Strange linking problem - Only part of word will link

Question

I created a website for my boss to sell his home but there is one link on the entire site that does not work. I haven't seen this problem before.
The URL is www.foxpointhouse.com and the link in question is the text link on the right sidebar called "Printable Brochure." If you try to click on it, you will notice that it doesn't do anything. However, if you click only on the "e" at the end of "Printable Brochure," it will link. I tested this in Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Internet Explorer and it performs like this in all of them so I don't think it's a browser issue.
I've checked my link and it's good. The CSS appears to be correct (at least to me).
Anyone have any ideas?

Remove height: 100px; from the css below:
