Stream request does not exist

Hello,
I've got Encore 2.0 and Premiere Pro 2.0.
Whit in Premiere I convert my time line to MPEG2-DVD, in the export using Adobe Media Encoder. What default "PAL"-setting I use, none of them seem to be working in Encore, every M2V-file I import into Encore I get the message "stream request does not exist".
Thanks

Thanks for the leads, Jeff. I am not able to export elementary streams using VOB2MPG, and in any case, Encore simply freezes when I import any file from VOB2MPG. I will try one of your suggested solutions.
Can you explain why the re-name process would work on some homemade DVDs and not others? Does it have anything to do with DVDs authored in non-Adobe programs??
also, why will the renamed files play perfectly in Windows Media and WinDVD, yet not go into Encore as .mpg assets?
Lots of questions; just curious as to how things work!

  • Adobe Flash tried to play a live or recorded stream that does not exist. Source can't be found

    NOTE: This thread was started in the flash pro forum: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/898879?tstart=0 . However, because of adninjastrators recommandation, I open the thread here:
    Hello there,
    I have started a stream from Flash media encoder to flash media server. According to my encoder, it should be located at: "rtmp://localhost/live" and is called livestream.
    In the Flash  software I try and set the source of FLVPlayback component to "rtmp://localhost/live/livestream", and I get this error: "NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound : Adobe Flash tried to play a live or recorded stream that does not exist. Source can't be found.". Both the server and encoder is runnind and I am encoding.
    Too, when I try and open the html with the stream in a browser, nothing appears.
    What should I check?
    Thanks.
    Kind regards,
    Marius

    Thanks for your reply.
    Server, encoder and player are all on the same computer.
    Admin console confirms the existence of "livestream" of type "Live" and a "NetStream" called "ABAF". No idea what the latter is.
    Also, thought I'd mention that I have to start the servers from the Control Panel -> administrative tools -> services. If I try and start the server from the start menu, they dont start.
    Thank you for your time.

  • Getting Error in AppPart "The feed you've requested does not exist."

    I am getting " The feed you've requested does not exist." Error while app-part is getting loaded on
    a page. It works well while we open the app alone. The feed we are using is Yammer feed.
    Ashish Baranwal || To know what you know and what you do not know, that is true knowledge

    Issue confirmed and addressed by MS. From the O365 portal:
    Closure Summary: On Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at approximately 6:40 PM UTC, engineers identified an issue in which some customers may have been unable to use the embed feature in Yammer. The investigation determined that a small portion of infrastructure
    which processes authentication was degraded. Engineers implemented a fix which remediated end-user impact. The issue was successfully fixed on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at 8:50 PM UTC. Upon analysis of the incident, service impact was determined to be
    limited. Next steps have been identified and will be implemented to ensure that the issue does not reoccur. Please consider this Closure Summary the final update on the event.
    Our feeds are working now.

  • Yammer open graph feed, "The feed you've requested does not exist."

    When using the open graph embed feed for a page on which there are no comments yet, I am getting "The feed you've requested does not exist." in the embed frame. Once I post a comment (which works fine), the message disappears. I see the
    same in the https://www.yammer.com/widget/configure page. Is this an issue that can be resolved on the Yammer end?

    Hi,
    which is your environment, SharePoint Server 2013 or SharePoint Online?
    For Yammer Embed to work, your SharePoint environment must satisfy the following prerequisites:
    Your organization should have an active Yammer network (for example: www.yammer.com/contoso.com)
    Your SharePoint farm admin should choose Yammer.com service as the default enterprise social collaboration   platform. Set this option in the SharePoint admin center for SharePoint Online and in SharePoint Central Administration for on-premises
    SharePoint Server 2013.   Choose the yammer.com service and wait for 30 minutes before moving on to the next step.

    So just to clarify, the server is installed on the same machine that you are using to do the encoding, correct?
    And you are using Flash Media Live Encoder to do the encoding?
    I don't have Flash CS5 for I'm not sure what is in there to do the encoding.. but more on FMLE here:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaserver/flashmediaencoder/
    There are two step used to get the encoding going with FMLE...
    1. after setting all the config settings, click the "Connect" button. Then open the encoding log and you will be able to see if connection was made to the server or not. Can you successfully connect to the server? if not, what is the error message?
    2. click the "Start" button and in the encoding log, you will see that the audio and video encoding has started. What does the encoding log say?

  • Yammer used for page comments in SharePoint Online, initially says "The feed you've requested does not exist"

    I am trying to use Yammer for a per-page comment platform. This seems to require placing a Yammer embed in each page and configuring the embed to use Open-Graph.
    Why does the feed initially say "The feed you've requested does not exist." for every new page? The default should read "There are no messages
    in this feed."
    My embed code looks like this:
    <div id="embedded-feed" style="height:400px;width:500px;"></div>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://assets.yammer.com/assets/platform_embed.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript"> yam.connect.embedFeed({
    container: "#embedded-feed"
    , network: "myyammernetwork.com"
    , feedType: "open-graph"
    , config: {
    use_sso: false
    , showOpenGraphPreview: false
    , header: false
    , footer: false
    , promptText: "Comment on this page..."
    , objectProperties: { url: window.location.href, type: "page" }
    </script>
    You can see at the following link, following the instructions, it results in "there are no messages in this feed."

  • Sorry, the page you requested does not exist.

    I've been struggling for a couple of weeks attempting to get my domains hosted with my mobile.me account with little success. After trying about everything and I believe they have me blocked now on Chat support, it is now unavailable due to overwhelming interest in mobile.me. I've created my sites on iWeb and published them and when I go to view them I get "Sorry, the page you requested does not exist." Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Mark,
    The site may have been unavailable for a short time. The links function correctly for me at the moment. Please confirm if you are still having this issue.

