Store account says account needs to be renewed, but I canot renew!
I logged into my Windows Store Dev Center account, and on my Dashboard there was a notice on 11/17/2014 that my account was going to expire, followed by on on 12/17/2014 that my account has expired and that I should renew.
However, when I click on renew (https://appdev.microsoft.com/StorePortals/en-US/Account/Profile/ViewSubscription), it takes me to a page where it says, "Developer accounts don’t expire. You won't need to renew your account in order to keep your apps in
the Store." In case it matters, I have not published a windows store app yet.
There's a link to a contact us page which allows me to fill in a form, but then when I click submit I get an error saying the page cannot be found or some such, so I am posting here to see if someone can help me sort this out.
BTW, my Windows Phone Store account is active and doesn't have a similar problem. And again if it matters, I have published windows phone apps.
[Update] Since there is no reply here, I attempted again (after 2 days) to submit a query by email from from the Dev Center Support page and today I did not receive an error. Now that the support request is in, I hope to have
this resolved soon.
After opening a support ticket, I got a quick response which confirmed that I do not need to renew my account, and that the issue would be cleared up. When I logged in today to check my account the expiration messages are gone, so it looks like I'm

Memory = Ram, the 40G free space you are referring to is hard drive storage space available, 2 very different things.

Assuming you have an optical drive in or connected to your MBP, the easiest way to go is to do a backup of your existing iTunes library to DVDs (you may need several) . In iTunes 9, this is done with selecting File->Library->Back Up to Disc... and following the directions. I do not see that capability in the current iTunes, though, but if one is using Tiger, one is limited to iTunes 9.
When the discs are burned, mounting any of the discs on the MBP should cause iTunes (you may need to have it up) to ask if you want to import the files. It goes pretty smoothly, or at least it has for me in Mt. Lion and Win-7. It's a little involved but it does work. -
I have the wrong email address on my icloud and my ipod touch says I need to verify it but I can't because I misspelled it, what should I do to change it?

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

I am not able to see the entire post that you leave, unless I look at it on my phone (email)--I am so sorry. You have no idea how much i appreciate your help. Yes, I see that I can get the later version of OS software, but its not availabe for immediate download. My only options appear to be having it shipped, or going to the store to purchase. And if you know of another way that I can access all of my itunes library music on my new phone withouth using itunes, I would love to hear about it.--thanks and again i am so sorry for frustrating you.

I downloaded Pandora a while back. My 12 year old nieces were playing with my iPad and now the Pandora icon is not on my screen. The app store shows that it needs to be updated, but I can't do it. What can it do to recover my Pandora program?
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my query is not so much about the sale of the company and the dream. I agree with you on that point. Good for them. My frustration is that this old app has now caused a glitch in my Apple App Store icon. I have a red badge with one update and it is referring to the old app that has been sold that needs to be updated. When I try to update the app it says no longer available for purchase. So I have since deleted that app in hopes that it would resolve the red badge issue. It has not. Somehow, that old app and the new app with the same name but by a different company has caused the glitch. I have reset all settings on my iPad, I have rebooted, I have deleted the app and still the red badge with the one update for the old app is there. Hmmm. . . I guess I need to take this into the Genius bar or wait for ios 7 in hopes that it will fix the glitch. Thanks again for your help.

I've burnt a digital copy of 3 blu ray dvds onto my iTunes, but i cant sync them to my iPad-an error message says device needs to be authorized, but its only authorised to this computer, i've never tried to use it on any other! Can anyone help?!
Thanks for your reply, but you might have misunderstood it a bit. I'm NOT trying to buy a movie. ****, I'm not even in the actual Apple Store, when this happens I'm in the library not the Store part of iTunes.
To clarify - I have purchased a physical copy of a movie which came with another physical copy which contains the digital copy. The digital copy is on the DVD, all I need is just to transfer this file to my iPod Touch, for example, I'm not trying to download it from the store or repurchase it and it's not any gift code that I've received, the digital copy is on the disc. This is the first time ever that I've purchased something on a disc and I'm not allowed to access it because the disc hasn't been purchased within my country.
So again - I'm not attempting any purchase or download any purchased digital copy - it's on a DVD I own physically so... why is even the region of my Store relevant, the code I enter is (as I assume) just supposed to check if it's a legal genuine copy (which it is, as I've said - there are 6 discs in the pack: 3 movies on 3 Blu-rays and 3 DVD containing these digital copies of them). If I own it, I think that's proof enough that I have the right to use it. I just don't get it. I fully agree with you and understand your point if there was any purchase going on here, but it's not, it's just - I put a disc into my computer and I can't access it -

Download Mac OS X 10.9 from the Mac App Store. If it's incompatible with your computer, Mac OS X 10.8 will be as well.

iTunes version 10.7 requires at least Mac OS X version 10.6.8 if you're running a Mac, or Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later if you're running Windows.
Is your computer up-to-date enough for iTunes 10.7? -

Hi folks, just yesterday i can restore my iphone 4 that have a problem when i restore from itunes, when i do the restore from itnes, always showed me the following error:

what I did was this: just when I will finish the process, when the status bar is at the end in the firmware, only put the sim card and go back to take out, I do this like 4 or 5 times and the process restoration ends so well. This method I tried it 2 times and 2 times worked. I spent like 10 hours trying to restore iphone without results, until I started watching the logs and the key is when you are upgrading the firmware sends a command to answer yes. And I hope this helps.

Trying to install update 8.1.3, my iPad says I need 1.5 gb but I actually have 17.1 gb. Why will it not let me install?
It's probably telling you that you need 1.5 more GB than you have available. Hook up your device to iTunes on the computer you sync with and do the update from there. OTA updates require a lot more memory than ones done via iTunes.

My iTunes won't let me connect my iPhone because it says I need an updated iTunes, but when I try to download the new iTunes, it says that my Mac software (10.5.8) is too old. However, there are no software updates available. What can I do?
It depends on what iPhone you have.
If it's an iPhone 4S or earlier, click here.
If it's an iPhone 5, you need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD, and that requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB RAM.

After downloading the new Lion, my photobooth doesnt open. I click it and it bounced on my dock then a screen pops up basically saying it needs to be updated but i dont know how to update it without opening up the app. What do i do?
Saturday, from inside my pictures folder, I opened PhotoBooth for the first time since installing Lion. The same message was given to me. I said OK, or something, and it updated with the new app., icons etc. with no problems. Wish I could help you more but I am a bit mystified as to why it didn't update with the Lion install in the first place?

my ipod & itunes are fully up-to-date with 4.2.1 for ipod and the itunes 11.0.1 and every app (ex facebook & ice cream jump says i need 4.3 version but when i click all updates say its all up to date. I have tryed restoring it 4 times to factory as well. Please help I have set-up over 10 ipods and differents generations and have never had this issue like this, I even have all ratings ristriction unchecked and payment info in itunes so i need help please
but i could download on others ipods in same gen, facebook and ice cream tower, everything i look up and try install always says that for apps so your saying that i can not ever download any apps to this ipod ever againÉ

Hello everyone! My issue is this, that after I've installed the free Xcode 4.1 everything goes fine. Excepted until Im gonna start up the the program. It only comes to the opening screen, then its stays there, "Loading.." • sudo /Developer/Library/un
