Storage of a document via Word97 with a parser

Hi,
The storage of a document via Word97 is always impossible when
there is a parser on the document (.doc associated with my
custom parser)
There is always a message "Impossible to record the file
O:\toto.doc is not a valid file name".
There is the same problem with wordpad for the txt files: the
message is a little different: "impossible to modify this file
taking into account the definite rights of access. To ask your
administrator network to modify this parameter. "
The parser works very good with interface HTTP and Explorateur
Windows with copy / paste.
We've tried with the simplest parser.
We have the same result: impossible via storing via Word or
Wordpad but the parser works fine with copy/paste or with
interface HTTP.
We don't understand... Thanks for your answers
Have a good day !

  • Automatic clearing for document posted via FBB1 with foreign currency

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    Can anyone help to explain on why does the document posted in FBB1 with document currency USD was auto cleared even without satisfying the rule in OB74. But when the document currency is SGD it can be automatically cleared.
    Scenarion is as below
    OB74 set up:
       Accty type: S
      From acct: 12000
      To account: 12000
      Criterion 1: Business area
      Criterion 2: Assignment
    G/L account : 12000
    Account currency : SGD
    Post JV document via FBB1:
         Dr 12000
         Cr 20000
         Document curreny : USD ; amount: 0
         Local currency: SGD ; amount: 200
         Assignment: Test A
         Business area: 'blank'
    *When I run F.13 above document was cleared and the clearing doc contains below
           Dr 20000
           Cr 12000
    But when I post in FBB1 with same entries as above, only changing the document currency to SGD it will not be cleared via F.13.
    Appreciate your explanation on why does above scenario happened.
    Thank you in advance.

    HI,
    while posting the entry through FBB1 then system will not consider the exchange rates as per ob08 and etc.,
    you can define the local and foreign currency values as per your wish while posting the FBB1.
    I hope above will clear you issue. Thank you.

  • Credit/Debit Memo Request with reference to Billing document via IDoc

    Hello Experts,
    It seems SAP doesn't support Credit/Debit Memo Request with reference to Billing document via IDoc. Via IDoc, we can create sales document only with reference to contract or quotation but not with reference to billing/invoice document.
    Wanted to check if anybody came across such requirement and what would be the best way to acheive (Other than custom program using BAPI).
    Additional Information: Its ECC 6.0 Environment with AFS 6.03
    Appreciate your help.

  • Unable to clear a GR document via f.13

    Hi,
    My user is unable to clear a GR document via F.13 since the IR document had been clear with other document.
    It was noted that GR document do not have a matching document.
    User try to clear the GR document manually via F-03 by manual entering the clearing to offset but this leaves the clearing document as open.
    Please advise.

    Hi,
    Above credit entry in GR/IR account is at the time of GRN, and 2nd debit entry in GR/IR  account will be at the time of Invoice. see below entry.
    Debit GR/IR  690
         Cr. A/P(vendor) 690
    Therefore in GR/IR account is open item manage account, and you can see the debit 690 and credit 690, in GR/IR account, and this you have to clear in F.13 please check and confirm.
    You can also view the PO history in ME23N, to verify that the invoice is posted or not, and if invoice is posted, then click on invoice doc, then go on followup FI document, which will show you what account has been debit.(this should be GR/IR with 690).
    Your vendor invoice will be cleared once you it pay it through F110/F-53/F-58.

    1. I have an iPod which has purchases synced with I tunes with an apple ID. I now have an iPad with a new ID for cloud. I have cloud storage capacity of 5gb which came with the iPad. How can I use one ID and store my existing music in cloud?

    HI Frostyfrog
    CHeck out iTunes Match which has an annual fee of £21 or thereabouts. You can store a maximum of 25,000 songs there and they all become available on your other kit, iPhone, iPad and iPod. I know it works as I have over 23000 songs uploaded of which only a few we're bought through iTunes.
    it works by comparing your music to the whole iTunes music dadata base so you access the same tunes that you could get from iTunes. If you have obscure stuff, it uploads your own music to the cloud as a copy.
    I Find it incredible that on my iPhone with its 16gb memory I can view almost 200 gb of music (ie my 23000 songs) and play any of them. Anything I add to iTunes becomes available via the cloud fairly quickly from a few minutes or a little longer if adding a lot.
    The first time you use it it will take quite a while to match your music if you have a lot, but after that it is all automatic. Read the stuff on the apple site. Your PC needs to be at least running Vista. I recommend it and at less than 50p a week it's good value.
    Good luck

    Yes you can make multiple backups on one hard drive, for example if you’ve 1TB hard drive installed in your PC and you’ve two Mac Machines with 500GB drive each then you just make two backup images with size of 500GB each.

    Hi,
    I assume you had transferred all the commitments form fiscal year 2010 to fiscal year 2011 you will surely get the error message of budget exceeded in the year 2011 .You will will have to transfer the budget of the year 2010 also or you may update the current budget .I f you do not want the error message,you will have to first deactivate the Project budget using T code CJBW & after reversing then activate the Project budget using T code CJBV.

  • How to send a copy of a document via Gmail?

    Hello,
    After the update to iOS 8.1, I can see the option to send a copy of the document via email. In my case I was able to send the document via Yahoo mail app installed on the device. However, I cannot send through the GMail app installed. I am not using the Apple Email application in this case.
    Could someone help me?

