Structure Not defined..!!

Hello friends,
I have created a structure in the columns and trying to insert few characteristics in it.
It is not allowing me to do so and gives the message "Structure Not defined..!!" but if I try to insert KFs in the strcture, it works.
The same is the case if I try entering the Characteristics in the rows in a structure.
In short in a structure I am unable to enter caracteristics

I think u did not take the selection in the structure.
when u r creating a structure just right click on it and select the new selection
Go to the edit mode of new selection and select the characteristics that u want to add in the selection area.

Field in structure 'is not defined in the ABAP Dictionary'

Hi,
I have created an Infoset (SQ01) based on an external program and structure.
These two things are required.
However when I try to generate my Infoset I get an error message for each element in the structure I created in SE11.
The error is:
"<structure_name-field_name> is not defined in the ABAP Dictionary"
Each element in my structure gives this error yet I have defined this in SE11 as a structure and activated it.
These elements are included in my Infoset and as a field group in the infoset.
Has anyone come across this error before and knows how to resolve this problem?

i am learning SAP PP and i hv ides 4.7,
now WHEN SAVING ORDER i.e DURING COST CALCULATION I GET A MESSAGE THAT VERSION 0 IS NOT DEFINED FOR FISACL YEAR 2007,
ON ANALYSING IT LEADS TO T.CODE OKEV BUT HERE SYSTEM DOES NOT PERMIT TO CHANGE THE VERSION, BUT IN ECC 5.0 IT ALLOWS ,
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, CAN ANY ONE PL. HELP ME,

Activation of the indicator is not permitted
Message no. KT253
Diagnosis
You activated an indicator (Plan, Actual, WIP/results analysis or Variance calculation ) in the basic settings for version 1 in controlling area 1000. However, a higher order of settings (general version definition) prevents you from setting this indicator in version 1.
Note
The following should be taken into account when maintaining a version:
In general version definition you decide whether a version is allowed for
     Panning (with the Plan indicator)
     Actual data update (with the Actual indicator)
Note: In Overhead Cost Controlling, actual data is updated in operational version 0.
Actual versions different from 0 are found at present only for delta versions in Activity Based Costing (CO-ABC), and when you work with parallel assesment ( additional versions):
     A data version from results and WIP determination manages (indicator WIP)
     Another version from variance determination manages (indicator Variance)
     A version for exclusive use (field exclusive application)
You must maintain the version basic settings for each controlling area in which you want to update transaction data. General version definition restricts the settings possible for the controlling area:
     If general version definition does not allow plan and/or actual data update for version, this applies to the version in all controlling areas. If plan and/or actual data updating is allowed for a version in general definition, this can be reset for each controlling area separately (unmark the plan or actual indicator).
     Delta versions in ABC may not be used for parallel valuations in the actual; the same goes for versions with exclusive applications. In both cases, the valuation fields may not be maintained.
To set indicators WIP/Results- or Variance-determination the following conditions apply:
     Both indicators may be set only during setup for the controlling area, when they are already established in the higher level general version definition
     If either indicator is already active in the data bank, then the actual indicator may not be subsequently activated
     If the actual indicator is inactive and either of these indicators is active, then the valuations in the corresponding versions and in version "000" must agree
     If the actual indicator is active, then both indicators must be activated
Versions 0 and 1 are used regularly for various purposes by the system, which sets the following limitations/restrictions:
     Version 0 must always be available. It cannot be used exclusively. The plan and actual indicators must always be active.
     The actual indicator may not be activated in version 1.
If these conditions are violated during version maintenance, error messages are issued. There are three types of error message:
1. While maintaining the general version definition, you can only make changes if they do not violate the conditions outlined above.
2. While maintaining the basic settings in the controlling area, the entries must remain consistent with the higher level entries.
3. You want to maintain version 0 or 1. The restrictions outlined above apply.
Use the "Extras" menu option to display the structure of the entries in the complex data object version:
     Select a version and choose Extras -> Version use.
The SAP System shows which controlling areas use this version.
     Select Extras -> Versions in CO area
This displays all versions used in the current controlling area.
The subordinate entries in the hierarchy (settings for each fiscal year, strategic Activity-Based Costing: transactions for a delta versions) will also be shown for both cases.
Procedure
Do not activate the indicator, or change the higher order of settings in the general version definition.

What are you trying to change?
To me you are not suppose to make any changes, you need to select the version "0" and then hit "Settings for each Fiscal year" subfolder.... here you copy the settings of 2006 and change the year to 2007. This should resolve the problem.

