Strange error messages being logged.

Hi, my first post!
Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but i'm getting a strange issue ever time I run Adobe Muse.
I have a fully paid up subscription, and the program runs fine, but every time I run it, two files appear in my documents folder, Muselog.txt and MuseLogPrefs.xml.
The MuseLog file contains several identical error mesages, timestamped a few seconds apart.
They are all the same and say -
"Build 6: Oct 5 2012 0:22:48.046: Error: CSI: OOBE: Serial Number: Error Code: O-10 Error Message: Unable to retrieve the serial number (Note: this may not be an error)".
This is then repeated twice more, with a later timestamp.
Anyone any idea why this is happening?
As I said, the program seems to be working fine, but what's this about a serial number, i've never had one!
And why is it logging an error all the time that "may not be an error", every time I run the program!
Any suggestions gratefully received.

I did wonder if it might be checking for something that's not actually relevant to my installation of Muse.
I did activate Muse online, and it seems to be happy that I have a valid subscription, so I guess it doesn't matter.
Adobe should address this though, as it makes it look as if something in wrong with the validation of the program.

Strange error message when I tried to use the "collaborate" function under "File"

Has anyone else met this before? : I am trying to share my project with my team members. Tried File -> Collaborate and then try three options under it. Non e of them works. It asks for your Adobe ID in order to sign in and upload. However, every time I typed in my Adobe ID and password, it gave me strange error messages. The first time it says: User has not verified email address yet. I have been using this Adobe ID since 2008 or 2009 and of course I have verified my email address. But to make sure, I went back to my email box and search for emails about Adobe ID verification but I didn't find any (I never delete emails such as this).
Then I tried to register a new Adobe ID. This time when I tried to singn in with the new Adobe ID, it will either say "Network may not be available" (which is not true because I am able to surf on the Internet at the same time), or it says "User has not accepted user condition/agreement".
I feel so frustrated because I feel this is definitely not my mistake which caused the failure of log in.
Hope someone can tell me what the reason is and how to fix it though.

Thanks for your quick response. I followed your suggestion and verified my Adobe ID on acrobat.com.
Now I can enter the collaborate function. However, everytime when I tried to send it to myself (for test purpose) I got another error message "You need to enter a valid emaill address". I saw someone else on this forum has met the same problem. Do you have any suggestion on what is the possible reason for this to happen?

LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC Error message through Log .

I'm working on a BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC inside the method FILL_DELIVERY_ITEM. I have to show an error message over here. If i passed like MESSAGE e000(zless) WITH text-006 text-007 it is displaying message but it is come out from the layout of the transaction in scope.
Te be more specific, when the pop up of message comes out and after that the user click on the "Exit" button, the system should go back on the previous layout of the report to allow the user making another selection.
I'm using Vl10D transaction.
Now I'm trying to generate the error message through log by CT_LOG internal table . I have to block the deliveries whichever is creating through this transaction. If for a particular STO there are different loading points then I need to block the deliveries.
I'm trying to block the current delivery using IS_LIKP-LIFSK = 'X' and also I need to block the previous delivery IT_XLIKP-LIFSK = 'X'.
strange thing is happening with STO which has 2 deliveries are getting created (because error msg is not getting tirggered thorugh log), though I have blocked the deliveries.
Could you please let me know how can i populate this error message through log as well as I can block the deliveries?

To lock the delivery, see Note 198137 - VL10: Customer-specific enhancements / user exits and use this userexits. To populate the log I think that using the structure CT_LOG in the BADI is OK. Check when are called the userexit and BADI.

ITunes won't launch and I get a strange error message-

My iTunes will not launch and I get this strange error message: The iTunes application could not be opened. The disk could not be read from or written to. But I have no problems with the disk it is on, which is my harddisk. Help, help, help…

I have now tried a billion things: None of them work. I still get the same error message, when I try to launch iTunes after logging into my user profile. However, I can launch iTunes 6.0.1 if I create another userprofile on my computer and log into that. But that isn't very helpful. I have also tried removing iTunes 6.0.1 and installing iTunes 4.7 instead. I can actually launch that. However, I cannot connect to the iTunes music store using iTunes 4.7 nor can I play any of the music purchased from the iTunes music store. What am I to do, except curse Apple for creating a version of iTunes that many people seem to have problems with?

