Storage says 33gb of movies when I have deleted them all. I have done everything and it is still showing that I have movies when I don't. It's driving me nuts

Note that sequence is important. iPhoto trash just deletes it from iPhoto, not your MBA. Only when you delete Trash, are the photos truly deleted from the MBA.

I have also set my mails to be kept for 1 day only. My storage shows 12.8 GB used and 0 bytes available (its a 16GB phone). I have 4.3GB of music and the balance of apps / messages etc comes to 1248MB. Massive pain as I cannot download updates (IOS 8) or even take a picture.

I don't know why you believe that emails would be using 6go if you deleted them all. I think you concluded this from the available space left and what you know is using space. You have to understand that what is taking storage space is not only apps, music and emails. There is also the iOS which is taking space as well as a lot of data cached on your devices that will usually be shown as 'Other' category if you are to look at your space usage from iTunes.
If the total 'Other' space appears excessive, I suggest you should 'restore' your device (after a full recent backup); this sometimes helps to remove any data left behind. But before this, try a look at Settings->General->Usage->Manage Storage. This will list apps from the most space consuming to the less. It could also help you to identify which apps may take to much of your precious space not only by apps size but also from the data the apps had stored.

The following part, so I just see at least, ceased to exist on my Adobe website, everything takes place in the link from above. I leave it as an info yet, it might still fit for you. For this purpose, please click your way through to your Adobe Store and find the button "Get Serial Number". Fill in the form and after a while you will get the real serial number.

First step is to confirm that you have the same Apple ID in settings for both devices.....
Settings > iTunes and Apps > Verify correct apple id (Apple ID used to purchase Plague).

How do i get the few songs in my library to be "authorized to play" when all the other ones are. I have tried doing them individually, NOT WORKING This is on my home laptop. All of the songs play on one computer but some not on the other.
Find the songs that don't work -- one at a time. Right-click on the song in iTunes and do a "Get Info" On the summary tab, look at the account name field. That's critical -- is that account authorized on your computer?

My email provider has changed and I have a new one.
I amended this on my computer under my Apple iTunes account without any difficulty and it was authenticated. However, I still have the original email appearing on my iphone 4s and ipad2 and I cannot update that information. Neither can I use my usual password to update my Apps. Please can anyone assist me with simple instructions on how to change these important passwords? What sort of "storage" did you buy? If you are referring to iCloud storage, that does not change the amount of storage on your iPhone. You will have to delete things from your iPhone to be able to add more apps. If you want to have music in the cloud rather than on your iPhone, you need to subscribe to iTunes Match, after which you will be able to stream music rather than keeping it on your iPhone, though of course you'll need an internet connection to do so and can burn through your cell service data allowance rather quickly if you play a lot of music and don't have WiFi available.

My 16gb iPhone 4S keep tell me that my storage is almost full and I don't have enough space for any upgrades. I don't have any music or videos on my phone. I updated my iOS system 2 Days ago. App store says I have 20 updates, when I click update all, they all go in to "Waiting" mode and its been like that for 24 hours now with no sign of updating. Do I have to delete them all and reinstall ? any help much apreciated.

When I try backing up to icloud it says that I have gone over the free 5gb. It shows that I have 4.6 gb of pictures in my camera roll when I barely have over 200 pictures! Any similiar problems or possible solutions?
You're welcome. Given the number of people who seem to have problems restoring photos from their backup I wouldn't trust the iCloud backup for my photos anyway. I always import them to my computer at least weekly. That way I know I have them.
You might want to check out the app PhotoSync. It makes this pretty easy as it transfers them to your computer wirelessly and keeps track of which ones have already been transferred.
