Structure not allowing additional fields

Hi,
I am trying to add new fields to a Z structure which has already has around 25 fields and total char length of all fields is 1000. But I am not able add more fields to this structure. Any suggestions...

Hello Hari,
U can the add the fields to the Zstructure by clicking the New fields button. If the structure is already transported u have to create a new workbench request and attach the structure to that request.
Save and activate.
If usefiul reward.

Manually by 261->Order+Costcenter...I can post it but there is problem in Auto Goods Movement

Table of contents will not allow additions

I am creating a portrait-oriented book. The TOC function is not allowing me to add paragraph styles nor is it automatically picking up the Chapter names. When I click the + symbol on the TOC inspector pane the only option I am given is "Add Section". In Preview my Front matter is properly listed in the TOC but the chapters are not there. What am I missing?

KT -- Thanks for replying. I'm not sure exactly what you mean but it is all rather moot at this point. I reloaded the chapters into a Landscape template and found the TOC worked just great. The landscape format offers some nice benefits and I can let the reader decide whether he/she wants to read in portrait. Thanks again.

SAP Note 350068 - Additional fields in VA05 - Problem

I've followed the example given in this note on how to add a field to the display output yet I'm still not seeing the customer material number in the layout list. Am I missing something?

Open your current display variant from VA05 - check the column list on the right, your required field is probably sitting in there as an undisplayed field. You just need to open that 'default' display variant in change mode, move the column over, and then save the variant. Note that you need parameter ID SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN set to 'A' on your user profile to do this. Now, if you really want a different field, then you just need to add a custom field to VBMTV and then code the population in the user exit in V05TZZMO:

Additional fields in infoset query can not be used as datasource fields

I create one infoset query with additional fields (using ABAP code) in R/3. When I create datasource RSO2 using this infoset query, system only show all fields without additional fields that I enhanced in infoset query. Does that mean we can not get additional fields information in generic datasource creation that we enhanced in infoset query?

rsa6 select your data source click on display your datasource then select
extract structure its shows how many fields are haveing particular
datasource .or otherwise goto rso2 select your data source display
double click on your extractstructure its show how many fields haveing
the particular datasource. check the Rsa6 what ever fields you newly added that field default hide mode
you remove the hide tickmark.

Additional field in infotype 0009 issue ( PBO and PAI )

Hi Guru,
I need your help please.
I have a additional field in IT0009 and when I want created a new infotype 0009, I fill all field but after ENTER or SAVE all field are save in the layout but not the additional field.
To save the additional field in the layout, I must fill it again and after the ENTER or SAVE the field is save in the layout.
I have checked in the debbugger, when I create a new infotype 0009 it goes to the PBO but after ENTER or SAVE it doesn't go to the PAI so I must do it again ( fill the additional field and ENTER or SAVE ) and then it goes to the PAI.
Thus I would like to know how I can make so that after the ENTER or SAVE the screen goes in PAI before the PBO and at the first time.

After more investigation, the probleme come from a check over country bank.
In fact, the screen of the infotype 0009 must be adpated following the country bank but to do this, the standard module pool (mp000900) check if the country bank have changed.

But when you create a new infotype 0009, the ls_bank_data_old-banks is always initial. So when module pool compared the ls_bank_data_old-banks with the ls_bank_data_current-banks, those are always different.
In conclusion, when you create a new infotype 0009 it is always mandatory to push ENTER before to fill any additional field because at each first time that the standard module pool go in the PAI, it make a leave screen.

Enhancing LBWE for not allowed fields

Hi All,
Has anyone ever tried to enhance LBWE structures for filling fileds which are not allowed status (F) in TMCEXCFS table.
We need to report deliveries which are not invoiced status A)yet. So we need to enhance 2LIS_12_VCITM with VBUP-FKSTA field. I know it is possible with appending structure to the extractor and filling it via ABAP code. But field status is F in the TMCEXCFS table.

I dont think you need to alter TMCEXCFS table.
You can just do it the usual way as of creating an uppend structure to your datasource structure and populating the field via CMOD.
There's been a lot of topics on the issue.

Additional fields not showing in FS10N layout

Hi ,
1) appended new fields into RFPOS and RFPOSX structures and run the program RFPOSXEXTEND
2) created BTE to get values for additional fields added
it was fine working in DEV , once it move to QAS additional fields are not showing in the FS10N layout
same steps are processed as in QAS as i din in DEV, sturcture as got fields and BTE is fine
Why the additional fields are not showing up ...

How come i would be posting here without checking the layout , new fields are not in the layout even though it shows in the structure RPOSXEXT.
FS10N layout - added new fields in dev using structure and run the program to extend the structure , new fields and data show in DEV , same process i did but it doesnt show in QAS .
Would be any configuration issue or any other i need to check ....