Thanks for your reply...yes lldp is enabled...and so far we did:
- Reapply voice-vlan configuration
- Disable/Enable LLDP
- Reboot the Switch
- Reset the Phones
... and only if we do "debug lldp" then it is working...strange

First, when trying to sync ipod touch to Itunes, nothing happened. After that, Itunes suggested downloading and installing updates but now updates will not finish installation correctly and launch error messages. Any ideas?

These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? Are they also 800736B3s, or a different error code? If they're different, what codes are you getting in Windows Update?

Strange Error Message at start up of FCE

Hello all. I've got a strange error message at the Startup of FCE 3.5.1 on a MacBook Pro 2.33 C2D.
It's this--
"Unable to locate the following External devices:
"Built-in Audio
But FCE runs fine. I'm not sure what it's asking for. Any suggestions?

Capture problem -- strange error messages -- computer freezes

Upon 25 minutes or so into capturing, I get a strange error message to this effect: "analyzing DV audio -- validating audio data" -- the video slows to a crawl until it completely freezes -- rainbow wheel whirls nonstop -- sometimes command-option-escape force quits it, sometimes not and I have to reboot the computer. Sometimes I don't get the error message -- the computer capture screen freezes but the camera keeps going. Anyway here are the specs: Intel dual-processor iMac 300 GB with Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.5., format Mac OS Extended journaled. External hard drives Western Digital 500 GB formatted the same; QT 7.5.5; FCE 4.0.1; Settings: DV NTSC 48 Khz. Format & use - DV NTSC. Device control preset: firewire NTSC. Camera - Canon 900 ZR (miniDV tapes) hooked up to back of iMac via 6 pin shiny orange firewire for capture. I capture to Mac hard drive and then move video to external hard drive. Yes there is enough space and RAM. I had this problem before except the error message was "locating time break." So it was suggested I capture to hard disk. Seems like it's always something! I've lost hours trying to fix this problem. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

12 bit. Haven't been having any audio problems with FCE. However, I tried the nightmare iDive and never got audio (much less anything else) to work with that. So I uninstalled it and asked for my money back.

Strange error messages in PHP log on azure website

I have a PHP website (SMF Forum) that runs for more than a year now (not in one run, but I never experienced this error before). After complaints about time-outs, blank pages and other odd behavior I found this in the log files:
lots of error messages like this one:
PHP Fatal error: Failure in Wincache[4280] free_memory: Block 0x3c1827c not in use
And this one:
PHP Fatal error: WINCACHE: lock_readlock: acquired abandoned mutex Global\FILELIST_CACHE_5.4_1.3.7.4_1_0_850133_X. Something bad happend in another process! in Unknown on line 0
Stopping/starting the website did solve the problem but I am curious what could cause this and if there is something I can do to prevent this.

In WinCache 1.3.7.4, I improved the diagnostics & tracing surrounding issues which previously led to memory corruptions in the shared memory segments of the WinCache caches (File, Session, User, Opcode). Further, I improved detection and avoidance
of AVs in this same area. The trace messageyou're seeing, "free_memory: Block <N> not in use", is proof that WinCache detected a corruption (it was attempting to free a shared memory block that wasn't in use), and avoided further
corruption (it didn't try to free the not-free memory block, which would have led to even greater corruption).
The second message, "lock_readlock: acquired abandoned mutex..." indicates that another php-cgi.exe process crashed while holding a mutex that WinCache uses. In this case, it's the lock for the File cache.
To diagnose, look at the line of PHP code mentioned in the "free_memory: Block <N> not in use" message. If one of the following functions is on that line, there is a work around:
◦ file_exists
◦ file_get_contents
◦ readfile
◦ is_readable
◦ is_writable
◦ is_dir
◦ realpath
◦ filesize
If it's one of these functions, then I would recommend setting wincache.reroute_enabled=0 in your .user.ini.

Error message when logging into itunes store

keep getting the error message
"itunes could not connect to the itunes store."
"make sure your network connection is active and try again"
this has been going on for a while now and i have checked my apple account which has the same email as this and it works perfect... shows model and serial numbers etc.....
im trying to log in to change the email address being that i have gotten away from yahoo. any ideas?

I have an IPod Touch and have also been receiving the message "Cannot connect to the iTunes store" when attempting to update my apps. Strange since I can still purchase/download new apps, as well as music. I spoke to customer support, and they suggested a reset, which i did - still getting the same error.
