Store 360 not honoring Galaxy Tab S trade in

Reading here it, admins kep saying the tablet does not need to bein the trade in system, but store 360 in williston,VT refuses to honor the deal on any tablet not in the trade in system.
FYI I am trying to trade an archos 10.1 Gen 8 tablet. I've already wasted 2 hours trying to get them to honor this.

ADE Cant will not recognize Galaxy Tab 10.1

I can not get Adobe Digital Editions to see my my Android device. I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 and it says it is supported. My computer see's the device ok--- But ADE doesn't recognize it.
Is there something I am missing ?

I did register the product with Samsung, which was a
weird ordeal in itself. Their online registration process wasn't working so I had to
call in and they couldn't even do it. I had to wait for them to correct the web-site registration page for the Galaxy Tab 10.1 Wifi only. Just a huge hassle from the begging.
It didn't include any process for setting up apps a all. Now I'm beginning to wonder about the regisration process again
I think it does have Google books on it. Maybe that's causing some glitch. I'm going to load another e-book program and see if it makes any difference.

Store 471 Not Honoring $100 iPhone Trade-In Promo

I was told by 3 employees that I had to purchase a new iPhone on the spot to get this promotion. Corporate has made it clear that this is not the case. Please help me resolve this issue.

You should not need to purchase the iPhone 6 in order to take advantage of this trade-in offer, and the gift card you receive for your trade-in can be used towards the purchase of your choice. This excludes phones that are cracked, water damaged or that lack power. The limit for this promotion is three per person unless local laws state otherwise.
Updated communication has been sent to all store leaders on the details of this promotion. I recommend heading back to that store and asking to speak with a manager to assist in this transaction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Is a Firefox version compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 forth comming?

The Firefox for Android that is currently available is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Is a there a new version in the works that would be compatible?

When I try to install "Firefox Browser for Android" from Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, I get the following message, "Package file is invalid".

It would be valuable to know if any of the terms of the trade-in have changed, and to head off questions about the inability to use more than one coupon per tablet purchase before you are inundated with complaints..

It’s definitely concerning when customers are experiencing disappointments with one of our promotions and I can certainly understand your desire to see something posted on our community to help head off any future issues.
The stores are provided with all the information that they need to process these promotions correctly and hopefully, we have also learned from any past mistakes as well when putting them together. Right now, you can find all the details of the Samsung Tab 3 trade-in promotion here. From what I can see, it seems to cover all the details of the promotion very well, including stating that only one coupon can be used per transaction.
Otherwise, as far as I can tell, the promotion is identical to the Surface 3 promotion, with the caveat that the trade-in must be used towards the purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab S.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A Tablet Trade Issue

Hello,
My wife wanted to take advantage of the trade in program for the Galaxy Tab A but when we went to the store, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. After reseraching the issue online, I came across this forum. The store representive said that she could not accept the tablet becuase it was not listed in the database. It appears that others have had this same issue and you were able to help. Any help, is greatly appreciated.

It surprises me every time I read that one of our store locations has denied a customer the option to trade-in their tablet per the current promotional offer because the tablet could not be found in our Trade-in system. This is not the first and probably not the last time that we will have a trade-in promotional offer, so we should all know the correct process by now. A tablet should really only need to turn on and not have any damage to be eligible; however, please keep in mind that the terms do mention there could be other limitations.
I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience you or your wife may have experienced while at our Prescott, AZ store and would like to see what I can do to further assist. HP Touchpad Trade in Trade up - Samsung Galaxy Tab S

Good Afternoon,
I went to store SNELLVILLE GA (Store 776) last night, to do the HP Trade up Trade In for the Samsung Galaxy. I was denied the ability to trade it in as it was not in their system or shows up as discontinued. Funny thing is that I showed them this forum where there were other responses from my HP touch pad on the Best Buy Wifi. Yet the supervisor Ashley would not budge and said she cannot help me. Unfortunately the manager was busy helping other customers and was unable to assist me.
If it's not too much trouble can someone from this forum help me? Possiby call the store and provide some guidance? I truly appreciate your assistance. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

