Streamer in nokia e5 wont work

hi.
i have Tversity install in my comuter.
i can see in my phone all the folders that i setup to see the movies bat when i choose a movie it say "looking for device"?
what does it meen? i just want to see the movie in my phone.

You need to drag and drop video to your phone from your computer to watch it on the phone ! You may find this useful !

My phones bust so just got a phone from a friend.
Got the N80, i can recieve texts and phone calls. And also make phone calls.
The onlny thing i cant do is send texts.
When i send it it comes up with a message saying "unable to send message"
I really havent a clue and i really need to get it sorted.

You could check your message centre number to see if it's correct by going into Messages > Options > Settings > Text Message > Message Centres.

Has it ever worked? Hold volume down (-) while pressing power button. That takes you to BIOS (CMOS setup). Follow the menus for Windows reinstall.

I have the New Macbook and i have used Ichat Video before but now it wont work, i get this message:this computer dose not support video conferencing

The Upload is acceptable.
iChat will fail at 50kbps (In Video chats with a message)
The Lowest Spec Apple Suggests for 1-1 Video is 100kbps
The lowest Apple Spec for 3 and 4 way Video chats is 384k but I have done passable ones at 256k.
If System Preferences > Quicktime > Streaming is left at Automatic in Leopard iChat reads this as 384k (it should be set to 1.5Mbps and iChat restarted if Changed)
Have you tested at different times ?
IS that the Best speed with the service you have ?
Is that speed near what they say they are selling you ?
The Speeds you quote should not get you the Too Slow Info message.
Is that Internet Connection shared with other computers ?
Were you doing a download ?
Both will effect the amount of the Speed (called Bandwidth) that you get.
Think of a Freeway as you enter a city in rush hour. It might be a road you can do the national speed Limit but you may not be able to go that fast due to other traffic.

Nokia n8 nokia store wont open

hey guys. after hard resetting the N8, nokia store wont open. i also did a restore and it still wont open. also ninja fruit wont open also but angry birds opens. and not all applications are backed up. i am missing 4 applications and one of them is opera. anyone knows a solution? my main problem now is nokia store so i can download the other applications. thank you in advance.

at last!!! i did it. i will share the steps i took to fix it so other users that they have the same problem can fix it. i went to this site http://www.swf2go.com/downloads/qt/ and i downloaded all 5 files and i installed them on my phone by numbering order starting from the 1st one. (note all applications must be closed during the installations). when i finished with the installations i followed the link that JudaZ told me ( http://lr.ovi.mobi/store/new-symbian-3 ) from my browsers phone and nokia store started the installation. and thats it. its all working now. thanks JudaZ for the link

Oracle Streams Update conflict handler not working

I've been working on the Oracle streams and this time we've to come up with Update conflict handler.
We are using Oracle 11g on Solaris10 env.
So far, we have implemented bi-directional Oracle Streams Replication and it is working fine.
Now, when i try to implement Update conflict handler - it executed successfully but it is not fulfilling the desired functionality.
Here are the steps i performed:
Steap -1:

Windows app store wont work

Windows app store wont work. Yesterday I shut down my windows stream 8 tablet and it updated a bunch of stuff b4 it shut down. Today I turned it on and went to open the app store and it wont open or load. The green screen comes up on the screen but it
just gets stuck there and doesn't go any further. It just stays on the green screen with the loading icon?? Have tried restarting tablet, waiting a Couple hers and trying again, disconnecting from my WiFi network and nothing seems to be working. I am running
windows 8.1. this is my first windows device so not really sure what else to do or try. Any suggestions? Thanks

Please take the following steps to have a fix:
Step 1 :
Run the Apps troubleshooter to have a fix.
Step 2 :If the issue persists , re-register the Store App with the following code. To do this:
open an administrator command line and then input the command
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.XML
Step 3:
Clear the cache by running the WSreset.exe.

Upgraded to Belle from anna now wifi wont work on ...

tried everything but due to some reason wifi wont work on my e7, it was working al well on symbian anna but after the upgrade to *belle* it says connected but gives no browsing ,on the same wifi network my other android phone works well
is there a fix for this ??

Can you please explain the steps you took to "activate" your phone again?
I am having this problem:
1) after upgrade to the new software, phone was stuck in recovery mode (usb-itunes picture). Not jailbroken either.
2) have done the "reset" i.e. off button & home button together
2) I reinstalled itunes many times
3) switch usb port many times
4) de-auth / re-auth many times as well as purchased / download free apps (however, unable to sync due to itunes not recognizing the phone)
5) BUT it still won't restore (error codes such as 13, 14 0r 1604)
Can you or any here help me?? Can't use the phone at all. Very frustrating.....

Asha 301 phone - headset wont work

Ok. So I purschased this Nokia 301 here the other day. Today it arrived at my local post office, and i picked it up. When I wrapped it up and charged it up, i discovered the headphones in the box wont work - my phone wont detect them. It seems like they arent there. And the phone was new when I tried the headset, so dirt and dust havent found its way into my phone.

I had the same problem. I figured a way to make it work.
Your phone have to be on the Music Player mode. If you put it on the homepage, the headset control doesn't work. You can still lock you phone though.
The go to setting>phone>accessories>Headset, set default profile to "General" or the profile you are using. Turn on automatic answer. Then set headset as default in accessory settings.

N900 wont work

im sorry to bother you but before i send my phone back to nokia, could someoen help me!
my nokia n900 battery was flat it died now it wont switch on i brought a new battery, this has not worked , when i press the on button no lights come up at all if i plug it in a orange light coem on and keeps goign to a white nokia screen a black lite screen and then goes off and repeats after a few mins. i tried to connect it by usb but that wont work any help please reply asap !!!!!!!!

sounds like it needs flashing,
look at the post near the top of the forum by ceroberts75 for instructions if you're already upto date just flash the fiasco/os that way you will keep everything that is on the mass memory
if you are just flashng the fiasco add -R to the end of the command on your pc

Your phone has a problem with the ribbons...so basically thats a hardware problem and needs to be checked by a nokia technician...
Alternatively,if the phone is under warranty then you can return it to where you bought it from...(if its not water damage then they'll replace.)

Nokia N95 wont start up

Hi All,
my Nokia N95 wont start up,
this morning I tried to listen to the radio thru my Nokia N95, but no sound was coming out of the headphones so I thought it was a bug and I decided to turn my phone off and on again, and I havent been able to get it to turn back on since.
When I try to turn it on, the nokia logo appears, but the screen isnt properly backlit (looks like its on standby), there is no vibration that I normally get when I turn it on,and then after a few seconds the screen fades off as if the power to it was cut.
When I turned the phone off it still had 2 bars of battery left, I have tried charging the phone, and removing the battery, and I also tried holding down different buttons as I started the phone, but so far no luck.
the phone is probably about 8 months old, roughly.
tl;dr: phone wasnt outputting sound, I tried to restart it and it never started again.
any help would be appreciated!

Looks like you have already tried removing the battery and leaving it out for a vew minutes as well as the 3 finger reset. But just in case you were not doing it right, I'll explain it again.
Don;t forget to backup your phone before trying any of this.
Firstly take the battery out for 5 minutes and then replace and see if that makes any difference.
Then try the "3 finger deep reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.
This should ONLY be done if the device doesn't power up normally anymore and it wipes everything in the Phone memory that is not part of the ROM.
Also try restarting without the memory card.
If none of the above works then you will have no choice but to send it to your Nokia Care Point.