[CS4] ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable {ClassName} is not defined

A few days ago I decided to give Matrix3D a try, so I changed my publish setting to target flash player 10, and just to be safe, I hit the test movie magic combo (ctrl-enter) and got the dreaded Error #1065 all over the screen, so, ok, I thought I'll pass on Matrix3D for now, flipped the publish setting back to flash player 9 and I was a happy camper again.
Just now, publishing for flash player 9 fails with the same result. This happens _right after_ a successful build, I moved a few movie clips around on the stage, re-test, and got myself an Error #1065 wall of text in the output window.
Funny fact: this only happens with "test movie" (ctrl-enter). If I "debug" (ctrl-shift-enter) the movie, it compiles and runs just fine with no problem whatsoever.
All the class has been tested to work just before the incident.
Has anyone got this problem before?

I am getting the following error for each of around 520
symbols in my library when I run my .fla file in Flash CS4:
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable {ClassName} is not
defined.
My .fla does not use a document class nor are any of my
classes using the same name. Any ideas on what the problem could
be?

E4x - Variable is not defined

I built an AIR app to store the contact info everyon in my office. The data comes from an XML file and it was all working until I started tinkering and broke it. To trace the problem I built a 20 line test app but still cant get it to work.
I have an xml file with the following structure (it has about 100 contact nodes):

In my app I have an HTTPService with a result type of 'e4x'. On creationComplete I send this service and the result is processed by a method that sets up a var called contactData:
contactData = new XML(e.target.lastResult);
If I then trace contactData..contact or contactData..contact.country I get the results I would expect but then I try to trace only the contacts from a certain country using contactData..contact.(country == "UK") and I get an error saying Error #1065: Variable country is not defined.
I am sure that I have had this working before and there is nothing else happening in the build to break it so I am puzzled.
Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Shared library extended class Error #1065: Variable is not defined

Right, bit of a complicated set-up here. I've got a class structure which includes the View class:
com.website.buttons.MyButton
Then i've got a shared library swc called sharedassets.swc that contains a MovieClip in the library that uses 'com.website.buttons.MyButton' as its 'Linkage Properties' base class, extending with the following empty class:
com.website.timeline.sharedassets.BackButton
Then i've got a second swc that imports the BackButton mc into its own library as a shared library asset, and uses an instance of it on the stage in a MovieClip of it's own called LinearNavBar. LinearNavBar's Linkage Properties are thus:
Class: com.website.timeline.sequence.LinearNavBar
Base class: com.website.navigation.LinearNavbar
Again, 'com.website.navigation.LinearNavbar' is an actual class in the code base, whilst 'com.website.timeline.sequence.LinearNavBar' does not exits (ie: its dynamically created by the swc at compile time). 'Automatically declare stage instances' is unchecked
Over in the class structure in my Flash Builder project, I've got another class
com.website.navigation.Sequence
Which instantiates a new version of LinearNavBar and adds it to the stage:
var navBar:Navbar = new LinearNavBar();
addChild(navBar);
At which point the following error is shown:
ReferenceError: Error #1065: Variable BackButton is not defined.
It seems Flash Builder cannot find 'com.website.timeline.sharedassets.BackButton', even though BOTH compiled swcs are included as part of the projects.
What gives, my friends? I am most heartily perplexed.

I have on the permit debugging option but it says nothing but these errors

Error Infosource is not defined in the source system

I am extracting data into ODS. It was running perfectly till now. But today i am getting this error.and for all packages i run. whether it is transaction data or master data.
I replicated the DataSource and activated all the objects and transfer structure.but still getting the same error.
I even created a new DataSource and infosource but still the error persists. please help me in this matter.

the data is extracted from BW system itself (Self System).
there are three tables linked to each other.I have created an infoset query and creted datasource on that infoset query.
the source system is the same bw system.
The detailed error report is -
InfoSource is not defined in the source system.
Message no. R3005
Diagnosis
The InfoSource specified in the data request, is not defined in the source system.
System response
The data transfer is terminated.
Procedure
In the Administrator Workbench of the Business Information Warehouse, update the metadata for this source system, and delete the InfoPackages belonging to InfoSources that no longer existing .

Infosource 8ZISCMS10 is not defined in the source system

I got an issue when loading the data with in SAP BW (Info source is ODS),It threw an error message stating "Infosource 8ZISCMS10 is not defined in the source system",
Could any one of you help me in this regrad plz,
N:B: I have activated the transfer structure through RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL and replicated the data sources before loading...

