Stopped (=- 3259) Error message
I have tried disabling my antivirus, disabled allow simultaneous downloads, everything I've seen on the support site. I'm running 10.4.0.80 on Windows 7.
It worked fine as far as I know until the last update. This happens when downloading Podcasts or updating the Iphone.
Any suggestions?

It sounds like if you open Preferences in Word there will be a place where you can specify where to store autorecover files. Right now it sounds like it's pointing to somewhere that doesn't exist.

For some reason, I keep getting the "iTunes has stopped working" error message on my Dell Latitude E6520 when trying to sync photos to my iPhone 3GS. I am using Windows 7 on my 64-bit computer. iTunes will begin to optimize the photos in the folder I have directed it to (I am trying to load almost 3000 photos and videos), and it will go through optimizing all of them singularly, then get to the step where it says "optimizing" again, but does so in bigger groups. It will get to about 2000, and then the error message "iTunes has stopped working" will pop up, and say that "Windows must close the program and will search for a solution, and if it finds one, it will notify me". Why can't I sync these photos, and what can I do? Thanks so much for the help, I really appreciate it!
Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT! I am getting ****** of to spend hours at the computer and reading those lame advises which do not help at all! I have my own things to do except reading your support websites. How do I stop MobileMe error message without a Preference Panel?
This MacBook running 10.6.8 has no MobileMe preference panel and no "ByHost" folder, so I can't follow the instructions found elsewhere here to stop the error message "You entered an invalid MobileMe member name or password. Verify your MobileMe member name and password in MobileMe System Preferences."
The error message keeps popping up and I can't figure out what program is producing it. I have removed the MobileMe account from iMail. I've checked iCal and Address Book, and they don't have MobileMe syncing turned on.Removing the MobileMe account from Mail (not iMail) won't remove the account's setting for Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP). Look at the list in your remaining Mail accounts and delete the one for MobileMe. Otherwise, everytime you open Mail, that server connection will attempt to connect.

Installation of latest itunes update stopped, gave error message "couldn't find MSVCR80.dll" Suggested reinstall. Tried but got same message. Now get same error message when I try to open itunes. Help!

If you haven't already done these steps, this section contains information that might help your situation, as the order and manner which you uninstall has an effect on the outcome:
Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
Let us know if following that article and uninstalling those components in that order helped the situation.

How do I stop this error message from popping up every time I start up Safari ?

Safari 5.1 (v6534.50) has not been tested with the plugin Pithhelmet 3.0b6 (v 3006)
As a precaution, it has not been loaded. Please contact the plugin developer.
I have removed every trace of Pithhelmet, (via spotlight)
Trashed the preferences for Safari, restarted computer to no avail.
It just keeps keepin on.
ThanksIn the past I was able to bypass the message by editing the Info.plist file and updating the MaxBundleVersion variable, but not so this time around. As of today the developer seems to indicate there's no immediate fix becuase of how Safari 5.1 handles multiprocess page rendering. Probably best to stay tuned to Mike's website for now.

itunes store won't open. It tries and then stops. no error messages. I've reinstalled and same thing happens. any ideas?

If this SAME problems is effecting us all then suspect its not IPS problem as we all get problem at 995.6MB.
I would think that there is some kind of software conflict. If we all having this problem just think of how many users have the same but are not on this discussion board, bet you its 100s and 100s.
Not possible for me to visit store now but will monitor your responce's.

Can't install iTunes 11 on Widows 8, 'iTunes has stopped working' error message
Two months ago, I bought a new computer that uses Windows 8. I was running iTunes 10.6 on it fine until today, when it crashed for some unknown reason. Every time I've tried to open it again, I kept on getting a 'iTunes has stopped working' message. I've uninstalled 10.6 and tried installing iTunes 11, but keep getting the same 'iTunes has stopped working' error message with no other details. I've tried installing it as an administrator, but got same failed results.
Any help?

I often travel abroad and my host has changed Internet provider. Then my service was interrupted and I can't update iTunes. Any tips to stop the error messages?

I am having issues with iTunes stopping while im in the middle of the new iOS 5 download. It never fails while im just using itunes for anything except downloading the new software. I've downloaded the latest version of iTunes, and just started to download Podcasts. But now I get the error message during syncing....almost everytime. Is there a solution out there or update that I haven't downloaded??

ITunes has stopped working error message on opening iTunes. How do I get passed this
Every time I open iTunes I get the error message "iTunes has stopped working" and all I can do is close the program. I have uninstalled iTunes and re-installed it but I get the same error. I am working on windows 8. Can anybody please help me to solve this problem.

'Elements 11 Organizer has stopped working' Error Message
I recently upgraded from Photoshop Elements 10 to 11. Everything works great while I am using it but if I do not do anthing in Elements for 4-5 minutes I get the 'Elements 11 Organizer has stopped working' error message, the only option I have is to push the 'Close Program' button. I have been putting up with this but now I cannot do a backup due to this problem.

Hi, I've just noticed that you too were having problems with elements 11, do you have RoboForm running also on your pc? if yes, try switching it off and see how you go! if it now works close elements, go to RoboForm\options\application integration\ then add Photoshop elements application to the list. Elements and RoboForm clash for some reason. Hope this helps -

Please could somebody give me some assistance with the following problem, I have looked through the posts but cannot find anything on this problem.
A couple of days ago I have tried to open ZENcast Organizer on my computer and got the following error message:
''Creative Zencast has stopped working. A program caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'.
It would not open up ZENcast Organizer and just closed the program.
I thought there may have been a problem with the program, so I unistalled it etc. and then went to the ZENcast website where I downloaded and installed the newest version which is 2.0.0.
After restarting my computer etc, I tried to access the program but just get the same error message as above.
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 and have the 32GB Zen.
Any help would be really appreciated.

WayneI have the same system. I am getting the same with ZenCast, although it seems to work more often when I ignore the shortcut and go through the start menu. Strange but seems to work.
Also on Creative MediaSource 5 Organizer I am getting issues with it stopping after 2 songs and giving me the same error.
I am going to try to re-install with software from the website. I had used my disk that came with my Zplus because I thought based on what I read here that it was ready to go.
Will let you know if it gets better or not.
