Strange Color Placed in Table

Ok, I will do my best to explain this one
<br />
<br />I have a table set up with 2 rows/columns. I have the fill color 45% Cyan, with images anchored inside each cell. Nothing unusual. I have these set up all throughout the book. However, this particular table has this light green offset about 1p6.
<br />

<img alt="Picture hosted by Pixentral" src="http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1szJPica9UFY3sSVQyJzzOn13T0AR1_thumb.jpg" border="0" />
<br />
<br />Here is a sample of one of the native links anchored in the cell:
<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1rJntuvUaNoAbhgDOahQkpsiqjWpi0" /></a>
<img alt="Picture hosted by Pixentral" src="http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1rJntuvUaNoAbhgDOahQkpsiqjWpi0_thumb.jpg" border="0" />
<br />
<br />And here is the table as is:
<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1zHhpjYy43jh9lLzIdsJPJnZAj11" /></a>
<img alt="Picture hosted by Pixentral" src="http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1zHhpjYy43jh9lLzIdsJPJnZAj11_thumb.jpg" border="0" />
<br />
<br />There is no transparency on any of the AI images, and no vale of that offending green exists either. InDesign seems to be creating it for some reason. Any thoughts?

I believe it is possibly a text composition violation highlight? Unfortunately, I'm not sure which one, but if so, turning on Overprint Preview will cause it to disappear. If it disappears in Overprint Preview, it won't appear in the final printed output.
Experiment with the Preferences->Composition highlighting checkboxes to figure out which one it is if you don't want that composition error to be highlighted in "normal" view.

  • Very strange color phenomenon - Please help!

    Hello,
    I just got a new iMac and moved all my software and files via firewire account transfer from my Mac Book to the new Mac. Everything works well, as expected, but when I open my Domain.sites2 File (I have iWeb08) on the iMac, a strange color phenomenon occurs: Identical colors specified for page background and placed shapes on the background look differently in iWeb, but when published, they look the same.
    When I open the identical file on my Mac Book, the colors look the same (and publish the same of course). I've tried deleting the color shapes and creating them new, changing background color back and forth, but still: a color applied to the background of a page and a shape ontop of that page looks dramatically different. A purple looks intensive in the background, that same purple applied to a shape looks a lot mor pastell-ish and light, almost as if the color was converted to cmyk when applied to the shape, and left in vibrant RGB in the background.
    Now this means that on the iMac in iWeb I cannot edit my site any more. I don't see what I do. If I make the colors for page background and shapes look identical in iWeb (or even specify identical color values), and publish, they look differently in the browser (I checked in multiple browsers).
    I checked everthing for hidden transparency or cmyc conversion options that might be accidentally selected but can't find anything. I changed my monitor color settings, but that doesn't seem to be it, either.
    What is happening to the color and why do colors on shapes look different than color in the background? Help. What am I doing wrong?
    Thanks
    Petra

    Could be that monitor gamma, when calibrating the monitor, is different on old and new system.
    Not that it should matter, but both browsers and iWEB handles colors in strange ways and sometimes use the Monitor color profile instead of for instance the sRGB color profile.

  • How can i set the alternating colors for a table rows

    Dear All,
    Please any one help me how can i set the Alternating colors for Table Rows.
    i created a theam there i set the background alternating color to brown and i set the table design properity to alternating. but it is not reflecting.

    Hi,
    The design property in Table properties should work for your requirement. Select "alternating" value for design.
    Please see the API below:
    design
    Determines the appearance of the table. The property design can take the following values and is represented by enumeration type WDTableDesign.
    alternating - The table rows are displayed alternately in a different color.
    standard - The table background has one color. The individual table rows are displayed with grid net lines.
    transparent - The table background is transparent. The individual table rows are displayed without grid net lines.
    Check whether you have changed the right property or not? Also table should contain more than one rows to test this scenario.
    Regards,
    Jaya.

  • Change the background color of a table created by ADDT (Login)

    I am trying to change the background color of a table in the login form created by the developer's toolbox. I then go and select the table and change the background color. But it has no effect. The only insight I have is when I delete this "" from the Action in the form, then the table's background color changes. As far as I can tell this line of code is only return the url of the page.
    I am not understanding something.
    Does anyone have any insight?
    Thanks!

    the table is linked using a CSS rule..
    the CSS rules comes from something called Skins..
    see mxkollection2.css.
    KT_XXX are the class ID's for table names.
    if u change this rule it will effect all the tables which use that rule in ur whole website.
    u can try switching skins from ADDT control panel.
    KT_tngtable is the tables css rule name defined in skins /Skinname/tng.css
    hope this helps u ..

