Stream drops on a regular schedule

I have a live video/audio stream running. There are fairly frequent drops/reconnections. As you can see below, it only occurs in a pretty well-defined time window and does not happen anytime during overnight hours.  I'm a newbie to FMLE so, if possible, please keep your response to a fifth-grade level.
I'm not entirely sure where buffer settings can be adjusted in the software.  Would this help?
Here is the log of what's happening:

Could you please confirm that FMS was up and running all the time? Even if FMS goes out of network or down for a second, FMLE will try to reconnect. The same applies for the network connection at your encoder machine. Do you see any increase in the rtmp buffer in FMLE stats window?

  • G/L A/C Determination for Drop Ship and Regular Ship of Same Item

    Hello Friends,
    We have a scenario,
    Stock is Sales order valuated stock
    For the same material, some times we do a drop shipment from vendor and some times we do a regular shipment from our plant.
    Being sales order valuated stock the GL account (On the PR generated from sales order) for drop shipment is getting picked up from BSX. (standard SAP)
    Our Finance team dont want the G/L account from BSX to be picked up.
    Because the BSX G/L account is a finish good G/L account and we dont want to use that for drop ship.
    How do we solve this issue?
    What is the standard process to get the G/L account if the same material is drop shipped and regular shipped?
    Thanks for your help.
    Thil

    Hi,
    The most common way to solve your problem is to use split valuation.
    This can be easily done. I you want to know how to use split valuation let me know I will detail steps you need to follow.

  • Can you set up a regular schedule with iCal?

    I use the regular calendar for events and birthdays and wanted to set up a regular schedule of things I do on a daily basis that I need to tick off when completed. The To Do list doesn't appear to be suitable as I would need to add everything back on every morning. Some tasks need completing weekly and some monthly - is there anything like this available within iCal or elsewhere on the iMac where tasks get added automatically once set up and I can tick off when complete? Thanks.

    MenusEverywhere was too twitchy ... needed to be shutdown after 2 hours sometimes and restarted.  Was not going to pay even $10 (roughly).  Others were not worth my time to try, ad trying to track all of the "menu bars" is too much hassle and losing even 1 more display line on the external was bothersome.
    Ramp up your RAM if you want multiple VM large-memory applications.  everymac.com wil guide you to your machine by year or identifier (or ...) and tell the max RAM.
    As to "multiple program instances" outside of VM, depends on the application if there can be independent windows,
    I do not use Adobe CS so I cannot help more than this.
    I apologize if I wasted your time.

  • ITunes 10.4.1 freeze (hang) when webradio stream drop out for any reason.

    Hello,
    My iTunes freeze (hang) when any webradio stream drop out for any reason; e.g. when ISP renews the IP, the radio station has limited the stream duration (as some do) per connection or wireless is cut off e.g. by closing the lid of the MacBook.
    I've to force Quit then iTunes. If I wait (up to an hour for testing) no hung or crash report get generated, iTunes still stay unresponsive.
    System: MacBook Pro 2011
    OS: OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)
    iTunes version: 10.4.1 (10)
    iTunes 3rd Party add-on's: None
    Any ideas out there?
    Cheers - Lupunus

    I will commiserate. I have this same issue. In some cases, the stream will stop and restart after 15-30 seconds; repeat. In other cases, the stream will stop, and iTunes will switch to the last radio station in that playlist. Then that station will play for a few minutes, and stop, and sometimes restart. But usually iTunes will hang (spinning beach ball) and must be force-quit.

  • When radio stream drops, itunes 11 shifts to next station

    We use itunes to stream classical radio - but when the stream drops, itunes moves on to the next radio station on the list.  Is there any way to just wait for rebuffering to reconnect??
    We are running iTunes 11 on Windows XP.

    Same happening here on Windows XP & Windows 7 ever since iTunes 11
    Constant rebuffering is annoying enough without having to reselect the station everytime.

  • Photo stream dropped 900 pics on iPhone ...

