Store comes up white and blank... already updated to latest software

One user on this computer cannot access the iTunes Store on his iTunes website. When he clicks on it, it comes up white and blank but says iTunes Store only. We have updated to the latest iTunes software. Also, there are 3 other users on this computer and all of them can access the iTunes store successfully. Any suggestions? Hopeless in California... yes we are 3 miles away from Apple's Corporate Office in Cupertino.

I e-mailed Tech support and they are starting to look into this from their end. I'll let you know if they get it cleared up.

    Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it!   It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    I was able to fix mine. I went to software update and updated a few things. I did not update everything, but only what I thought were the essentials, which I believe was Safari, a security update, and a firmware update.
    Then I deleted and reinstalled Itunes yet another time. Now the itunes store is back up again.

    You need to make sure your portable electronic Book is registered with the same AdobeID as your computer.
    If it is fully compatible with ADE then ADE should ask you to register the device when ADE is run with the device plugged in.
    If not, there may be some other way to arrange authorization; tell us which eReader device you have.
    There are quite a few devices which ADE 2.0 is having problems with, but which worked on the older v1.7.2.
    Version 1.7.2 is a little difficult to find,
    available on Adobe site for Windows and for Mac.

    My problem:  The Apple Mac Store is re-downloading and reinstalling the update called "Final Cut Pro X Supplemental Content" literally everyday.  I have a Mac Pro with Mavericks and Final Cut Pro X 10.1 installed.  It seems to complete the update to the best of my knowledge.  It shows it to be Final Cut Pro X Supplemental Content 1.0.  Is there a later version (a 2.0?)?  It seems it started when Mavericks updated.  Anyone else have this issue or know a solution to get it to update once and for all?

    your post fixed my issue
    but it did take more than deleting torrented apps, once your run a program with a MASReciept with someone elses Apple ID. that other ID is saved in all apps you got off of app store.
    You have to delete all apps that contain the MASReciept (the terminal command tells you which ones) then quit appstore then reboot download all apps again.
    it taught me to just buy my apps..

    Let the battery drain dead, recharge it and test. If it still does not work, restore.

    Normally warnings are fakes but in your case I am not sure.
    Your sytem info aside is indicating you are using Firefox 21, so either you are using an out of date and unsupported version of Firefox, or something is going wrong and Firefox is not reporting the correct information.
    When you use the Firefox button and the help option you should get an option about firefox that confirms the version you are using.
    Possibly you have security software preventing updates. Have a look at these articles then please post back and confirm what version you are using.

  • Align panel showing white and blank

    Hi there,
    The align panel is showing white and blank in my fireworks. It was working fine a few weeks ago and it's just on this machine, i haven't been able to find a fix for it! All the other panels work fine, just when i press align, or open it from 'window', it shows the area where usually the align controls are, are shown white. The entire panel is white.
    I've tried uninstalling fireworks and reinstalling it, i've also tried googling the problem but not found anything.
    I'm using Adobe Master Collection CS5: Fireworks CS5
    Does anyone know a way to solve this? I'm presuming each panel is it's own file, perhaps this one is corrupt and can be replaced? but really don't know!

    Sorry you are having trouble syncing content with your iPhone 5. I found an article that might help with this syncing issue:

    Also, you can delete the songs from the iPhone without syncing by just swiping from left to right over the song to get a delete button.

    The quickest way to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter. When attached to a computer via a standard USB port (most PCs or older Mac computers) iPad will charge very slowly (but iPad indicates not charging). Make sure your computer is on while charging iPad via USB. If iPad is connected to a computer that’s turned off or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPad battery will continue to drain.
    Apple recommends that once a month you let the iPad fully discharge & then recharge to 100%.