  • Transport request does not exist in production server

    I created a transport request and released it. However, the cofile and datafile are not created in production server. It supposed to appear automatically once I released, but it is not created and I was not able to add this request in the production. May I know what might be the cause? Any setting that is wrong in my development server?

    Hi,
    If you have configured transport route properly then when you will release request then it will automatically come in your production queue (Since you have no quality system). If transport is not coming in production queue, it means there is problem with transport route configured.
    Also, check whether data file or cofile exists in transport directory or not. If there are no files then it means it is a local transport request.
    Thanks
    Sunny

    There might be a number of reasons why your report doesnt open up .One of the main reasons is that your report is incorrectly configured for the server and application .If you think that it is correctly configured .Then try exporting the report and then delete the report from the repository and then re-import the report back to the repository and check the server/application configuration and then run ur report again on the web . You should do fineeeeee.Naveen

  • Requested stream does not exist?

    So, I created several Encore projects about a month ago (this is a large project, 15 DVDs).  I receive final edits back from my client, completed them in Premiere Pro CS6, and then exported them to m2v/wav via AME.
    I successfully re-linked one project with its new transcoded files and was able to output to an iso.  On my next project, however, as son as I linked the transcoded files to the project, I receive an error stating that "requested stream does not exist".  When I click ok, I am presented with this dialog repeatedly, until I force quit the application.  This project, unlike the last one, has motion menus.
    Am I doing something wrong?  I haven't changed any other aspect of the project, beside re-linking the newly transcoded files for the main timeline and setting the output directory through the Build menu.  I should mention, than in rare instances, I am able to view the project just fine, however it is clicking on the Main Timeline that causes it to go into the "requested stream..." loop.
    Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm feeling really stuck.

    I am using a dynamic link to link to the specific sequence within the prproj file. The re-linking I'm speaking of is when you right click on an asset that needs to be transcoded and select "Locate Transcoded File". I have pre-transcoded the associated sequence for each project.
    I don't recall anyone using that workflow. Makes me wonder why you would dynamic link, but perhaps there are advantages as you get the first version set up.
    You can "locate transcoded file" for an untranscoded asset; had not realized that before.
    Since your project was done once, the PR sequence in Encore shows as transcoded (before you relink). Try "revert to original" before you relink.

    CLDC by default does not support HTTP. That is a requirement of MIDP. However, there may be different CLDC runtimes available from where you got that one which may expose HTTP (but not the HttpConneciton class). When you're looking for the smallest example runtime, you just ship what's required. In the case of CLDC where various vendors are competing on size, you don't add anything optional. However, you usually have another drop available with some 'useful' features. One of them being http.

    This error is happening everyday. Please advise for a fix.
    If this is happening on an UPSTREAM server it is because you have approved updates that are no longer available from Microsoft. Almost always this involves approvals of *EXPIRED* updates (which have been pulled from the catalog and cannot be downloaded).
    If this is happening on a DOWNSTREAM server it's because something/someone deleted the files from the upstream server. It can also happen if the entire upstream ~\WSUSContent folder has gone amuk.
    For an upstream server, find the expired updates, remove the approvals, cancel the downloads, and then decline the updates.
    For a downstream server, figure out what the affected updates are and fix the upstream server.

  • The requested resource does not exist - EAR - Jsp

    Hy!
    Following a tutorial I'm trying to create a small application in the Developer Studio.
    I created a Table, an EJB-Project with an Entity Bean and a Stateless Session Bean, a Web-Project with a JSP-File and an EAR which I deployed. Now the JSP form should be available at http://[server-name]:50000/employee/view.
    But I get:
    404   Not Found - SAP J2EE Engine/6.40
    The requested resource does not exist.
    Details:     Go to main page of this application!
    "main page" is a link which refers to http://localhost:50000/index.html which is the SAP Engine Start Page.
    This is my first experience with sap netweaver. So I don't know where I should start to search for the problem or how to solve it.
    In the web.xml of the WebProject there is the following code for the servlet mapping:
    <servlet>
         <servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
         <jsp-file>/NewEmployee.jsp</jsp-file>
    </servlet>
    <servlet-mapping>
         <servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
         <url-pattern>/view</url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>
    This is the code in the application.xml of the ear which should make it possible to access the webproject under .../employee.
    <module>
         <web>
              <web-uri>EmployeeWeb.war</web-uri>
              <context-root>employee</context-root>
         </web>
    </module>
    Best Regards,
    Carina

    Hy!
    I tried several changes and found out, I just had to remove the ' / ' bevor NewEmployee.jsp in the jsp-file - tag.
    <servlet>
         <servlet-name>NewEmployee.jsp</servlet-name>
         <jsp-file>NewEmployee.jsp</jsp-file>
    </servlet>
    Now it works and I'm able to test the jsp. There's a form and after a submit a jndi-lookup is performed.
    Object ref=jndiContext.lookup("java:comp/ev/ejb/EmployeeService");
    It seems the EJB reference in the web.xml:
             <ejb-ref>
              <ejb-ref-name>ejb/EmployeeService</ejb-ref-name>
              <ejb-ref-type>Session</ejb-ref-type>
              <home>com.sap.bsp.EmployeeServicesHome</home>
              <remote>com.sap.bsp.EmployeeServices</remote>
              <ejb-link>EmployeeEjb.jar#EmployeeServicesBean</ejb-link>
         </ejb-ref>
    doesn't work, because I get:
    com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Path to object does not exist at java:comp, the whole lookup name is java:comp/ev/ejb/EmployeeService.
    Looking forward to a hint
    Best regards,
    Carina