    My iphone just dropped a about 900 pics from Photo Stream. Curiously, they are still in photo stream on my ipad.
    I can't figure out why they dropped from iphone...and would expect that icloud would sync the back or also delete them from the ipad.
    Any ideas what I should check?
    iPhone 5s, ipad retina mini latest updates to imac mavericks and ios7 all in place.
    The pics that were dropped were the oldest and the new ones are accumulating again, so this will work out eventually, but it troubles me since I use photo stream quite a bit...
    Thanks
    Tom

    See this support document about PhotoStream. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486
    Photostream is temporary. My understanding is it can only handle the latest 1000 images and only for 30 days, but that document should explain. This allows you to import images to the computer for safe keeping. If you are handling more images than that, you need to make sure you are saving them regularly.

  • Deliveries dropping early than allocated schedule line dates

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a Scenario, where the deliveries are dropping early than the delivery date assigned in the schedule lines of sales order.
    Example, Order received on 14th with one line item and schedule lines allocated the delivery date as 19th. But for some reasons the deliveries are dropping early on 16th.May I know what might be the reasons.
    Thanks in advance,

  • Calendar dropped from Calendars regularly with ios6

    I have multiple exchange calendars linked to the iPhone Calendars.  Once I upgraded to ios6, one of calendars is regularly (multiple times a day) dropped from being displayed.  When this happens, I need to select the "Calendar" button in the upper left and reselect (recheck) the calendar that has been dropped.  It only seems to happen with the first calendar in the list.  This didn't happen with ios5

    I proof-read and still managed to see a mistake after hitting "send." Clarification: the out-of-office reply was to a message I did not send, or rather, I had no knowledge of having sent. And if I had not received the out-of-office reply, I would not have known that it was sent.

  • DMP-4400 5.1 When Live stream drops the DMP requires reboot

    We are using the Exterity TV Gateway to stream live TV to our DMP's when the Signal drops on the Exterity as it does several times a day the TV looses Audio and the screen goes blank for 5 seconds shows video and then blank again. This continues until we reboot the DMP. Has anybody come across this issue and does anybody have any ideas on a cure? The network connections are ok at the Exterity and DMP as far as speed and duplex are concerned with no errors seen. I am thinking its something to do with the multicast and the time its taking to re-join the stream but not sure how I can make any ajustments if it is.

    Hi,
    Do you have a resolution for this?
    I'm getting a similar issue running the DMP 4400 and DMM 5.1 except I have and issue where I could get 2 channels ok but could not get others and getting the blank screen repeatedly. Rebooting the DMP does not seem to provide any resolution temporarily or not. I have a DMM, DMP and DCM all attached to the same switch. Using UDP media per channel and a  presentation per channel to push TV the DMPs.

  • URL Stream dropping initial bytes

    I am new to Flash world. I am using URLStream function to
    fetch data from the server.
    The response from the server start with <?xml
    version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>.
    I am using
    while (stream.bytesAvailable)
    bytesRead
    = stream.readByte();
    // trace (" Read " + i + " byte " );
    i += 1;
    I am missing the <?x , 3 bytes of data . I can see the
    data in the network protocol analyzers packets.
    Is there any setting or special way of handling to get these
    bytes? I am suspecting URLStream works little differently, than the
    regular socket i/o. Any help/pointers in this direction will be of
    great help.

    The problem is that the available call is working as documented and you are misusing it. It is supposed to return the number of bytes that can be read without blocking. When it returns 0 it means a read will block. It doesn't mean you have read the whole thing.
    Also your write parameters are incorrect. Try this:
    public static synchronized byte[] getBytes (URL fileURL) {
            InputStream bis = null;
    ByteArrayOutputStream bos = new ByteArrayOutputStream();;
             try {
                 bis =fileURL.openStream();
                 while(true) {
                   byte byArray[] = new byte[8192];
                     int read = bis.read(byArray);
                     if (read == -1) {break;}
                     bos.write(byArray,0,read);
                 return bos.toByteArray();etc as you have it. If you are sleeping you are blocking, why not block on the read?

  • Flash player h264 live streaming dropping frames

    Hi
    For some reason i noticed Flash player h264 live streaming is dropping frames very rigorously when streaming to fms 3.5. There are no frames dropped on client camera end. Dropped frames correspond to  NetStreamInfo. The output is thus very jerky. This happenbs no matter what settings i use (176 x 144 @10fps). CPU usage is well below 50%.
    I noticied that if i stream the same to Red5 1.0 i do not get any frames dropped. The output is perfect as expected. Can some one please help out on this.

