Strange sounds when my phone is vibrating

I re-bought the Z1 this autumn and my phone is having tons of issues.
One of them is a really strange noice when the phone is on vibrate.
It's really weird. I'm having the vibrating sensation with the bonus of an anoying buzzing/beeping sound.
It's like the vibrate is broken and the phone is in some kind of a protest against it.
Am I the only one who's having this problem?

Strange sounds when recieveing a call.

hi everyone, im new here but this is my 2nd iPhone.
i recently upgraded from the original iPhone to the new iPhone 3GS and i have a few strange problems when having phone calls.
its mainly when i recieve a call and answer there is this alien type garbled sound and the begining of the convosation then after about 3 seconds the sound disappears and the call is back to normal. It does this everytime i answer the phone but not when i make the phone call.
Ive tried doing a soft and hard reset and still the same problem.
has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you did to correct this?

Quite odd...
1) try a full restore and make sure to use "set up as new iPhone" and NOT restore from back up
2) Reset your network settings
3) Try getting a new SIM card and that can sometimes resolve strange call issues, then resetting your network settings agin

Macbook pro late 2013, strange sound when booting

My 3 days old macbook pro keeps strange sound when booting, it lasts like one second, and it reminds me of a cd drive trying to read cd, but here's no even the cd drive. what could be going on inside my mac, and should i take this to repair? the sound only comes when booting, not after boot, or when using.

HT4528 Since updateing with the new IOS 7.1 on my 4s, I have NO sound coming from my speakers or volume control, but I DO have sound when my phone rings. How do we fix this problem?

I updated my phone last night with the new iOS7.1 my phone worked fine before updating. Since updating, I have no sound from music or videos, but I do have sound when my phone rings. anyone know how to fix this? I have already done a restore that did nothing.

Clean iPhone charging port with toothbrush and small amount of isopropyl alcohol. If still problem the faulty part is charging port assembly with flex cable, lower mic, and connector of home button flex. Apple handles this problem with replacement iPhone 4S with Warranty or AppleCare coverage, if no coverage it is $199.

IPhone making strange sound when receive all types of message.

I've bought my iPhone 4S last week and it started making a really strange sound when receiving all sorts of messages (e-mail, whatsapp, sms). The sound is the sound I selected for each one but it loops 4 or 5 times everytime! What can it be?

If no change after powering your iPhone off and on, try an iPhone reset, which is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release - ignoring the slide to turn off prompt when doing so. An iPhone reset does not affect any data or settings.

Cracking strange sound when comming from sleep

When comming from a sleep (not always, but when beeing longer in sleep) I hear (next to the superdrive sound that is normal) a sort of cracking 'strange' sound out of my left/center area just around where the fan is.
It's a sound like you plugin a radio with an headplug let's say. Seems to come out of the speakers, but i'm not sure about that.
Is it normal (didn't do this before, only noticed it now after a month)? Or can i add another point to the list when i'm calling applecare (i really have a very monday morning machine i guess,: cpu whine, display not ok, strage blinking numlock sometimes).

Great description...! I thought it sounded a bit like the trashcan sound.
I have got the same thing which isn't exactly my biggest problem... I also have the situation, that my MB doen't go to sleep, unless I directly tell it to. I thought the sound was related to that problem, but as none of you have mentioned it...?
Also my MB cannot be started normally every now and again and I have to do a PRAM reset to get it running again.
This is my second MB, so I'm slowly running out of patience...
The first one had the RSS, by the way.

How do you turn off sounds when using phone?

I know this question is not appropriate for this forum but I cannot find where it should go. I want to turn off the sounds when I am using my phone, e.g., when I am texting, each time I press a key it make a sound. If I turn down the volume then I cannot hear it ring so this is not the answer.
I have the Nokia 7020 phone. I cannot find any help in the userguide, only how to change ring tones. Anyone have any idea? Thank you.

On my Lumia 900, it's under Settings -> ringtones+sounds, scroll to the bottom where there is a list of check boxes, and uncheck "Key press". Not sure it's the same for your phone, though.

