here's my very simplistic interpretation
Cloud control = anything with a "c" behind the name - eg 12c
Grid control = anything with a "g" behind the name - eg 11g
oracle enterprise manager is the product that comes from Oracle to manage the database layer from the operating system upwards , (eg software components) - latest version 12c something
ops center, or oracle enterprise manager ops center is a product that came from Sun to manage the OS, hardware level and down (eg hardware components) - latest version 11g update 1 release 3
currently these two products, OEM and OEM Ops Center are 2 seperate installs
I also believe that Oracle only make roadmaps available on request

I have a 13" macbook from 2009 and for some reason can no longer change my desktop image by just clicking on an image in system prererences>I-Photo. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
Your Desktop Picture settings and Dock items are stored in the files
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist and
/Users/your short user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist
in the "Preferences" folder in your user library. This looks like the system has trouble to write to these files. Check the permissions on your user library and remove the above files from your user library, then log off and on again.
Your user library is hidden in Lion and Mt. Lion. To reveal it, use the Finder's "Go" menu. Select "Go" in the Finder's main menu bar and hold down the alt/option key, until you see the "Library" in the drop-down menu. Double click it to open a Finder window, so you can browse the files inside.

Iphone6 doesn't play music (have tried obvious things like volume etc and plugged in headphones, connected to a speaker via bluetooth, and tried to play from the inbuilt speaker). Does anyone know what the problem is and how it can be resolved?
You can't buy the part from Creative as a spare.
I'm not sure how compatible other parts might be, but that would be a question for someone who really knows a lot about this area of electronics.
The Creative repair for this is likely to be expensi've, but the problem is most likely a broken solder connection than an actual new headphone socket. So if you know someone experienced in surface mount soldering you could probably get it repaired just with this. -

The app store always gives you the option to use a previous version of the app IF it is available for your device.

I cant download the new iTunes soflware on my PC because I have not yet been able to sync my photos from my phone to my itunes. I have an iphone that is locked to orange and have been waiting over 50 days now for it to be unlocked and keep getting fobbed off with promises to sort it out. I'm glad you found the coupons.com app and you might also want to take a look at the GroceryIQ app from the same company. Please note that at this time, printing is only support from iPad to HP wireless inkjet printer. That's most likely the reason why your Canon isn't displaying when attempting to print. The other way to go might be emailing the coupons you want to your email address, then open that email and print from a conventional desktop or laptop computer.

I have been trying to figure out what the heck is occupying over 1.4 GB of memory on my iPhone and how I can get rid of it. I had a friend say I needed to reset, but I need to ensure that I can retrieve my text messages because I am in a legal battle and whenever I try to email them, they never get sent so I just need to figure out what I should do.
