Story CC plus isn't working with CC subscription

Hello,
I recently obtained a subscription to Creative Cloud. I have been able to get everything to work except for Story plus. Every time I sign in to story it just puts me on the free version even though my account has the subscription activated on it. I have been using the free version of story for quite a while now and i'm wondering if that has something to do with the plus version not working. I have also read other forum posts on the issue, but none of them were able to solve my problem. Any help would be appreciated, and if more information is required I will be happy to provide it.

Can you please mail the Adobe ID which you are using to login to Story to DL-AdobeStory-support<at>adobe<dot>com? Please also mention which subscription plan you are on (Individuals, Business, Student & Teacher, etc.).

Just got this problem fixed.
This is what customer support instructed me to do for my iMac:
Rest 1.
Shut down computer and unplug power; wait 15 secs.
Turn on computer.
Shut down computer.
Reset 2.
Turn on computer.
Before gray screen comes up, so almost immediately, press Option-Command-P-R at the same time.
Hold down until you hear the turn-on noise, let go and let the system start up.
This fixed my camera problem.

You don't need a serial number for the latest version of Photoshop, just sign in with your Adobe ID

Why Story Plus isn't compatible with Retina display?

I just upgraded from macbook Air to a macbook pro retina display and realized the desktop software version sucks! It isn't compatible with Retina resolution! It now looks like a 10 year old, badly developed, app.

I work and live in China and my backup assistant plus isn't working

Here's my situation, I currently am living and working in China so I am no longer with Verizon. It has been quite some time since I used this phone and because of this I am no longer able to access my backup assistant plus account. I want to recover my photos but I don't remember what my ID is and the phone number Verizon keeps asking for is no longer in service. It's a long shot but does anyone have ideas? Thanks

Discoverer Viewer/Plus does not work with Custom EUL owned by APPS user

I am facing a unique issue with one of my customers. They have a custom EUL named XX_EUL_US and this does not allow connecting through discoverer viewer or discoverer plus.
I have worked with custom EULS before at other customers and this was never the case. I am being told that this issue is happening as the EUL owner is APPS instead of some other user. Is this the case? Can discoverer viewer not be used with EULs owned by apps user?
Please not that the Default EUL in ICX profiles is set to this EUL and no other EUL profiles are set.

I am not sure what you mean when you say you have a "custom EUL named XX_EUL_US". The EUL table should be created in a schema named XX_EUL_US. This will then be the EUL owner. You will then need to connect to Discoverer Administrator as the EUL owner and grant privileges to Apps users and/or responsibilities.
The user should then be able to connect to Discoverer Plus/View using their apps username, responsibility and password.
To be able to connect directly from an apps menu you need to have the ICX parameters set correctly. The ICX: Discoverer Default End User Layer Schema Prefix should be set to XX_EUL (without the _US). The ICX: Discoverer End User Layer Language Override should be set to US or not set at all.

DVI connection to Lenovo 6622-HB1 isn't working with Windows 7. Any suggestions please?

I have a W510 in a 4338 Mini Dock Plus Series 3 running Windows 7. Previously I had a T60 in its docking station (2504) connected to a Lenovo 6622 (1680 by 1050) connected using the DVI connection which worked fine under WinXP, but the external monitor does NOT work any more with W510/Win 7. It DOES work with an analog connection but I would prefer to use the DVI.
The external DVI connection works at startup but once Windows 7 completes its initialization it becomes undetected.
Can anyone advise whether this is a recognised problem and whether a fix is available? Thanks

on the dock 3 plus there are two dvi ports, which one did you use?

Lock table overflow - BRF Plus - can it work with many entries in tables ?

hi,
when I'm trying to open expression table in BRFplus with 500 entries in web
I get an error: Lock table overflow and I see more then 2000 entries in sm12 for fdt_ tables
and the system cannot create any more locks (so other applications are not working)
why is that ? can BRF plus work with more then 100 entries in table expressions at all ?
can anyone tell from experience as this is a huge issue I believe

Hi Michal,
You are running a NW 701 system. This was the first version of BRFplus and the DB schema was not good for high volumne.
I have created some notes recommending to use decision table for up to 100 rows (of course other factors like # of columns are also important).
In NW 702 the DB schema has been changed and decision tables with 10.000 rows are possible and performance better by a factor of 100 and more.
In your specific case you may consider to increase the number of logs that are possible. But this is rather a workaround than a solution.

HP w2408h monitor isn't working with Windows 8.1???

I've been using my HP w2408h monitor as a second screen for my computer. When I bought the new computer, I just connected the HDMI cable to the main monitor and it worked perfectly (with Windows 8.0 Pro).
Yesterday, I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro and the monitor no longer works / isn't recognized in the device manager. I've tried to find drivers, but all I can find is drivers for 8.0. I've read that the 8.0 drivers should still work for 8.1, but they don't. I've tried reboots, reconnecting the HDMI cable, etc. - to no avail. Can anyone help?

Itunes 10.6 isn't working with Windows 7

Every since I updated my Itunes to 10.6 as it requested me to, but Itunes won't work. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted temp files, even created a new user account. Noting works. Now I will admit that the new account allowed me to install Itunes and it works in that account, but that isn't where I am using my Itunes. What's up with Itunes and Windows 7? It was working prior. Very perplexed.

AE isn't working with new Actiontec c1000a

I've seen a few other posts regarding this issue of connecting an AE to a Actiontec c1000a from CenturyLink, and I've been having similar issues. Hoping someone can assist in getting this figured out.
I have an existing ZyXEL Q1000Z from CL, but it's been hit or miss in the last few months, so CL's solution was to send me a new Actiontec modem. With the ZyXEL, I'm using an AE to generate my wireless network and I'd like to maintain the same set up with the Actiontec. When I set up the Actiontec in Bridge mode and run an ethernet cable from the modem to the AE, AE Utility doesn't recognize the router. The light on the router continues to flash yellow. CL has been absolutely NO help at all, only suggesting that I call Apple, insisting the problem is theirs. It very well could be, but before going that route, I figured I'd see if I could get some help here first? When I return to the set up I have with the ZyXEL, everything, including the AE, works just fine.
Does the AE need to be reset to factory settings before trying to set it up with the new Actiontec? I'm afraid if I do that, I can't just plug my old modem (ZyXEL) back in and get my connection back in case something doesn't work right. Is there another way to use my AE with my Actiontec, without putting it in bridge mode?

All I do is download the x64 bit version of itunes, turn off the AV, install using administrator rights, and reboot. The application installs fine and it opens up however when I go to use the application it loads about 90% of the itunes store and then throws a windows error box stating the application has stopped responding.

I have the same issue with Windows 8. I have a brand new computer. All my music was carried over to my new computer from my old computer using the icloud. However, I cannot sync my ipod nano 7 to the new computer. Same thing happens. It says it is synching but nothing happens. I have found that it will allow me to sync my purchased songs but not the rest of the content. I am beyond annoyed. I have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled it and even tried resetting my ipod nano to factory settings. Any advice????
