Storage location reference per Storage location

Hello Experts,
We have a storage location X000 and it has assign storage loc ref 00( GR to VZ1 ) therefore during the GR the storage loc S000 go through VZ1, before Schedule agreement is created with x000.
I require that in the same process the system go through EWJ and ETP for some materials and not go to VZ1. But the issue is that I cannot create several Storage location reference (00, 05,03) for the same storage location (X000)
I do not want create a storage location for each storage type.
My currently configuration is:
Storage location: x000
Storage location ref: 00 ( GR to VZ1)
Storage type: VZ1
Strategy source: VZ1 with ref 00
Material: WH 1 view VZ1
I require similar configuration for my news storage types EWJ, ETP but I require use the same storage location X000 it is possible? Or could you please recommend a idea..

If I understand correctly....you want three different material should putaway into three different storage type using same storage location reference...
It is possible. No need to create another storage location reference for the St.Locn: X000.
Assuming material A & B should go to storage type EWJ & ETP respectively.
1) Maintain storage type indicator for putaway in WM view1: Mat. A=EWJ, B=ETP
2) Maintain st. typ search strategy W/H no.,E,EWJ, st loc. Ref.=00,.st.typ=EWJ .Similarly for st.typ indicator ETP, 00,ETP.
When there will be stock putaway for Material A,B & C system will find the st.typ indicator for putaway from WM view and get storage location reference 00 (set for st locn:X000) and will search the appropriate storage type in storage type search strategy and putaway material into st. typ EWJ, ETP and VZ1.

In this node for your warehouse number and storage type combination activate the check box SUT check active.

1)Storage unit type is assigned to the eacj warehouse number.
2)It is activated for each storage type in the warehouse.
3)Goto SPRO->LE->Warehouse mangmt->Mater Data->Material->Define storage unit type.
4)Here you assign storage unit type to warehouse number
5)You can activate SU mngmt at warehouse level here:
SPRO->LE->Warehouse mangmt->Storage Unit->Master Data->Activate SU mngmt per warehouse number
6)You can also activate SU mngmt at storage type level
SPRO->LE->Warehouse mangmt->Master Data->Define storage type.

Question on Storage Location reference

Dear Experts,
Right now, we are in the process of making use of Storage Location reference functionality in WM.
We understand that we can configure different WM movement types for similar IM goods movement for different storage locations within a warehouse using the Storage Location reference functionality. Also, we can determine different storage types for each storage locations as we can also use this in Storage Type Search Sequence.
Can you please help us illustrate this functionality with 1 real life scenario for each of the above functions?
We expect 1 example/practical scenario where we can use storage location ref. for WM mtype determination and storage type search

Hi Shetty,
This is an Integration with IM.
One Warehouse can be madeavailable to multiple sloc & plants (even belongs to diff co ocde).
Now by entring a particular storage location refernce in storage type search startegy , you are defining sequence against a particular storage type. This is influenced by relevant IM posting.
Remember to do active SLR is access optimisation when you configure this.

Fixed "Default" Storage Bin per Storage Location

Hi all,
I have a Storage Location (1234) with only one Storage type (FIX) and one Storage Bin (FLOOR).
What I want is all materials should go (when receiving) to this Storage Bin.
I have configured the Putaway strategy for the Storage Type "F - Fixed bins"
But it's not working. The system is always considers the Next empty bin strategy.
I don't want to make the storage bin fixed per Movement type or per material...The same material can be maintained in different storage locations.

Hi,
a storage location never has a storage type.
If you have a storage type and this has one one bin, why don't you use the strategy "Open storage". Then only that one bin is used. of course you need to allow "addition to stock" and "mixed storage" with all consequences.
If you used "fixed bins", you also have to assign the bin to all the materials.

Forecast per storage location

Experts,
is there a way to set forecast per storage location, e.g. for material 10000 i like to forecast 100 pieces per month in Sloc A and 100 pieces per month in Sloc B.
We have no MRP areas in place.

