Streaming a PDF Presentation form One iPad to 5 other iPads

Can I stream a presentation I'm giving from my iPad to the other attendees (5 or 6) in a meeting? All attendees will be be in the same room. Will they need to be on the same network, or can I achieve this using Bloetooth?
The presentation is in PDF format, and I would usually use Good Reader to present on a single iPad on a 1 to 1 basis.

What not possible is to replicate directly and simply what is on your ipad screen to multiple devices.
Work-arounds
-- You could get an ipad app that share whatever it wished to other ipads.
You could look at teamviewer.

-- You can replicate what on your screen to a tv or another computer. The other computer can share it's screen how ever it wishes.
-- You could put the pdf file on the web or an internal web site. Could put the file on some wifi web server you bring along with you.

Hi,
You can try these two options:
1) Create a key in Dynamic Configuration and use it to store the value and retrieve the value back in second operation from Dynamic Configuration.
OR
2) Use Export and send the value to BPM, then in BPM using the value decide on if to execute the second operation.

Bring 'PDF Presentation' Back in CS4

There are several posts about how this simple script was a huge part of folk's daily workflow. I am one of those folks. Bring back the 'PDF Presentation' script. Your Bridge Output module is for entry level users, not for production level processing, and to add InDesign as a step in the 'recipe' to modify compression, Acrobat version compatibility, security, etc. is a true pain in the ***. Adobe, I hope you're listening.

The Bridge PDF AOM is just a bunch of JavaScript that creates UI in Bridge and
loads and calls an External Object/library to do the actual processing. Unless
they did something to the PDF AOM that makes it only work in Bridge, you could
write a script for PSCS4 the creates a UI and uses the PDF AOM as is done in
Bridge. Or it could call a Bridge script that does the AOM integration.
This is all theoretical, of course. I looked at this a couple of months ago
because I have a client (still on CS3) that uses PDF Presentation. I'll have to
get this sorted out one way or another when they get ready to upgrade.

Can anyone tell me how to see the mapping betw the Tax Form fields and the Tax Form in pdf format. For example in Quarterly State Unemployment form, I have a Tax Form field T003. How can I map this field to a particular field in the Tax Form in pdf format ?

To use the Tax form field say T003 in PDF, there check box 'Form Processing Indicator' should be checked then only the field is available in PDF to be linked. so that, i have created an object and imported the image file. But which Package should be selected? Earlier, i did $TMP. Since it is TMP im unable to Transport to other server. So what i have to select in the Package list? that package should support Transportation.

Logos are not transported. You need to create it in all systems individually.Transports cannot carry image files!! Although you know how to create logos but still for your reference this very popular link:

What color are the web links on your iPads? Are the iPad Air's purple?

Bizarrely, the three iPad Airs I've seen show purplish links rather than blue ones--and that's true of a store demo model, too!
In contrast, older iPads, iPad minis, and a store's iPad Mini with Retina Display, show web links as a beautiful blue.
I'm particularly interested in hearing from people who can do side-by-side comparisons of iPad Airs and other iPads & iPhones and report on what the color differences are.
The differences I've seen are fairly striking on most web pages, subtler on others. Side-by-side comparisons can often dramatically reveal the differences.

Unable to connect to wi fi with mini iPad? All other iPads are able to connect. Not sure what to do?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Rotating pdf presentations on iPads

we have 12 iPads to present pdf presentations. Half of them rotate to landscape; half are in portrain and do not rotate. All settings in PDF Viewer are identical. The iPads screen lock is turned off and the iPads do rotate. I want the portrait presentations to rotate to landscape. any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!

oh ok well you can get a device from apple called a dongel (not sure i spelled it right) but anyways it connects to the ipad via the charging slot and the other end connects to a monitor or digital projector or laptop. you can buy one throuhg apple .com

Post the PDF files to a web site. The browse to them in Safari on the iPad. When you Open the files specify the Open to occur in Adobe Reader. Then you can have/Save them in your Documents folder on the iPad. An iPad has limited access to files otherwise.

Are the fillable pdf forms created in InDesign compatible with iPads?

I have been producing complex fillable forms using LiveCycle which work fine in most circumstances but we're running into more and more complaints from iPad users who can't open, complete, save the forms. From my research I see that there is an incompatibility with the XFA form created by LiveCycle and the iPad software.
I design my forms in InDesign anyway and just discovered that I can author the fillable fields using InDesign as well. It would be a giant time saver if I can use one program to create my forms but the question remains, will fillables authored in InDesign be compatible with the iPad? And secondly, Does anyone know if InDesign has equal flexibility in creating all the special objects and their behavior that LiveCycle has?

I believe that if you name the form field the same name on multiple pages they should fill with the same values.
However, I'm not a form expert. You would do well to ask these questions in the Acrobat Forms forum here:

While InDesign is being used to create the form, it doesn't really control the process. This is done in Acrobat so that's where you should ask your technical questions.

PDF-Presentation works with Macs keynote but not with iPad keynote ???

Transfering with iTunes to the iPad works well, too. But opening such a presentation in iPads keynote results in "Could not import, unknown error".

I have just bought an Ipad and Apple TV and am wanting to have a Keynote presentation playing through the TV from the Ipad, but be able to open other applications on the Ipad without them also being mirrored and interrupting the presentation. I know you can show presentation notes in Keynote without them showing up, but is there a way to open up a whole new application?
