Stuck on terms and conditions screen after downloaded rentle movie how do I watch
If you are seeing the Ts & Cs link in the Downloads tab in the iTunes app then that just means that you don't have any ongoing/queued downloads - your film has finished downloading and should be in the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :

Clean install Yosemite stuck at terms and conditions on MacBook Pro
Hello,
I'm clean installing Yosemite on my MacBook Pro, which I downloaded from the app store and booted from the recovery partition
The install has gone fine, but it is now stuck at the 'Terms and Conditions' window - it looks like it's trying to load the terms and conditions, but all I have is the spinning disk and 'agree' and 'back' are greyed out
It's been that way for over twenty minutes
Anyone got any ideas? Is it safe to hard-reset and see if it clears it next time?
Thanks,
WesTry the enter key.

Turned on my ipod. Update available. Updated fine, came to accepting terms and conditions and this is where it all went wrong. Stuck, cannot accept and cannot turn off the the ipod. It is stuck on the terms and conditions. Uninstalled itunes on my computer and reinstalled accepting the terms and condition in my computer. Pluged in my ipod, but still nothing. Just stuck on the terms and conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Let the battery fully drain till the iPod turns off.
Then place it in Recovery Mode for a full restore. (Setup as new when done)
How to enter Recovery Mode:

I'm stuck at Terms and Conditions
Or not exactly stuck, but my phone recently had to be restored and so I am looking to re-download my purchases. Problem is, whenever I try, it asks me to accept the new Terms and Conditions. Fine. But every time I check the box and hit agree it brings me right back to the Terms and Conditions page to accept again. Its maddening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Same here on all my devices AppleTV as well. Driving me nuts.

My Ipod Nano 6th gen is stuck on Terms and Conditions page.
Details - Using Itunes, latest version as of May 6th 2011. Running Windows XP on an Acer Netbook (screen is cracked in bottom right corner, is it blocking anything important on Itunes?)
Problems - 1. Will not let my Ipod sync to Itunes. Won't let Ipod Nano 6th Gen past Terms and Conditions page. I check the box that says "I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions," click save, save to My Documents, and nothing happens. 2. I think it won't sync. The Ipod says "Syncing..." for a few seconds then nothing happens. All the Ipod says is "Connected. Eject before disconnecting.
Possible causes - The only thing I can think of is that I might have disconnected the Ipod before ejecting the first time I plugged it in.I check the box that says "I have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions," click save,
It sounds like you're not seeing all the buttons on that screen, Muffin. So I'd try the following troubleshooting document:

Hello queeny5,
You can force it into recovery-mode; then you can restore it to get past the part that you are stuck at.

Prompt Terms and Conditions while installing AIR application
Can we modify the air installation to prompt for terms and conditions agreement while any customer installs our AIR application?
HI Tedalde2,
Nothing was available regarding that on the internet.
I think that is the only option we have to date and am thinking of doing the same as you said you do.
Thanks. -