Very strange sound when using VoiceOver

Hi I am using my apple tv with VoiceOver when I am whatcing one of my movies that whas both
from iTunes Store and I puch the upp bottom on my remote 2 times to get the more info about
the movie I get a very strange sound don't know how to desgribe the sound it dose only come up
when the info aout the movie is up or any popup like window or is my hearing to good for my.

And now the stranger things here... I didn't do much change to both the remote bean side and the client side, what I did is most like change it to something, and tried with failure, and change back.
But today 's morning, when I just change everything back to suppose to be, and it can find the homebean:

No sound or strange sounds when trying to record guitar

Hi!
I'm new to Logic Pro, after having worked with garageband for many years. I've just been trying to record guitar through my audio interface, with strange results. I've set my audio in and output source as my M-Audio firewire solo, created an audio track, and selected the guitar sound I want. At first there was no input, then when I deleted the first track and created a new one, I could hear the guitar through the monitor and it was being input, but it had a horrible distorted and out of tune sound - and that was how it sounded when I recorded it too. Then I tried it again and it seemed to be working fine for about 5 minutes - it sounded fine through the headphones and the recording was right - but then went back to the strange sounds again - without me changing anything!
I'm using Logic Pro 9.1.8, on a Macbook Pro running Mac OSX 10.8.3, and have a M-Audio Firewire Solo audio interface.
I'm very frustrated right now - so I'd be grateful for any help!

If you are having issues with imput audio in Logic Pro, the first place to start would be with some basic isolation troubleshooting to see if the issue can be localized. That should provide a good basis for further troublshooting should the issue persist.

I have some strange sound when i shake my mbp

i have some sound when i hold my mac book at edge. when i shake it, i hear some sounds inside like losen part.
it close to the dvd driver i am just wondering whether it is abnormal
i am so worried. i have my mac book a month and i hear that from the beginning.
should i go check for it.

Likely a loose screw, take it in and let Apple take care of it before it gets somewhere where it can cause damage.
Just don't shake it or mention shaking it, suggesting that your possibly abusive to your equiptment which could void your warranty.
Just mention that you hear something moving around when you go to place it into your protective case.
Backup your data first, they might decide to simply give you another machine right away.

Phone makes buzzing sounds when on phone.

I've noticed that my phone makes a buzzing/clicking sound in the ear piece when i take or receive calls. At first it sounded like i was near a speaker, phones cause the speaker to buzz when on it, but it was coming from the ear piece, so it was really strange. Then i started to hold down the black part on the back of the phone and the noise completely stopped. After testing it a few times i realized it is the black part on the back of the phone that is clicking when im on the phone and for some reason its makes a clicking in the ear piece. If i hold down the black part on the back, when im on the phone there is no clicking sound in the ear piece. Any one else have this problem and better yet, have a solution? Maybe get a case for it or something?

Try this tip with foil once just to see if it stops it. If it works, you can put the iPhone in a case and no one will see the tape.

Strange sound when switching on the microph

i use a "sound blaster li've! value".
i don't remember when this strange signal noise had appeared but later found out, that you can hear it only, if you turn on the microphone input.
the noise appears and disappears and it doesn't change if you use or do not use the microphone jack.
my english is too bad to find the right word for the sound but it think this is the most accurate description for it: if you fry an egg in a frying pan you'll get this cracking sound, sometimes it gets louder an if the pan gets colder the sound volume decreases. if you plug a connector into the output jack very slowly you could hear a similar sound.
to solve this problem i tried to change the audio driver, i tried using the "kx project". the problem appears with this driver as soon as i turn on the ac97 chip.
therefore i assume the ac97 chip is broken.
if there isn't a way to solve this, is there a way to use my onbord c-media audio chip parallel to my soundblaster? the c-media chip is crap and i would just use the microphone input, the output should be done by the soundblaster, is this possible?
if somebody has an idea, please answer me!
