Stuck at 21% of the Dreamweaver CS 5.5 installer

Question

My situation before i had troubles:
- CS3 Web Premium installed;
- Dreamweaver CS5.5 upgrade installed over this;
- I tried installing the latest mobile development update for DW CS5.5 but kept getting the U44M1P7 error so i followed this guide: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-u44m1p7-installing-updates-ccm.html (Solution 2)
I deinstalled everything, reinstalled CS3 Web Premium and DW CS5.5 installer told me i didn't have the right serial for an upgrade so i chose the trial version instead with the idea of fixing this issue later on.
Now my situation:
- CS3 Web Premium installed;
- Dreamweaver CS5.5 upgrade installer stuck at 21% for more then 90 minutes now. I tried both the downloaded trial version and the CD version but both get stuck at 21%;
It's stuck at installing Adobe Dreamweaver Widget Browser, that's all i can see.
I also tried rebooting a few times.
Please help.

The log file only get's updated as soon as i stop the installer via killing the process in task manager. There is no other way to stop it because it's stuck. Here is  the part that's added the log file as soon as i do that:
