Each day I go into work, the signal on my Iphone 5 will drop from 4g to E when I get into the elevator. We have great 4g signal in the building,except in the elevator, understandable. But anyway...when I exit the elevator, the iphone seems to struggle to get back to the 4g signal stregnth. I can see it on the top left, the E (Edge) is there for a while, the bars disappear and E disappears, and then comes back.. Like it is trying to reset signal. It does this for about an hour and then finally finds the 4g. During this time of course, no internet connection message pops up frequently, ugh.
During this process,this symbol would replace the E symbol: o
hopefully next update will fix this..

Error 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194: These errors may be the result of the connection to gs.apple.com being redirected or blocked. Follow these steps to resolve these errors:

I tried to put it in recovery mode as someone suggested by holding the home button while plugging the ipod up from the computer, but I never did get the "connect to itunes" symbol, I continually got the same screen saying "ipod disabled connect to itunes". Help!

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Resolution
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your device, then syncing again to solve this issue.
Orphaned files may remain on your iOS device if it is physically disconnected while syncing music, podcasts, videos, or photos. This can prevent iTunes from syncing the iOS device on subsequent sync sessions. When this happens, the Capacity indicator in iTunes may report a large amount of "Other" disk usage for the iOS device. To resolve this issue:
1. Turn off the music or photo sync option in iTunes for the device.
2. Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
3. Turn the music and photo sync options for the device on again.
4. Click Apply again to try to sync the device to iTunes.
          - If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 5.

Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

I have been trying to re-install GarageBand on my iPhone 4. I have tried downloading from iTunes app store and installing by sync from my MacBook. Neither will work. I keep getting the same "not enough storage" message.

You may need as much as 2Gb free, at least on a temporary basis while installing the app.

Getting linker error in Visual studio while trying to use class ActiveSelectionObserver

I am trying to implement a selection observer. I am using public specifier to derive from class ActiveSelectionObserver and have included the header file SelectionObserver.h.
But I am getting the below error from linker while trying to do that.

There's an app on the phone that is stuck sending data, or trying to send and failing, and in an infinite loop. Mail can do this if you have an Exchange account or iCloud account. Sometimes a corrupt calendar entry or contact can cause this.
But first, if you have either type of account go into Settings and turn it off, then reboot the phone (hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears). If the problem goes away you have identified the culprit. If you turn the account back on and the problem does not come back no further action is required.
If this doesn't fix it you have to find the app. Any app that exchanges a lot of data (Facebook, Whatsapp, etc) is a possibility.

What am I trying to achieve is having the ability for me (iphone, ipad) and my wife (iphone) to be able to share and sync just music, apps, movies, etc... I have Google Calender and I have not made up my mind yet if we will share a contacts list (I have large business list). Also this might be of note, I most likely will be using iTunes on my LG LCD TV (appleTV) at some point in the near future.
So, basically I'm confused, which is not unusual for me. If I'm thinking to much inside the box, please let me know and feel free to offer up any suggestions. Even if the suggestion is I'm not asking the right questions. Of course if that is your suggestion, then please tell me the question. And an answer would be nice to.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

At this point I would recommeng resetting the device if if will not turn on.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If no other USB power adapter is available, try connecting to a high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode.
Try another USB cable if available.

I will address your second question.
First, make sure your iPhone and iPad have absolutely identical Apple IDs. If they do, use that Apple ID in Settings > iCloud on your iPhone to select the "Notes" option. Lo and behold, all your iCloud notes should appear on your iPhone.

Also very long delay typing each keystroke in this message.

That error message is usually indicative of a problem with the App Store. If you look through the forums, you'll see that a number of people are experiencing the problem. Try again tomorrow.
