Stuck at the verification part of creative cloud
I didn't verificative my emailadres within the 72 hours, since the emailadres adobe has is wrong. I noticed it says hotmail whereas i have outlook. I don't receive any codes, thus I can't even log in into creative cloud. what should i do now?

Captivate should be a part of Creative Cloud
Captivate should be a part of Creative Cloud. You are forcing me to a third party vendor.
I agree, though I suppose they look at the applications with the largest number of users, and most users of CC might not value Captivate.
I subscribe to Creative Cloud, so I get a lot of powerful applications, but it would be nice if it included Captivate. -
I'm in the trial period for Creative Cloud - I have about 19 days to go on Photoshop CC on my iMac. Can I use the same CC trial on a second machine? Specifically on a Windows 7 machine?
Nothing personal to you or Rajshee, but this is exactly why I absolutely despise these "community forums" (not just Adobe but any company). I called the Tech Support phone line today after digging and digging for a phone number, and they told me the exact opposite, and they did it a lot faster than it was possible to get a forum response. (That's really not personal, because you can't control that, but it's a fact.)
Their answer: As long as I'm signed in with the same ID, I can try, say, Photoshop CC on my iMac at home and also try Acrobat Pro CC on my Windows 7 machine at work. Same account, same login, one trial.
This makes complete sense to me as I'm financially on the hook (potentially) for the same package. If I give away my login to someone else, which I wouldn't do, I'm still on the hook. This is why the cloud approach to software is such genius and I applaud it.
BTW, 99% of the "community forum" wrong answers come on Microsoft sites, so don't feel bad. -
I have recently updated the new apps via creative cloud now photoshop and bridge no longer work, they open then say they have encountered a problem and close, I also tried opening the old version of photo shop but getting the same result
What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues -
I have a dell all in one desktop and everytime I try to click the download button for creative cloud or photoshop, it says "Creative cloud/photoshop is a desktop app, download it from a computer." This doesn't make any sense.
Which browser are you using to download the application? Whatever browser you're using, it is recommended to clean the browser's cache and then quit the browser, relaunch it and login with your credentials again. If this does not work try another browser..

I downloaded the iOS 7 but it would not install so i tethered it to my computer the connect to iTunes screen came on the iPhone. But after a few minutes, it crashed and iTunes told me it was in recovery mode and that it will be restored to factory setting. After that process, it is stuck on the activation part and will not activate. Please advise!
All of Apple's servers...including the activation servers are pretty much flooded with users like you doing the same thing. Be patient and keep at it...or wait till the traffic to them has decreased and then try again. Coming back to it tomorrow (if that's a viable option for you) will likely increase your chances of not having issues.

Apple has a D.O.A period. If something breaks within 14 days of purchase, it can be swapped for new.
So if it failed within 2 days of purchase, you should have had it swapped for a new one.
I would consider going to an Apple store instead, or contacting Apple online. -
I cannot install the trial version of Adobe Muse as it just keeps showing the thinking icon in the Apps section of Creative Cloud. I am using OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 system on a Mac Pro

I have tried a few times now to install the trail version of Creative Cloud to get the new PS2014 - but it's blank as below. I'm on Windows 7 and this is the first time it's happened (have used this software on this PC before to install other trials)
Hi Fayet16,
Please quit the Creative Cloud desktop application by clicking the settings options and select Quit. Then please follow the following steps:
Go to C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\Adobe and rename the folders "AAMUpdater" and "OOBE",
Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename "OOBE" folder.
Make sure that the files and not hidden as AppData is hidden by default. Then relaunch Creative Cloud desktop application. Let me know for further help.

Yeah I finally had to call Adobe and some there did a screen share with me and they took care of it. I am running OSX 10.9.3 my issue was that the latex OSX update didn't communicate with the app. Like I said Adobe did a screen share with me and fixed it for me I think he just uninstalled and reinstalled and I want to say thats what took care of it.