    Hi
    I have a problem with color prints from photoshop elements 12. The pictures are too light and with strange colors. I have a Canon pixma mg615I0 printer and use mac os X yosemite. The pictures are taken with a coanon eos 550d in the color space sRGB. I have followed adobes recommendations and have tried both letting the printer respektive photoshop manage the colors. But nothing works. I see that there are different opinions about which is best to do so I tried both. I have the latest printer driver installed. Can anyone help me with this?

    Do the following:
    Print a test page from the printer. Perhaps the print head needs cleaning via its maintenance facility.
    Let the printer manage colors, not PSE
    Calibrate the monitor

    Hi,
    I have a Satellite A300-202 with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650, and after upgrade from vista to windows 7, my external display turned a strange color, seemed to lose the red color. Never show the white color, in which should show the white color shows the color blue.
    I have uninstalled and installed again the graphic card drivers and update the new drivers but dont solved this trouble. My external monitor it's ok because I have tried with other laptop and don't have this trouble. I have also tried my laptop with other monitor and have the same trouble.
    Anybody ever had this problem, someone who can help me?
    Thanks,

    Hi Xardas,
    Yes I have problems only with the external monitor.
    I tried both. Now I have the new beta version to the windows 7 64bits, downloaded from the amd/ati site, but I have tried also with the version available in the toshiba drivers page to my A300-202, and had the same problem.
    Yes I have installed the new version of the BIOS too.

  • Strange behavior in a table with dropTarget and delete action

    I am having a strange behavior in a table with drag and drop and action component to delete row.
    Steps:
    Drag the first row to the table and appears in the destination table (works well)
    Select and change the value by 156, appears an error (works fine)
    delete the row, the row disappears (works well)
    Add the first row again and the value is 156 instead of 158 (why ????)

    I think the problem is the validator
    I changed the practical case, I added an InputText to enter new values in the first row.

    +valueChangeListener="#{beanExample.newvalue}" autoSubmit="true"/>+

    +}+
    +RowExample example = (RowExample) endValues.get(0);+
    +example.setValue(valorNumber);+
    +example.setId(valorNumber.toString());+
    +RichTable table = (RichTable)FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().getViewRoot().findComponent(id);+
    +RequestContext.getCurrentInstance().addPartialTarget(table);+
    +}+
    Case 1
    I drag the first row to the target table (ok)
    The new row appears (ok)
    Enter the value 77 in the InputText (ok)
    id content and value change (ok)
    Case2
    I drag the first row to the destination table
    The new row appears (ok)
    Change the value of the first row by 80 (ok)
    errors appears (by validator) (ok)
    Enter the value 77 in the InputText (ok)
    the id is changed but the value NO (*KO*)
    I do not understand the behavior

  • After selecting multiple values, immediately it will placed in Table contro

    hello experts,
    I m using select-option for multiple value selection.
    I want:-after selecting multiple values, immediately it will placed in
    Table control columns which is on same screen of select-option and that columns are grayed out.
    I'm using this table control for input purpose.
    I tried multiple value selection for input in table control but it is not possible.
    Please Help.

    There should be some user action to trigger the filling in of the table control with values from the select options.
    Typically it is a click of Enter from the User s side. This would automatically trigger the PAI of the Module Pool program. So i feel the FM that is mentioned in the above post is not required to read the values because in the PAI , the value from the Select Options would have already flown from the Screen to the Program.
    It is important that you use Subscreen for Select options and write your code in the PAI between loop endloop.
    LOOP at Itab.
    MODULE  fill_itab.
    Endloop.
    I hope everyone agrees with me on this .

    Arun

  • Different color lines in tables?

    Hi
    I want to create a predefined table (tag) with lines of different colors. The table header is dark blue and I want to make the inside column lines white. But only in the header. The table body cells are white with black column lines. I don't want to insert a table first and then use the "custom ruling&shading..." every time I want to insert this table in my document.
    Has anyone any solution to this?
    BR/Björn

    Can Frame save colored table rules and shading?
    Hi,
    Are there any Frame 10 users who can tell me whether Frame will save a table with colored rules or shading in Table Designer?  I'm on Frame 7.2 and I've got the hang of the clunky UI. I designed a table layout with colored rules and shading, then used it to create a new table format. When I inserted a new table using that format, all the color reverted to black.
    This is an ablility that Adobe should have implemented by now. If it does, then that gives me one more reason to get Frame 10 in this shop.

