Stopping the Avaliability Check

I want to stop the availability check done when i enter the delivery date on schedule line tab of Sales order ie what ever the date i am entering in delivery date of schedule line tab it should accept it w/o doing the availability check.
I have done following configuration but even then it is checking the availability & giving me the new confirmed qty Schedule line.
1) MM02 (mat Master) ---> (Sales: General?Plant & MRP3
Tab) -
> Availability Check set to KP - No Check
2) IMG --> Schedule Line Cat - CP ---> Availability unchecked
3) IMG --> Delivery Item Cat LPN ---> Avail Check Off

I will tell u the exact requirement.
I have scheduling agreement with my client. He gives me the target qty (e.g. 100 MT) & gives me schedule for half only at this movement (i.e. dates & qty which he wants delivery).
After few more days he gives me the schedule for remaining half.
I have a program in which the system checks for the schedule lines which are undelivered or partially delivered & deletes those sch lines.( Condition for selecting the sch line is the delivery date should be two days before from today i.e. two days old sch line) I delete it because if the material does not reach the customer within two days, he rejects that delivery.
Now the problem,
Since the system does availability check, the system gives me the new sch line for the date which has passed. Due to this what is happing is that, suppose, i have a sch agreement with various sch lines in it. One of the date is scheduled delivery date is 29 07 2008, which due to some reason is not delivered.
This sch delivery has to be canceled/ deleted if it is not delivered by 30 07 2008 evening.
But mean while, on 30 07 2008, if i enter any new date for delivery or change the delivery date of some deliveries which will be due in future, the system does the availability check and changes the schedule line date of 29 07 2008 to 30 07 2008 i.e. the date 29 07 2008 which had confirmed qty on 29 07 2008 generates new sch line for this date & gives me confirm quantity on 30 07 2008.
This creates problem for my program which checks the undelivered sch line for date 29 07 2008.
(As per customer, they don't require avail check to happen as the material is made to stock based on the projection given by sales rep, which is out of SAP System)
I hope i have cleared ur doubt.
Pls do suggest me the way out.

I have resolved the problem. Steps to resolution:
1. Deleted all applications inside the folder "Automatically added to iTunes," many of those apps were also inside the Mobile Applications folder.
2. Next, I uninstalled iTunes, and downloaded the latest version of iTunes.
3. Restarted the computer.
4. Installed the newest version of iTunes.
This repaired the problem.

Stop the credit check in VA02

Hi All,
How do we stop the credit check in VA02? We have used the functionality called Released documents are still unchecked and we have given Deviation in % as 999 and Number days as 999. This functionality is not working in few scenarios like maximum order values exceeds or maximum open items exceeds the specified percentage inOVA8 configuration.
We have tried to use one customized routine and it is causing some other issues. Can you please provide is there any other way to stop the credit check in VA02 transaction code.

User t.ocde OVA8 - Automatic credit control, here you can restrict to system under tab "Released documents are still unchecked' for rechecking the released order after change via VA02.
You can write an routine and assign under document controlling tab for no credit check under cretain senario.

Firefox 3.6.17, Win2K. Don't laugh at the OS, it just works.
But I get the Plugin Check page every time I start Firefox. It doesn't help, because I have the most recent versions of all my plugins that support Win2K. I just *cannot* update my plugins.

Is it possible to keep an email account on the iPhone but stop if from checking for new mail?

I have an email account that has been deleted from the provider (Gmail), but I want to keep the old mails on my phone, while stopping it from checking for new mail. Is this possible?
If I disable the account to stop if from checking for new mail (and producing a bunch of annoying pop-ups every time the mail app is opened), the account becomes invisible and the old mails disappear. I want to keep them visible to I can read and refer to them, but want to stop the phone from trying to download new ones or check the account.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the thought. In this case, that doesn't really help much, as it requires a bunch of button pushing just to check emails. Plus, if I'm not mistaken, in addition to switching modes every time I check email, it also prevents the other accounts from downloading the most recent mails as well. Since it's possible to keep an account on a Mac computer, but take it offline, it's very disappointing if there isn't a way to do the equivalent on an iPhone so that it passively holds the mails but doesn't send constant pop-ups every time the app is accessed.

I have already copied my photographs to the a library manager but when I tried to reuse iphoto and import the photos back into iphoto, it would not let me.
You can't "copy" your photos to the "library manager", there is just no way to any such thing.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Can Not STOP the movement in Sliding Thumbs Menu

My sliding, gliding thumbnail menu is located at the bottom of the page, and it reacts to the cursor movements as intended. However if I were to move the cursor around the page somewhere on the top the menu is still reacting to the cursor movements. I would like it to become inactive once the cursor off the menu.

