Streams don't happen until tab made active?

I am sorta confused by some behavior I am seeing in an application I am making.
Basically, I am testing a real time game against myself. I have noticed if I do it in such a way that both game instances are in different tabs, all the messages I am sending don't happen until I view the tab. I can run around and do stuff on one tab, then when I switch to the other I see the whole thing happen rapidly until it catches up. I don't think it is just the interpolation I am doing, because I send messages indicating a player has been hit and it doesn't happen until I watch the whole thing happen on that screen way later. Can anyone point me in the right direction about why this is happening? I want to switch to the other tab and simply have it be in the right spot rather than trying to catch up. It is probably a rare situation, but it is a symptom of something greater that I need to fix.

Im having the same problem, I updated my Iphone 4S to 6.1.3, shortly after that my phone had no audio. It was working fine one minute and then stopped. Was listening to music when sound gave out on me. It wont ring, phone just vibrates even after turning off vibration option. I've tried all the options listed and nothing. My phone has never been jailbroken either. If I connect the earphones is works perfectly. On one of my last calls received, phone's ringtone was heard for about 2 seconds before muting and just vibrating. Ringtone sounded perfect, speakers did not sound damaged.
What else could be done? I've read several post regarding this and it seems like Apple has no solution to this yet. Very dissappointed.

How to make a specific tab the active one when loading a page.

We need to be able to navigate between a set of pages all containing the same tabs. When going from one page to another, the active tab on the new page must be "the same" as the active tab on the previous page. In other words: there must be a mapping between one page's tab and another page's tab. To do this we need to tell the next page which tab to set as selected. Is there any way of doing this? Because we use a left-side that is tab-independant for navigation, we can not hard-code the tab-reference in the hyperlink. We have thought about using a page parameter saying which tab is active (by the use of a tab id), but it seems impossible to make a portlet change the value of a page parameter without doing so with an event. Because the content under each tab is passive, we can't send any events. Is there any other way of doing this?

When I click on the x to close a window, all windows are closing.
When I click on an active link to open a new window, nothing happens , only the already pen one gets replaced. It' s a pain in the butt, and there is no help or solution from FIREFOX, I studied all help resources. I will not attach screen shot to this mail, as that wouldn't help anything. My solution - I will work with SAFARI or SEAMONKEY instead and not use FIREFOX any longer.

I honestly think the OP is making the correct decision to quit using Firefox due to all the print-related problems and Bugs that are in Firefox, '''that Mozilla doesn't want to fix'''. And there are more Bugs that affect only the Mac-platform (like the one where the user has to open a page in a new window for the 2nd web page printed from that window), than there are on Windows and Linux.
Users having to reset hidden preferences repeatedly isn't a cure.
The same 3 print-related Bugs in 2002 that caused me to take 6 months to switch over to ''Phoenix'' from IE 5.5, '''are still present in Firefox!''' I print nothing from Firefox these days without viewing Print Preview first, then about 10% of the time I do a "View in Opera" and do a Print Preview there - which shows a good print out 95% of the time (which IMO shows the page isn't at fault), and print it from Opera.

What's the format of your video? That will give you a hint as to what plugin is failing (or missing).
If you don't know, what's the URL of your site - it shouldn't take long for someone to work out the specifics.

There are tabs of unopened sites when I open version 3.6.8. I don't want any tabs at startup

When opening Firefox version 3.6.8 there are always many tabs. Many are sites I don't go to. I don't want any tabs when I first open Firefox. I want tabs only when I ask for a new tab and only for that session.

Just change the option so Firefox shows your homepage when you open it.
Tools -> Options -> General
Change the dropdown labeled "When Firefox starts" to "Show my home page" or "Show a blank page" if you like.

It is more convenient for me to play videos in Quicktime since iTunes is such a memory hog. Please help.

You may get better results if you switch to this alternate version: iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) and, if needed, reinstall QuickTime. The new (nearly) all 64-bit version doesn't seem to play well with QuickTime. Perhaps if DRM authentication is required QuickTime needs to be able to see something that is part of the older 32-bit code.

You should definitely be able to upload multiple files by Shift-clicking or Ctrl-clicking the files you want to upload. Just to make sure you don't have an old version of the service cached, please clear the browser cache and then log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files. After clicking the File Upload icon in the upper-right corner, you should be able so select multiple files for upload.

Selection Screen Variant does not set Tab as active -

Hi experts,
I have a Z-report. The selection screen of this report has got 8 tabs and sub screens, for different type of reporting ( SO, PO, Invoice reporting etc).
Now the issue is, if a user creates a variant for the report with one particular tab as active tab, while running with this variant, the report starts with default tab(Tab 1) as active tab. The filed values in the particular tab are getting populated correctly from the variant. But the current/active tab is not getting set from the Variant. (Or in other words, none of the hidden fields in the screen P_TAB1, P_TAB2, etc are getting populated with X when creating a variant)
This issue started recently, and old variants (created long back) are pointing to the correct tab as expected. I have checked for the changes in the report. Unfortunately there is only one version(latest) available in the system.
Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Lost my bookmarks and don't have the "tab strip" where the address goes.

Open Firefox -> Go to View -> Toolbars -> Chechmark on "Navigation Toolbar"
this will bring back your address bar (where you type links to go to websites :P )

Or do you mean the songs stop before they are at the actual end of the song?

Running Win 7 Pro, browsing Firefox 7.0.1

App (pinned) tabs and Tab Groups (Panorama) are stored as part of the session data in the file sessionstore.js in the Firefox profile folder.
Make sure that you do not use "Clear Recent History" to clear the "Browsing History" when Firefox is closed because that prevails and prevents Firefox from opening tabs from the previous session.

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then make sure that Session is unchecked in the settings for the Firefox application.

How can changes happened during the cube activation be nullified.

I was trying to activate some business content infocube in the dev.server. I selectecd data flow before. In the process I collected all infoobjects associated with the cube and all the info-objects which are associated with that info-objects. When I installed the cube some of the customised business content info-objects associated with the cube got over written by the delivered version. We dont have the documentation which provides the information on which are all the infoobjects that were modified and which were not.
Can any one give some idea how the changes happened during the cube activation can be nullified.Or how can I find out which were the info objects which were customised before business content was again activated and which are those changes.

As long as you did not activate the Cube (= not activate BC, but cube itself)
you can compare the changed cube with the active cube (Change cube screen, use button Version Comparison)
