Strange Noise audio convert

Question

Hi all,
I programming a ip telephone (softphone) and i have problems with the audio conversion.
I dont use files, only ByteBuffers.
I need to convert ByteBuffer in G711 to PCM ByteBuffer, and PCM to G711.. but i have a horrible noise.
PCm have this AudioFormat :

Which DVD drive do you have (go to Device Manager and expand the DVD/CD ROM drives. The name of the drive is there.)?
What application are you using to play DVDs?
Does this happen on audio CDs or perhaps movies you may have made yourself and burned to DVD?