When u activate DSO/ODS (say ZISCMS10) it creates datasource (8ZISCMS10) & Infosource (8ZISCMS10)
U can check these at ...... Modeling --> Datasources -> BI -> BI source system name. If it is missing .. reactivate DSO/ODS.
If the load is failing in QA, u should rereactivate DSO/ODS in DEV and transport that to QA.. After transport.. make sure datasource (8ZISCMS10) & Infosource (8ZISCMS10) appears in QA (Modeling --> Datasources -> BI -> BI source system name)

RV13B is not defined in the ABAP dictionary

Hi Experts,
Iu2019ve a requirement to create a smartform,and then save it as a pdf and email. I have all of this done except for one part. At present my email address (for testing purposes) is hard coded as the email address. However I want to automatically pick up the email address to which my form is to be sent.
The email address is found in transaction mn22. The pdf will be emailed to RV13B-PARNR (Partner) based on KOMB-LGORT (storage location). Each storage location is unique.
Iu2019ve put in the following code:
SELECT PARNR FROM RV13B INTO CORRESPONDING FIELDS OF TABLE it_vemail[]
WHERE stor_loc EQ KOMB-LGORT.
However Iu2019m getting the error RV13B is not defined in the ABAP dictionary as a table, projection view or database view.
Could anyone give me some help?

F1 Technical help will not give you the table name in some cases.Instead of the table it will refer to the structure.In such a case you need to get the corresponding table for that field either from SQL trace or searching the possible tables with such field using SE84 which requires a bit of analysis in zeroing on the correct table where you can get the appropriate data related to that field.
SE84>>ABAP Dictionary>>Fields>>table fields.
Give PARNR and get the list of the possible tables containing PARNR as a field.If one is aware of the functionality then it will be easier to zero in on the field and the corresponding table from that list.
SQL trace can help you in tracing out the possible tables used by a transaction code.ie if you do a SQL trace on VA01 you will come to know all the possible tables of VA01.

Error message - attributes of the user inconsistent or not defined

We are in SRM 7.0 have created new plant and some users assigned to this plant.
However when logged into portal page, it gives the error message ' Attributes of the user inconsistent or not defined' see PPOMA_BBP.
When checked in the org structure the data entered are correct.
What could be the reason for this error message.

Please check the following in the org structure in PPOMA_BBP for the users
1. Check whether the attribute for the ITS --URL is given.
2.Check the attribute for the company code is given.
3.Check whether the Roles for the users is given
in addition go to the check tab and check if any Red mark are there.
correct those attribute.
The error is basically related to the PPOMA_BBP only

Sales Orgn not defined for intercompany billing

Wehn I am creating the intercompany billing from delivery company to ordering company, I am getting the error - "Sales Organization not defined", and not allowing to process billing further, but I am finding the sales organization in delivery document.
Any idea how to fix this?

Having the same problem leads me to the idea that this is the place where I am misunderstanding things.
So, I will explain my settings...
A and B are the 2 company belonging to the same group
We have: A sales to B.
Created Vendor_A(maintained for the purchase area appropriate for B - PA_B) and Customer_B (maintained for the sales area appropriate for A - SA_A ).
Sales order is registered by A for the sales area SA_A for Customer_B
Delivery is created - an interesting fact: when looking at delivery at Item details - Financial processing tab - Interco. BillSt - the space is empty and the text says "Not relevant"...
Billing using IV invoice fails with "Sales Organization not defined"...
And yes, in IMG->Enterprise Structure->Definition->Sales and Distribution->Define, copy, delete, check sales organization I have:
Customer_B entered for Cust.inter-co.bill. of the sales organization B...
Any other ideas would be welcomed...

Sales are not defined

Dear Friends
I am using ECC 6.0 IDES
try to create my own enterprise structure by copying std 1000
after completion of define and assigned checked in EC01 which is showing all assignment of enterprise structur
but when I am creating Material MM01
enter Plant, Strg Location and Sales Organisation and Distribution Channel that time error is comming " Sales Org and Dist channel is not assigned. along with sales area is not defined like this message is comming.
but when I am using same procedure to create entrprise sturcture and sales area assigment in 4.7 i am able to create material master records.

This is because the common distribution channel t code VOR1 and common division t code VOR2 assignment is not done
If enterprise structure is correct and do this VOR1 and VOR2 your error will be solved

Since you are using document structure functionality, You are require to create an public folder initially and private folder for each user which is specific to user ID.
If you dont want to create private folder you can select "Select document Via in CV03N screen and select only" Selection screen " and not browser.
If the above changes is done then system will not through an error from CV03N screen"document type not defined"
