Stopping shadowinstance fails

Hi
We are upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0 in hpux 11.31
We are facing the below error at STOP_SHDI_LAST phase

Has anyone faced this error

I solved a similar problem by changing the SHD start profile name under <DIR_PUT>/<SID>/SYS/profile
START_DVEBMGS01_<real hostname> to
START_DVEBMGS01_<logical hostname> and retry the phase.
Check DEFAULT.PFL for the hostname (SAPLOCALHOST)...
