Stuck in dock connecter mode but can also be switched to AirPlay and head phone jack works but not internal speaker?
My Iphone 4S is all the time in dock connector mode. This give me no sound at all then ringtones. If I sett Music to use AirPlay, I get internal speaker to work. Then I have sound when I get SMS and other "biips". Else My 4S is quiet. I can lisen to music in my headphones and it "biips" there.

This is a hardware issue.
To resolve this issue you need to try some unorthodox methods to get some results. Try to insert the headset back into the port and "wiggle" it while pulling it out and then inserting it back in. Try this a couple of times and see if this helps.
The reason for this is because there's a "lever" or spring mechanism that got stuck. No hard reset or soft reset will fix this (I speak from experience).

How can I safely get a broken-off head phone jack out of the receptacle?
The head phone jack broke off in the iPad. It is too far down to remove with tweezers. Any suggestions on how to get it out safely? I sent it to the company and was told that unless I fixed the dent on the corner and scratches to the charging base at a cost of $255, they could not fix it. I'm staying at my house in Peru, South America. From my PC laptop I can see my neighbor's wifi service network, but I also have my mini iPad and I can not figure out why I can't get any wifi connection from my area. Is there a setting I need to do?
Yes, I did try to go on my settings>wifi and was waiting for any wifi signals to pick up, but nothing shows up. But on my PC I get a whole list of networks to choose from. Regarding my neighbor, I already have her password that is why I was able to get it on my PC, the problem is that the mini Ipad is not picking any signal neither can it locate me when I go to maps.

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Use File >> Save As
Choose a different file name so as not to overwrite the original and don't save any changes when closing the original. -
My app store won't work on my iPod Touch 4gen running on ios 6.1.5 and when I open app store it says "cannot connect to iTunes Store" i shut my ipod down and turned it back on but it still dosn't work but it will open on my Mac Book Air. So my I phone 4s volume has decided to pack allowing only my phone to make sounds when I have an incoming call, I can also here fine using facetime and receiving calls. YouTube, soundcloud, any of I players will no longer play sound. I've restored the phone using iTunes on my laptop and checked all the volumes are turned up and the button at the left hand Side of the phone is in the correct position.
Try inserting and re-inserting your headphones 7 or 8 times. Also try cleaning out the headphone jack in case of debris that might be interfering with the connection/disconnection.

Try a Reset of the Phone... You will Not Lose Any Data...
Turn the Phone Off...
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
The Apple logo will Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 10 - 15 Seconds...

I downloaded the iCloud control panel on my PC but can't sign in - message says "This apple ID is valid but not an iCloud account. I've tried the account set up several times but it keeps just spinning me in circles, asking me to sign in and then I get the same message again. You can't setup (create) an iCloud account using a PC. You must use an Apple device, a Mac or an iPhone etc. Once you have created an account you can sign in from your PC.

Congratulations on your new Mac! It sounds like your purchased songs are not playing completely after you downloaded them. I recommend to following steps for an issue like this:
Symptoms
Occasionally, if a song purchased from the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC was not downloaded completely, the song may not play back fully. The song may abruptly stop during playback, and iTunes may start playing the next song in your library or playlist.
Resolution
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.