Compare them & if it is egual, it should pop up a message saying duplicate value is entered and must not allow to enter, at form_level.
So how can I compare the ACCT_FD_NO value between FIRST_RECORD and NEXT_RECORD ??

Anyways , can you tell me how do i check in database table, if a value exists OR IF VALUE FOUND & then message and raise form trigger failure; something like below.

As this BAPI is triggered from external sytem that by client in production environment , I would not be able to dig it further.
Thats why I asked if anybody confronted the same error previously.

Additional Fields for ESS-Business Card Not Working for Certain Countries

Dear Experts,
We were trying to configure the additional fields to be displayed in Business Card - Overview Screen for all countries. We don't have problem configure and get the new fields display for Malaysia (Molga = 14) but having problem for the field to display for Hong Kong (Molga = 27) and Singapore (Molga - 25).
The strange thing is I am following the same steps as I configured for Malaysia. Somehow it is not working for Hong Kong and Singapore. As I understand, there is only 1 place to configure in SPRO for this requirement:
Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Specific Settings -> Own Data -> Customizing of Personal Information Screens -> Determine Fields for Business Card on Overview Screen

Adding additional field in cProject is not working after transporting

Hi All,
My intention is to add additional field in cProject. So i copied a required view through program BSP_CUSTOMIZE and into another Z* BSP Application object. Then i had done the necessary modification on the view and saved. Then copied error.do controller and actived and tested in development server. It was working fine. So i moved the transport request for this object to quality system. When i tried to test the same thing in quality system, changes done in views are not reflecting.
When i checked the entries in table BSP_APPLC, i didnt find any. I hope this is the reason why my changes in views are not reflected.
Can anyone have idea, why it is not happening so. Kindly help.

Ensure that in table BSP_APPLC is an entry for cprojects linking to your own aplictaion Zcprojects and is activated.
I guess you have to reactivate the BSP_CUSTOMIZE in target system again.
Please remeber: BSP_CUSTOMIZE is not supported officially.

Error Addition to stock of material A in storage type 002 is not allowed

I am doing GR for PO in WM. During TO creation I am getting this error Addition to stock of material A in storage type 002 is not allowed. Hence no storage bins can be entered. May I know under what scenarios this type error props up?

WorkManager 6 - Additional fields do not get deleted

I have an issue with WorkManager 6.0 Enhancement.
I have added custom fields to the Workorder object. To do this, I have created a ZWORKORDER class that handles these fields with its setter and getter methods and have as well created ZBAPI and ZSTEPLET classes and configured these in the config panel.
We have added a new structure to the workorder as well.
Downloading the information works fine - it is displayed properly and all data if handeled correctly.
If I now delete the workorder form the device with a sync, it seem to work fine as well - until the last workorder is removed.
If there are no workorders left, it will display text of the last order on the screen in the first tab. Some of the fields I did add are filled and the description if filled as well. The complete rest of this item is empty.
In my finding the additional structure is removed and if I enter the Agentry Test Environment the data is gone there as well. So there is no workorder left or anything like.
So my question: what do I have to do to remove the additional fields and clear them correctly? Do I need to change the REMOVE Bapi and Steplet or have I done wrong something else?
Is there a guide around so I could compare if I did something wrong?
I implemented my own ZRemove classes to be able to debug, but even that did no throw any more light on it.

This is a bug in the Workmanager application. Specifically, a bug in the Agentry platform when it attempts to clean up a Tile Display control after there are no longer any objects because of a deletion. I have run into the scenario you are describing on another project. You aren't doing anything wrong, but need to use some trickery to correct this. If it is just the main detail screen that wont clean up, add another copy of the detail screen to that screenset, call it DetailEmpty or something like that. Leave all the fields positioned as they should be, but remove all the object mappings and update rules on the fields so they never display anything. Next add an enable rule on the new screen that checks to see if the COUNT of the workorders collection equals zero. Put the opposite enable rule on the original detail screen that checks if workorder count > 0. That way only one or the other screen will ever be displayed, and when there are no workorders, you will see blank fields. This workaround is required until Agentry can correct the platform defect.

Easiest way to do it is the following:
- Open the PDF file in Acrobat.
- Go to Tools - Forms - More Form Options - Export Data.
- Save the form data as an XML file somewhere on your system.
- Open XML the file in a plain-text editor (I recommend Notepad++).
- Let's say you want to replace all the years in the dates from "2013" to "2014". Do a global Search&Replace of "2013-" to "2014-" (I added the dash just to make sure that only date fields are edited).
- Save the XML file (maybe under a new name).
- Go back to the PDF file, and now go to Tools - Forms - More Form Options - Import Data.
- Select the edited XML file and import it.
- Done!
