Strange iPhone simulator slides out on right side of dual monitor

I'm reviewing all the processes and completely stumped! Towards the VERY right side of my left monitor, I can drag leftwards and an simulated iPhone will appear for a second and snap back. I have no idea what I installed recently or way back, but can't figure out how to quit it (or uninstall)
Any ideas much appreciated!

I think you're right-- however, I always thought that mono recordings played through both ears--always worked that way on my old stereo system!
This podcast does that, too, but only if one pulls the plug out a bit! That's what's confusing to me. Why does it change from both ears to only one ear depending on far the plug is pushed in? (And especially as it behaves opposite what one would expect-- both ears when not plugged in all the way-- only 1 when fully embedded!)

Why can't I get the slider on the right side to remain "active" ?
I'm using iTunes 11.4 on a Mac Pro with OS 10.9.5
In good old iTunes 10.7 there was a slider on the right side that you can move up and down to locate songs. That same slider is there, (but much smaller), with iTunes 11.4, but it seems to deactivate itself for reasons I do not understand.
I have found that when I go to the lower right corner and resize the iTunes window the slider will appear briefly. If I don't act very fast, that slider vanishes and I cannot scroll up and down.

As Apple said in June, iOS 7 is not compatible with the 4G iPod.
All the iOS devices compatible (iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, and 5G iPod touch) with iOS 7 have at least 512 MB of memory (RAM). The 4G iPod only has 256 MB

Only getting sound out the right side speaker

Just this morning, I realised that I am only getting sound out the right side (built-in) speaker on my iMac 24 inch.
Any ideas as to why/how this is happening. It was working fine last night.
Do I have to take it in for repair??

god knows how i altered the setting. must have been a keyboard short-cut and i did it by mistake...!

Suggestion for a possible iphone with slide out keyboard.

I dont really know if there is a suggestion forum but i thought it would be neat if apple designed a iphone with a physical keyboard for those people who love to text. Apple could even run a internet pole to see what there customers would think i mean the iphone is top notch but i think having one with a slide out keyboard could possibly increase apples sales. Any who just thought id throw that out there and keep up the great work Apple.

Static only out of right side of hd 555 heatset? sol

?i got a senheiser hd555 headset and a hi fi extreme gamer card.
and i seem to be getting a faint static sound out of the right can only.. i've read alot on here about the static problems.. does anyone else have it just out of one side of there headset when the headsets plugged in ? im thinking about taking the card back and seeing if its just a bad jack or something..
when i plug the headset into one of the regular speaker jacks the static goes away.. i dont get it.. any suggestions ??- problem ended up being a bad jack on the card itesef. took it back to best buy.. got another one and havent had any static since.. one thing i've noticed though is the media source install is buggy as heck.. takes my computer about 0 min to shut down while the programs running fail to shut down.. ill have to try to get to the bottom of that next i geuss.Message Edited by motion2099 on 2-2-200603:4 PM

i checked that already a whole bunch of times.. and its not the problem.. its just really light static.. and i dont think its the head phones because the volume of the static , does not change when i turn up the volume.. maybe ill let them break in a little bit more and see if it doesent go away or something ..
its not a real loud static sound.. just a bit of a hiss.. another thing i have been noticing though is that the right speaker on the headset gets a little bit of distortion when you start to turn the volume up about half way.. the left side you can go up way farter and still not get distortion.. i wonder if the distortion is being caused by the static.. the distortion sounds likea? sub wooder with a loose grill in front of it.. you kow that vibrating like sound that sais youve turned me up to far.. accept i havent turned it up to far..

Why does iPhone Mail type disappear on right side?

I have a new iPhone, when typing email my right margin is set so letters start disappearing. I have to manually hit return and proceed to next line. How can I reset that right margin?

When I boot Firefox on my laptop it quickly walks off the right side of the monitor and I cannot interact with the screen, even to pull it back onto the screen

When I boot Firefox the initial screen comes up but it queickly 'walks' off the right side of the desktop screen, and I cannot locate it to bring it back into view. I recently added a graphics projector and had to change my display values so that the computer would output to the projector. Do I need to change something back. This only happens with Firefox.

looks like it is not the problem with firefox, ask your husband. through my experience of using firefox there is no poof-off stuff.