    Also i can confirm that the encoder used in FMLE and flash player 11.1 or above is not the same. The medium quality preset in FMLE uses "
    Bandwidth           300kbps
    Quality                Dont know
    fps                      20
    keyframeInterval  5sec
    If i use the same settings in flash player 11.1 i get heavy framedrops and bad playback no matter what quality i use. So this confirms that both encoder are not the same as adobe claims.
    On the other hand i sure would love to know why setting bandwidth to 0 creates a smooth stream without framedrops. I will request someone from adobe team to answer me here.

  • Music streaming drops, wifi still excellent

    Hi
    I have a problem on my airport express when listening to music. Quite often when i browse in itunes on my iphone or mac, it seems like i loose my connection to stream music, this also can occur when i pause music and after a while restart. Only solution on mac is close itunes, on iphone same tricks works when ur lucky but it happens i need to restart phone.
    During all of this wifi signal remains excellent ( AE is set as wireless acess point), but the fact that i need to restart itunes makes me believe WIFi is not the problem here.
    Any suggestions i'm having latest version of the itunes on both devices.
    Regards, Kris

    Both apps require a lot of bandwidth so you may have a problem within your local area network. Meaning you may not have enough bandwidth reaching the devices or some other situation. Because neither products are Apple products and we don't have access to your system I'd recommend contacting the developers and see if they have some specific trouble shooting  you can do. If you have a network specialist in your community (a professional not your nephew or your neighbors 15 year old son)  you also might consider calling them in.
    We had a similar issue at my house which was due to the Wi-Fi signal being too far away from the device which meant we had to get a Wi-Fi extender to boost the signal. Without knowing a thing about your environment recommend getting someone that knows more about networking involved.

  • Will we ever get to drag and drop icons into our schedules, ever?

    I was wondering if iCal would ever have icons like most calenders, ones we can copy and paste from out clipboards to use for meeting schedules, dates, anything we like.
    will it ever happen YET?

    they been around since the 80's, anyone want these feature?
    atleast to see the contacts fotos in the calender to have a hint in a months view, as a pop up, something?

  • Customer Regular scheduled callback not occuring

    How does the Campaign Manager or the dialing list table get updated with the caller's scheduled callback request that is captured in the IVR script and the dialer knows to dial that record?
    I've tried writing the callback into my import table but th edialing list doesn't keep the values of CallResult and CallStatusZone1 that I hardcode in the import table.
    this is ICM 7.5.8 with 7.0.1 SR5 IPIVR

    Unfortunately you aren't allowed to directly insert records into the table this way. You are only allowed to add records via import text files (there is no way to set a specific callback time via an import file). If it isn't working right for you that is because it is not intended to be used in this way. If you insert directly into the import table, you may cause dialer errors and you definitely will not get support from Cisco.
    What you can try is inserting records directly into the Personal Callback table with a specific callback time, which you can leverage to send calls to a general skill group if you know how to use it. Take a look at the outbound user guide for more info on how the personal callback table works. Another solution would be storing records and only importing them via text file at the time they need to be dialed.

  • Airplay streams drop/skip when clients roam between Lightweight APs

    Hello,
    We are currently running a WLC2106 w/ 3 1131 APs and in areas where coverage over laps our client airplay streams are skipping. I think this is caused when the client (iphone/ipad) switches APs. All ap's are setup in local mode and should support fast roaming correct? I am thinking the multi-cast settings are not properly setup or my ap is not configured correctly?
    Controller --> General  Ap Multicast mode = multicast w/ 239.0.0.0 group address, broadcast forwarding enabled.
    enable global multicast mode, and enable igmp snooping are both checked.
    Data rates on apps 1-11mbps disabled, 12 mandatory and all greater rates supported. P2p blocking action disabled
    Thanks for the help!

    We have two WLANS one with WPA2 PSK the other with WPA2 Auth 802.1X. The airplay devices are on the WPA2 SSID and the clients on the 802.1x, both go to the same vlan. Should I move all clients to the WPA2 SSID?
    Thanks for the response,
    David