  • Strange colors and stripes after importong Photo

    Hello,
    I've got a problem in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw (Photoshop CC).
    There are strange colors and stripes in some of my photos after importing. The strange colors and stripes are not in the original photo; I can not see them in my camera and Lightroom does not show them in the grid where I can select which photo's I want to import.
    Sometimes the strange colors appear in the library, but sometimes they only appear when I'm already in the developping module.
    Sometimes when I re-import the photo the strange colors and stripes are gone, but sometimes they're not.
    The problem is also seen in Camera Raw (Photoshop CC) with the same pictures. I'm not sure what causes this problem.
    When I export this photo, the strange colors and stripes are also in the exported JPEG file.
    See picture:
    The problem appears with photo's taken with my Canon EOS 550d, but it happens so rarely that I don't think my sensor gives these problems. Even more the fact that I cannot see the problem at the LCD-screen of my camera and the fact that te problem sometimes disappears when I re-import the photo to my computer. The problem appears with photo's taken with different lenses and on differen SD-cards. So i can not say what causes the problem.
    Does anyone know what might cause this problem?
    And can anyone tell me how to prevent or solve the problem?
    Thanks in advance!

    I didn't say "not the camera, not the lenses, and not the computer"
    I did say it could be the hard drive; I did say it could be the memory (those are parts of the computer), and if the camera is not writing the photos properly to the camera card, it could be the camera (which is rare, but you can't rule that out at this time).
    But yes, its not the lenses

  • Change background color of a table based on table cell values quickly.

    Is there a more effecient way to change the background color of a table based on the cell values of the table?
    I can do this cell-by-cell using the property node, but it is very slow. It helps a little by deferring panel update, but it is still slow. Is there a better way?
    Thanks.
    Ian

    If you want to color each cell according to the value, you need to do it one cell at a time and the above answers don't apply.
    You can dramatically speed up things by defering front panel updates for the duration of the operation.
    (sample code can be seen in the top picture here)
    EDIT: I noticed you tried this already. Can you show us your code?
    How many cells need to be colored on average?  If there are not that many, first write the background color using -2,-2, the only write the few cells to be colored, skipping the rest.
    How big is the table? If it is much bigger than the table indicator, all you need is to color the visible parts whenever the data or the scroll position changes.

  • MBP shows strange colored images, artefacts

    Hi everyone,
    since a few days my MBP (2,4 GHz, Summer 2007) shows some strange artefacts on images. I attached a screenshot taken with my camera.
    I tried the following to solve the issue:
    - reset PRAM
    - re-install 10.5.2, re-install graphics update
    - change resolution and color depth
    During my tests I noticed a few strange things:
    - Preview.app is closed, I choose another color profile and open the attached picture, picture is okay
    - switch back to standard color profile, picture in Preview.app is still okay
    - Close Preview.app, reopen picture --> strange colors
    Booting with other Mac in target mode doesn't help
    When starting from Leopard-DVD the original Aurora wallpaper is displayed without artefacts but I can't reinstall because I already have 10.5.2 installed.
    So does anybody know whats going wrong here? Tips? Suggestions?
    Thank you very much in advance!

    Welcome to Apple Discussions!
    It is very difficult to know what is going on here. It seems to me that if it were a hardware issue, you would have strange colors no matter how you set the color profile. Given that the colors are off in just certain situations, I would suspect a software glitch of some sort. I am not a software expert, so I don't know if there is a good way to fix this short of reinstalling the OS. Even though you have OS X v. 10.5.2 installed, I think you could reinstall the OS by doing an Archive and Install and then updating it back to 10.5.2. You need to have a certain amount of free space on your hard drive to do this, and of course you would want to make a complete backup first just in case anything were to go wrong. And you would want to repair permissions both before and after the A&I.
    Otherwise, there are a couple of things you could try. You could run the Apple Hardware Test and see if everything passes. You could also repair permissions using Disk Utility and see if that helps, particularly if you haven't done that in a while.
    It's also hard for us to tell much from just one picture. It might be helpful to post a shot of the normal colors next to the strange colors. That might provide better insight to someone. Also, you can use the utility "Grab" to take a screenshot using your computer instead of a camera-- that might also make things a bit better to see.
    Good luck!