Changing the side of dual monitors

Is there any way to change the side i can drag a window to my second monitor? I am running dual monitors, but i have to drag my window to the right to make it move to the monitor on the left hand side of my iMac. There is no way for me to move the second monitor to the other side of the desk. Is there an option to switch the sides of the dragging?

In the "Arrangement" tab of "Displays" system preference, drag the pictures of the displays to match the actual arrangement.

Slider button on right side diappeared after 6.0.2 update.

After letting Firefox update to 6.0.2, the slider button on bar at right of browser has disappeared. THe arrows appear when you roll cursor over the top or bottom, but button has vanished. Not an insurmountable problem, but still awkward as you have to use direction keys or guess where button might be on bar.

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Another "sound doesn't play out of right side of headphones" topic.

I don't know why this happens. My friend, who knows a crapload more about audio and electronics than I do doesn't know the exact reason why this is happening.
Nothing in the headphones port has been badly damaged, yet I've only had my video iPod for about two and a half months now. I've asked at least 4 different people to try using their headphones with my iPod (one person actually had the same problem with his iPod nano), and they all said the same thing: "There's something wrong with your iPod."
Though I do drop my iPod quite often, it has a third party case that does the job of protecting it from scratches and other abuse quite well. I've never dropped it onto anything like cement, I don't subject the thing to large amounts of weight. I treat it as if existence as we know it depended on my iPod still being able to function properly.
There's an Apple Store not too far from my house, but it's located in an extremely busy shopping mall. My art teacher, who's had his 5G iPod for nearly a year, says that they'll fix it for free, provided that it's still under warranty. However, I don't know if my iPod is still under warranty....

A case won't protect your iPod from internal damage if you drop it, and you don't necessarily have to drop it on a hard surface to break it. If your friend can't figure out that dropping an eletronic device with a hard drive will damage it then he really doesn't know much more than you about audio and electronics.
Your warranty won't cover damage from dropping it.
What is the problem with the iPod? Sound out of only one channel? Bad sound? No sound?
And why do you drop it quite often?

Your phone has a problem with the ribbons...so basically thats a hardware problem and needs to be checked by a nokia technician...
Alternatively,if the phone is under warranty then you can return it to where you bought it from...(if its not water damage then they'll replace.)

When I enter full screen for a game or video using Firefox the whole "screen" moves to the left, leaving a white space on the right side of my monitor, but the mouse still acts like the image is where it should be, why?

I have the latest Firefix update, and I am using Windows 7 Home Premium. It's annoying, specifically for games because I have to make sure the cursor is to the right (by a certain amount) of the item I wish to click. This issue is only in Firefox, I have tried in Internet Explorer *shudder* and there is no problem, I do not have any web browsers currently installed.

How do I get Photoshop and Illustrator side-by-side with dual monitors?

I currently have my dock on the left side of my left monitor and my menu bar is at the top of my right monitor. I would like to be able to have photoshop and illustrator side-by-side (one in each monitor). Is this possible? Thank you!

If you mean, how can both MenuBars be showing at the same time, you can't. But their windows can be there, you can click on a window to make it active, cut from it and click on the other window and paste into it.

Line Out (Lime Color) Right Side not working.

I plugged in a 3.5m into my Line Out, I have it connected to my stero aux. My stero is working fine and everything with the sound is working right. No shortage in my wires. When I plug it into my Headphone jack it works fine but in my line out the right side only works but the left side sounds really really low. I have adjusted the levels and balance.
I think that the Maufacture must of missed up on the line out size. That's the only thing I can come up with.

this has happened to me. What part do I need to ask for in the shop. My sound was muffled, but I removed the speaker plug from the back and put it in the headset in the front and the whole thing is great now. I just need to now what part I need to ask for so I can fix it. I will google how to do it.