The position of the cursor moves the Sliding Gliding animated menu even if it is not on bgClip_mc. For the first time it works as it should but once it is activated and I move the cursor away from the bounding parameters of the bgClip_mc the Sliding Gliding Menu is still reacting to the mouse movements.
Please let me know what could be the fix for it.

I believe you are talking about FMS AWS instance and you may be using a centos 4.0.2 instance AMI or lower?
Well ... earlier, options for stopping a centos AWS image was not available, but recently they are there in place, so I suppose if you use a new centos 4.5.1 AMI then probably you can start stop the aws instance on yuor will. Give ut a shot and let me know.

I again cross-checked and found that you were right, start and stop is not supported there .... an alternative method is to take a snapshots of the runinng instnace and terminate that instance after that, later you can use your snapshot to attach to the EBS volume to run your system again. You may need to use the Elastic IP address, because you wont like your users to update each time you terminate the old instance, and create new instance from snapshot. I have never used it in this way, but this is one of the approach.

Last week I submitted a question to the support community. I didn't get any help that was useful so I just gave up and decided to live with the problem I was having. What I need from someone now is to tell me how to stop the automatic e-mail notifications that I am getting every day all day long. I open up my e-mail in the morning and will have over 100 e-mails from Apple. I have went into my account and checked the box to stop the e-mails, and also made sure the stop e-mails button was used on the page that asked my origial question on. I don't know of anywhere else on the site that I might have to go to in order to stop the e-mails. It's a real nuisance to get pages of e-mails every day. If anyone can help me figure this out I would sure appreciate it. Thaniks.

How to delete confirmed schedule lines, without executing the ATP check?

Sales and Distribution: Concerning ATP (product allocation)
Situation:
Step 1: An order is created with priority low. Quantities are confirmed for line items.
Step 2: A second order is created with a higher priority. No confirmed quantities.
Rescheduling program (SDV03V02) is then executed. This selects and sorts the orders in the correct order.
The confirmed quantities for the first (low priority) order should now be freed up, to be able to allocate those quantities to the second (high priority) order.
The problem I am facing is that the confirmed quantities are NOT released.
We cannot use BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE or SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE to delete or modify the schedule lines, because these function modules execute the ATP check again. And when that happens, quantities are again confirmed and assigned.
How can we get rid of the confirmed schedule lines, without executing the ATP check?

Found a solution to the problem:
In the Rescheduling program we export a parameter to the memory, to make it possible to delete schedule lines without executing the ATP check.
Deleting of the schedule lines is done with a BAPI, which will call the ATP check automatically for ATP relevant materials. This we want to stop from happening (only when calling the BAPI).
After the BAPI has been called we FREE the MEMORY ID.
The parameter is imported again in Customer-Exit EXIT_SAPLATPC_001.
Transaction.. SMOD
Enhancement.. ATP00001
Component.... EXIT_SAPLATPC_001,
Include...... ZXATPU01.
The customer exit is used in function AVAILABILITY_CHECK_CONTROLLER, just before calling function 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK'.
Simply refreshing the ATP tables in the customer-exit, will prevent the ATP check from being executed (because we removed the list containing the materials for which the ATP check needs to be done). As a result, the function 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK' will not be processed.

How do you stop the phone from attempting to logon to a deleted email account?

When I first got my phone Skype video was not available so I opened a Yahoo email account so that I could use them for video calls. I got frustrated with the phone in that about half of the time that I turned it on it would tell me that it couldn't connect to the Yahoo servers due to an invalid password. Other times it would connect successfully.
I went to the default email app and found an option to delete the Yahoo account. I even went to the Yahoo web site and deleted the email account from there.
I thought that I had successfully deleted the account but now I get a message that the phone can't access the Yahoo servers every time I turn the phone on. Any ideas on how to stop the phone from attempting to access the Yahoo email servers?
I've checked and the email app doesn't list Yahoo and I can't find any reference to Yahoo in the apps section.

Nevermind, I fixed it (I think). I went into Settings | Accounts & Sync and found Yahoo at the bottom of the list (alphabetically). I selected it and it had an optiion to delete the account, which I did.

I NEVER want to see this pop-up again. And, I do not wish to turn on Cellular Data for most of my apps. BY CHOICE. Stop popping me! Somebody please answer this question. I absolutely hate this pop-up. I am often in situations without my glasses - and this thing just drives me crazy! Can't see the right answer....push the wrong side "OK" versus "Settings". I hate it. I know what apps I want to have cellular data and which one's I do not! Stop the pop-up. Or lose me to another brand of phone. Period.
Please, person with lots of "levels" - answer this question! Help me turn the pop-up off. I am not going to compromise other essential things (like turn off bluetooth or just check "all" for cellular data service and know that it will go away.
