Storage validation error 0x80070022

Question

I get this error during the Storage > List Potential Cluster Disks test:
Failed to find or allocate arbitration sectors for physical disk {263c99e5-545c-42a6-b540-a3835cda60c8} from node XX.XX.com...Please ensure that all GPT disks have a Microsoft Reserved Partition (MSR) present. Error: 0x80070022.

While in diskpart, the disk that is returning the above error, has 0 free space, so I am unable to create the MSR partition. (The partition is empty so I don't know why diskpart thinks it has 0 free space.) How do I resolve this so that my cluster can pass
all of the validation tests?

Hi hova lugozi,
Base on my experience, this issue typically caused by one of your node was holding the disks and was preventing validation from succeeding, please disconnect the nodes storage
then reinitialize the shared storage.