I was very happy to read that you set out to participate in our Trade In and Trade Up promotion with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S. I’m disappointed to hear that your experience at the Snellville store was not what you had expected when you attempted to trade in your tablet.
You should be able to participate in this promotion, regardless of whether your qualifying tablet is found in our trade in system. Our store associates should be knowledgeable about how to process such a trade in should they be unable to locate your tablet model in our system. That being said, some stores do have further limitations.
I have reached out to the Snellville store leadership with the details required to process this promotion. I suggest that you make another visit to the store and request a manager assist you with this promotion.

Trade Up to Madden 15 $10 Coupon not honored as stated

I am a Gamers Club Unlocked Member, and I pre-ordered Madden 15 online to take advantage of the $10 pre-order gift card.
Best Buy then had a flyer in August stating that if you traded in Madden 25 between 8/10 - 8/23 that you would received a $25 trade in value, and then a $10 Coupon towards the purchase of Madden 15.
I was told that I didn't have to cancel and reorder my pre-order to take advantage of the $10 Coupon, as it would just be applied when I went to the store to pick up my game.
So....I went to the store....and the coupon was not honored. The store staff even called corporate and they said it couldn't be honored. The in store person stated that they couldn't apply an adjustment at the POS for a .COM purchase. They could return the game to give me my adjustment for the coupon, but then I would lose my pre-order $10.
Epic fail on the end of Best Buy.....

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) not available as upgrade?

Hi all,
I'm now eligible for an upgrade, but the devices available list does not include the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1 inch) - does anyone know if that is specifically excluded from upgrade? Is the only way to get that by adding a completely new line?

I'm not an Android user (no tablet or phone) so I can't make any endorsements that would hold any credibility, but most of the Flash solutions I've read point to Dolphin as the best alternative.

Verizon Webmail site will not load on Samsung Galaxy Tab SCH-1800

Is there some compatibility issue with Verizon's Webmail site and the Galaxy Tab? In the past I have easily been able to access my Webmail account directly with the browser on my Galaxy Tablet. But over the past year or so, that access has gone away. At first I was told to download the FiOS app to my tablet. That worked for about 6 months. Now even the FiOS app does not work. When I type any version of the "netmail.verizon.net" or "webmail.verizon.net" or "myverizon/webmail.net" I get redirected to the Home Verizon page. From there, I don't get any login links and thus I can not access my email root server from this tablet. I've called Customer Support on numerous occassions but nobody seems to have any clue why this is happening. Does anybody know if there is some compatibility issue with this old tablet and the website? Perhaps the platform is no longer supported, or the Android OS is too old?? Very frustrating that nobody can answer this simple question.

I'm trying to use Firefox 10.0.5 on my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 which is running Ice Cream Sandwich. My problem is I can't get to any of the menu functions, escpecially the 'save as pdf' because there is no menu key. I can't get the tablet version because it's a 7" tablet. I have tried the Beta (14) but it doesn't have a cookie manager like 10 does. Anything I can do ?

I have one particular site that happens to be a bank. It will not let me get the full desktop view, only mobile. Even with the phony addon that makes it think it's the desktop version of firefox. I'm assuming it's because it set a cookie but my only choice in v14 is to clear all cookies and passwords and I don't want to do that. There are cookie managers in v10 that let you delete certain cookies as oppossed to all cookies.

It continues to run in the background with sounds after pressing the home button or start another app. On iOS xml the UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend did work...is it a similar solution for Android/Galaxy Tab?

Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand that you are having problems printing from your Galaxy Note 10.1.
I would like to help.
If you are using the HP ePrint app, you should not be getting a message about needing a Samsung printer.
That error message would only pop up if you are using the in operating system print option.
What is the android version on your tablet?
Have you tried installing the HP Print Service Plugin?