Stock transfer between Plant/Storage location to Plant/Storage location

Dear Experts,
This is a MM component of SAP Retail.
We have 4 brands ( Plants of type B, Plants of type C etc) that needs inventory from the same Distribution center (Plant A) for some common products. Here the direction is to prioritize the inventory per brand. The requirement is one brand should not take the inventory of the other brand.
To overcome this problem , the solution proposed is to have different storage location for different brands in the same DC.
When we run replenishment planning for the brands and do a ATP check, the availability check should consider only the one issuing storage location in the DC which we allocated for the brand.
I do see the following set up in SPRO and I have done the following.
Step1: Activate Stock Transfer between Storage Locations SPRO->Material Management->Purchasing->Purchase Order->set up stock transport order->set up stock transport order between storage locations-> u2018Activate Stock transfer between storage locationsu2019
Step2: Assign Delivery Type and checking rule according to storage
SPRO->Material Management->Purchasing->Purchase Order->set up stock transport order->set up stock transport order between storage locations->Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule According to Storage
Step3: Define Shipping Data for Stock Transfer between Storage Locations
SPRO ->Material Management ->Purchasing ->Purchase Order ->set up stock transport order ->set up stock transport order between storage locations -> Define Shipping Data for Stock Transfers between Storage Locations 
Step4: Define Rule for Determination off Shipping Point SPRO->Material Management->Purchasing->Purchase Order->set up stock transport order->set up stock transport order between storage locations -> Set-up Storage-Location u2013dependent shipping point determination->Define rule for determination of shipping point
Step5: Shipping Point Assignment According to Storage Location

There is a prerequisite for this BADI .I have done those things.What i dont understand is where to force the combination of supplying site/issuing stor.loc/receiving site/receiving stor.loc

Please try with this and do again Po for stock transport.

Now we have same part but which is bought from different vendor by currency RMB or USD.
We hope when we receive material, it will receive material by currency into different storage locatio type , Or Could we use mb1b to move mateiral in different storage location type ?

Really appreciated for your help. Currently for same part, we possibily buy it by different currency . Somteimes it's RMB, sometimes it's USD.
We use migo to receive these mateirals , most are in WM module, Some in IM module. Currently, when we receive po, in stock, we only track the qty. but now we hope to find a way if we also could mark the currrency on the same materails.
To provide matierals to production , we still need place the material in on location. Since when we delivery material /componet, we don't care its currency.
So we think if in WM, we could use different storage locaiton type for one location and seperated by different currency ?

Change download location to external storage?

I have installed latest Firefox on Android 4.4 KitKat and want to change the download location from internal storage to the SD-card. I have followed this procedure:
1) Change value of browser.download.folderList to 2
2) Create new string entry with the name browser.download.dir and the correct path as value
3) Close Firefox completely and restart Android
However, this do not work as Firefox still save files in the Download folder on internal storage.
What can I do to solve this problem?

CONTRIBUTION MARGIN (PLAN) CALCULATION FOR PRODUCTS (PER UNIT, LOCATION WIS

Requirement of a Report to calculate Contribution Margin (Plan) - For Calculating Contribution Margin.
2 Key figures need to be arrived (per unit/cv of product, locationwise) are Net Sales Realisation (NSR) and Total Variable Cost (TVC).
a) To arrive at NSR (Plan), all the combinations of upcoming discounts and Free Goods schemes which are going to be in force for the coming month for a product, need to be adjusted in the Net Sales Value to get NSR value per unit of Product (SKU / CV), locationwise
The NSR is the result of adjusting Discounts, Excise and Schemes to the List price of a product.
b) TVC is the result of adding Total Material Cost(TMC) + [(LabourPower) conversion cost]Freight.
Calculation of material cost takes into account the LCC (Landed cost chart) price of the materials, which is a future price.
The Total variable Manufacturing Cost (TMC+Conversion cost) can be calculated using Costing Run (CK40N), using LCC price.
In COPA Reporting the values like List price, Discounts, Excise, Free Goods Schemes and freight flows from Billing Documents (SD) because of condition types mapping in to value fields in COPA, which are components for calculating NSR (Actual), based on the Actual sales.
We want to understand how do the Plan values (List price, Discounts, Excise, Free Goods Schemes and freight) per unit of Product, location wise, flow to the Value fields in COPA Planning, so that the Contribution Margin (Plan) can be calculated for each product per unit , location wise.
Contribution Margin = NSR u2013 Total Variable Cost.

Per-user location for adobe reader plugins

I am working on an installer which for a per-machine installation, copies a plugin to Adobe Reader's plugins directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\plug_ins). But for a per-user installation, it won't have access to this directory. So, is there a per-user location for Adobe Reader/Acrobat plugins where this plugin can be installed?