    I have found that the best way to send websites or set them up is to do it in an organized way.
    When you're in Dreamweaver, you set up a site as a folder on your local hard drive and everything should be stored there.
    Windows and Macs both have "user" areas and your "user" would be you. If you created a user file with your Adobe handle, it would be "iwontbuythis."
    So, within "iwontbuythis" you have folders, such as "Documents" and "photos" and so on. In my user area, which is "Mark," I created another folder called "Sites." That's where my websites I create in Dreamweaver go and I have an "alias" or "shortcut" on my desktop to that.
    Whenever I create a new website, it's in a folder underneath "Sites." So my website for my company, Hollis Internet Marketing, LLC, is in a folder under "Sites" called "HIM."
    If I need to send that website to anyone, I simply zip up my "HIM" folder and send everything within it. If it's too big for an email, I use Dropbox, or I place it on my server for download.

  • Upload / Open a Word Document from BDS with WebDynpro

    Hello,
    we use the BDS (Business Document Server) to storage our word files. Now we use WebDynpro with the UI OfficeControl.
    Could any one tell me, how to open/upload my documents from BDS with the OfficeControl.
    The UI FileUpload does not work, because it is not allowed to use specify URLs. link:[http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/b3/be7941601b1d09e10000000a155106/frameset.htm]
    For example that is the URL from the BDS: "SAPR3://SAPR3CMS/get/100/BDS_5FDB2_5FR/7B3AAF5B22AAD21197ED0060B0672A3C/Forminterface.doc"
    I use the class "CL_BDS_DOCUMENT_SET" with the method "get_with_url". result is above.
    Each example with the OfficeControl from SAP (Package SIOS) use the Mime Repository:
    mime_repository = cl_mime_repository_api=>get_api( ).
      CALL METHOD mime_repository->get
        EXPORTING
          i_url     = url
        IMPORTING
          e_content = content.
      wd_context->set_attribute( name = 'DATAS' value = content ).
    Have any one an idea, how BDS and WebDynpro works together

    What about getting the binary of the word document from BDS and download this?
    Yes, it exist a method calls "get_with_table". This return the binary path from my url above.
    Here is my source code:
    public attributes
    DATA oi_document TYPE REF TO if_ios_wordprocessing.
    DATA oi_factory TYPE REF TO if_ios_factory.
    METHOD wddomodifyview .
    DATA ol_node TYPE REF TO if_wd_context_node.
    DATA ol_office TYPE REF TO cl_wd_office_control.
    DATA vl_document TYPE xstring.
    short from
      vl_document = myBDS->get_with_table( ).
    Settings for UI OFFICE_CONTROL
      ol_node = wd_context->get_child_node( 'OFFICE' ).
      ol_node->set_attribute( name = 'DATASET' value = vl_document ).
    get the office control
      wd_this->oi_office ?= view->get_element( 'OFFICE_CONTROL' ).
    get the IOS Factory
          wd_this->oi_factory ?= ol_office->_method_handler.
    get proxy document
          wd_this->oi_factory->get_wordprocessing_proxy(
          IMPORTING proxy = wd_this->oi_document  ).
    CALL METHOD wd_this->oi_document->if_ios_document~opendocument( ).
    ENDMETHOD.
    When I compile everything is ok. But when I run my application, it nothing happen. No word file is opening or no error message. I create a ALC trace (SAPNOTE 949770).
    Each time when I try to open my word file comes a popup-window from the alc-trace:
    ERRO|20081024143529|WD86_1300|CIOS_GeneralDocumentContainer_Acf::| STG_E_READFAULT  : readaccess|HRESULT=-2147287010(     A disk error occurred during a read operation)
    ERRO|20081024143529|WD86_1300|CIOS_GeneralDocumentContainer_Acf::|Office version is lower than 12, only native office format supported|HRESULT=-2147467259(Unspecified error
    ERRO|20081024143529|WD86_1300|CIOS_GeneralDocumentContainer_Acf::|loadOffice2007xml|HRESULT=-2147467259(Unspecified error )
    But I have access to the BDS and to the document.
    Can any one help me.....

  • Hello! I would like to know the procedure to turn a word document into a PDF document via Adobe Reader.

    Hello! I would like to know the procedure to turn a word document into a PDF document via Adobe Reader. Do I have to pay for it or just sign up? Thank you in advance.

    "...the procedure to turn a word document into a PDF document via Adobe Reader."
    Not possible.
    No version of Adobe Reader can:
    --| create PDF
    --| manipulate PDF page content
    --| export PDF page content
    Adobe Reader XI does provide a "connection" to various Adobe hosted online subscription services (that are under "acrobat.com").
    There is a subscription services can create PDF from supported file formats that are uploaded to the service.
    This subscription service is "PDF Pack".
    With an active (paid up) subscription to a service one can make use of the service.
    Be well...

    This is the class for a JCP I created to perform the following:
    1) Launch an existing Concurrent Program that produces PDF output
    2) Grab the PDF and apply a watermark based on user input or conditions
    3) associate the modified PDF to CP output for PASTA printing
    It isn't elegant but it is fairly simple. I added the email capability and tested it but am not implementing it at the present time.
    there is a fair amount of information out there that explains how to create a JCP councurrent program but very little that demonstrates the class needed.
    I hope this helps

  • How to assign an output type to a document via ABAP

    Hello Guru's
    I have an interface with a 3rd party system to send information from deliveries. When a delivery is created, we trigger output with 'Post goods issue' and output triggers the interface.
    We need to also trigger output with 'reverse goods issue' and here is the problem. When GI is cancelled I don't know how to trigger the interface having the control from Sales not from MM.
    I'm thinking to use the same approach assigning an output to the delivery in a user-exit of GI cancellation process. But I don't know how to assign this output to a delivery document using ABAP. I have looked for BAPI's or Functions but no successful.
    - Do you know how to assign outputs to documents via ABAP?
    - Do you have any other idea to trigger the interface when GI is cancelled?
    Thank you in advance,
    Manuel

    Hi,
    Guess u need to maintain it in SPAD transaction.
    Cheers
