables, Ship-to party address and Incoterms for a purchase order are stored? So that I can copy them from Sales order and update Ship-to party address and Incoterms for corresponding purchase order.
In exit I can access sales order number and corresponding purchase requisition.

Profit Centre in production order donu0092t copied from sales order
Dear guru ,
i maintain Profit Centre in Material Master Data , in Sales: General / Plant data, then the same will default in sales order.
I can change it at the item level in the sales order T.Code: VA01, in the Account Assignment Section.
I use make-to-order processing , but in the production order the system copied profit centre of material
Master and not from sales order position.
How can copy the profit centre from sales order position ?

When printing an A/R Invoice, a print options box appears allowing you to select:
() Invoice Only
() Invoice and Payment in Succession
() A/R invoice +Payment
I select the last option and I get the A/R Invoice and a Payment Receipt. I am trying to edit the payment receipt which is system generated. It their away to edit this? I can edit the A/R Invoice with not problem, but I can not find the Payment Receipt to edit it.Thank you for your reply, but I was asking if their is away to edit to payment receipt? I know how to find, locate and edit the A/R Invoice templates, but I can not find the Payment Receipt that is generated along with the A/R Invoice.

Price in invoice is not getting copied from Sales order
Hi,
In my case when i create a sales order...my VPRS condition is taking price 4.020,24 (@335.02/PC). When i create a Invoice it is coming with 4.020,22 value and .02 is coming in different condition type ZDIF ( Rounding diff) automatically. When i check my PGI accounting document there also price 4.020,22 hits the G/L account.
Now able to understand why .02 value is going in the ZDIF condition ?

Rounding condition is coming in picture because there will some difference in PR00 and VPRS.
Generally VPRS is a statistical condition type and it is just used for viewing purpose not a part of calculation.
So you can go to V/08, select your pricing procedure and then control data.
In that find out VPRS condition type and click on statistical, then it wont come in calculation.
If you want that this should be copied then you have to made changes in copy control.
Go to VTFA if you are making billing document with reference to order document.
Go to VTFL if you are making billing document with reference to delivery document.
Select your combination of billing document and delivery document/order document.
Then go to item level and select you item category and then click on detail
In that you will find pricing type just change that pricing type to D.
Now it will copy pricing as it is from sales order.

How to trigger an Idoc from Sales order creation and change
We are trying to trigger Idoc from sales order creation and change we have done following setting mentioned below:
Follow the below steps:
1. Go to NACE transaction
2. Select V1 application and select OUTPUT TYPES
3. Select the required output type and double click on Processing routines.
4. Enter Medium as DISTRIBUTION ALE, Program as RSNASTED and Routine as ALE_PROCESSING.
5. Save it.
message type ORDERSP in the distribution model (BD64).
Follow the below steps to configure the condition records:
1. Go to NACE
2. Select V1 application and select CONDITION RECORDS
3. Select the requred output type and click on Condition records
4. Selection screen will be displayed.
5. Go for execution. In that screen enter the selection criteria. For eg Condition record is based on Sales document type. Then
Sales doc type = OR
Funt = SP
Partner = blank. It means there is no restriction on partner numbers.
Medium = A
date/time = 4
Lan = EN.
Note: partner is left blank means, the sales order of type OR can be send to all partners.
6. Save it.
We also done ALE configuration.
We are facing problem that from VA02 "No output has been selected for printing Message no. V1102"
Kindly suggest the solution.

Please check the total error description and diagnosis as below :
InVa02 enter SO go to extras->output->Header->edit.You can find a table with all the triggered output types. Choose the output type BA00 with medium Distribution ALE and go for 'Processing log'. It will show you the error description.

may i know what is the difference for withholding tax at the point of invoice and payment? i know invoice meaning deducted during miro whereas payment deducted during f110.
i need to know what actually makes them different? is it due to tax authority requirement or what.

Withholding at the time of payment means - while making the advance payment to vendor, we deduct TDS and make the payment.
Withholding at the time of invoice means - at the time of entering MIRO, we deduct TDS.
While making the payment thru F110, we make the payments of the outstanding invoice from which TDS is already deducted.

Pls take a look at this invoice and let me know why it is changing the payment term.
User has below problem :
SAP FI Output type SAP19
Payment Terms print "Payment Due Immediately" rather than actual terms.
i.e. invoice 208615 - payment terms US02 - should print "Net 60" however prints "Payment Due Immediately".
Is this hard coded and if so, can it be corrected and when?

then in new popup I am giving invoice number and fiscal year. then it is giving message on status bar as 'customer invoice requested'.
Then i am going to F.61 and executing by giving in pop up -->correpspondence, company code, document number and fiscal year.
Then a spool is getting created and I am able to see the form output in /nsp01 where the error is occuring .
Could you please suggest me hwo to find out the form name and driver program name.

I want to restrict users to enter Sales Invoice Directly. We are using Sales Order But Every One Can Post Invoice Directly.

You can restrict Sales Invoice by Putting Transaction Notification.
Please check below Two Transaction Notification. One Transaction Notification for Sales Invoice must be Copied from Sales Order and Second Transaction Notification for Authorized User Can Create Sales Invoice.

Second Transaction Notification is for Authorized Person can Create Sales Invoice So in User Sign Please Put User Sign of those Users who are not Authorized to Create Sales Invoice.

Reason and Prerequisites
Accidentally some business transaction events (BTE) for the new solution for deferred tax were delivered in an active state in support packages of SAP releases 4.70 and ERP 2004. The solution is available in the SAP-Standard only from release ERP 2005. Also in ERP 2005 the new deferred tax can cause problems in countries for which the solution is not released.
These BTEs perform strict tests for documents containing tax codes for deferred tax.
Solution
If you are using the old deferred tax, i.e. you use report RFUMSV25 to create transfer postings, you can safely deactivate these BTEs.
Remove the following BTEs:
00001025 DI-TAX CREATE_DEFTAX_ITEM
00001030 DI-TAX SET_DEFTAX_ITEM
00001040 DI-TAX CREATE_DEFTAX_ITEM_REVERS
00001050 DI-TAX CREATE_DEFTAX_ITEM_MR1M
In ERP 2005 (ECC 600) the application key is 'FI-TAX' instead of the above mentioned 'DI-TAX'.
To do this start transaction FIBF
-> Settings
-> P/S Modules

Mark the entries from the list above and delete them.
This deactivates the functionality of 'new deferred tax' for all company codes in all clients on the system. This means that no data is written to table deftax_item at posting time. Report RFUMSV50 can still be started, but it will not process new documents any more.
If in ERP 2005 problems arise in one country but the new deferred tax is used in another country you must not deactivate the BTEs completely. In this case it is possible to restrict the BTEs to be active only in certain countries using the column 'country' in transaction FIBF.
