Stuck in Outline View - error 129

Illustrator CS (windows version)is stuck in outine view. I've done everything I know to do, but reinstall. I select preview & it goes right back to outline view. Sometimes I receive an "error 129". Can anyone help? Thanks.

Stuck in outline view - flash cs5

I run a school lab with a few users on each machine. One students came up with a problem. She is always in outline view, even when the outline button in the layers panels is not punched. When I log in to the same machine, I do not have the problem. I assume the problem is in the user preferences file. We are on Windows 7. I went into AppData and deleted what I thought was the preferences file, but it continues to return. Anyone have any ideas why I can't get her out of outline view? Adobe Flash CS5

Hello Gurus,
I have a couple of calculation views in HANA and each of them has text fields (like Employee Name, Country Name etc.).
As part of my project requirement, I have join those two views and get all the fields that exist in them.
When I am doing so, I am getting a weird error as shown below.

Upon, researching further, I could see that the value 'TSR HTKD JFSDFM' is the value in text field of Employee Name.
I did try to increase the length of the field and change the data types but nothing has worked.
Could you please help me in getting this one resolved.

But i found a fix :-) .....
This may be a very late reply but it would help people who desperately searching for an answer for this issue.
I used CAST function .. The problem is, we are selecting data from table and of course we dont know the size of the data (attribute) @ runtime. We assign the length by looking at the table attr length or view op attr length. But what happens is the junk data which exceeds the limit of the allocated space hence we get this error.
So i used CAST function to truncate the excess junk values (may be spaces).
Example:
I have a ATTR view of date in the format YYYY-MM-DD which means 10 char size.
In my CALC view I have created date OP column of VARCHAR(10) but I get the above error for no reason. Eventhoug i am 100% sure about my ATTR date would be max of 10 char my CALC view is failing @ runtime.
So i did a CAST on date as CAST(my_date as varchar(10)) and the magic happend. It works .......
But you need to be careful in using this because if you use CAST you may lose data. Careful. In my case i dont.
Somebody from HANA team should look at this issue from SAP and solve this. I am sure it is a serious bug from HANA (eventhough i am using SAP HANA SP09 Rev 92 the most latest as of today !!!!!!!!!! )

How do I delete objects that only show up in outline view?

I have hidden objects in a file that only show up in the outline view. It will not let me select them and it's making the file larger then it needs to be. Any ideas to be able to get rid of these unwanted objects? Thanks!

There is nothing that is locked and it's only one layer. The normal view shows the ad as I need it but when I switch it to outline view there is a completely different ad stuck behind it, it will not let me select any of it to delete it and its making my file size way larger then needed. I tried to make a new file and move the normal ad over but it takes the entire thing with it. There has to be a way to get rid of that ad that's found its way in there somehow.

Error 129

Today I installed Robohelp 7 onto a test machine and
converted our Word help file. Everything LOOKS like it should be
going fine and dandy.
Obviously that isn't the case, or I wouldn't be posting here.
We generate two help files - a WinHelp 2000 and HTML Help.
The HTML help works wonderfully - no issues, headaches, etc.
However, the WinHelp 2000 file claims that a number of "Topics do
not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated file."
Yet, the file is there, the HTML help works fine - why is WinHelp
2000 bein a pain in my bootie?
Winhelp 4 works fine as well - I thought of possibly tossing
that to the developers and seeing if they could make use of that.
But if my Spidie-senses are correct, that isn't going to fly. I've
read Robohelp's less-than-inspiring help file on error 129, and it
gives 3 possible reasons for the error. The first two aren't a
problem, and I can't determine if #3 is or not as the steps they
give below that for a work-around don't make sense to me. (..what
Contents tab? See below)

I have this exact same problem as I try to compile a WinHelp
4 out of Word documents. It's a little different that the word
Documents are all in Chinese, but the problem remains whether I
switch out English docs.
Recompilations do seem to allow random files to be
(un)available as you've already figured out, and the RH7 help is
not very helpful.
I've been making quite a bit of progress now. From the main
application, I would open the TOC tab, next to the Project tab at
the bottom. I would then navigate to the problem topic. Open the
topic which opens Word, next I open the footnote section which
specifies the Topic ID (I'm not sure if this is how your authoring
works). Then with the footnote section open, save the Doc, then
compile.
Now for some reason, I don't remember how I figured this out,
but I have to repeat this step once more. Then I no longer get that
error when trying to navigate to the topic from the compiled help.
I have no idea why twice, but it's been working exactly like that
so far.

Try switching it back from landscape to vertical. Or, go to settings and see if you have any special setting turned on that enable only landscape view. Also, try hooking it up to your computer and charging it to see what happens.

Calendar app stuck on year view

iPhone 4S running OS 8.1 - Calendar app stuck in year view. Shows todays date in red but when you try to go to "Today" nothing happens. Any thoughts?

There is more than one place to change time. If you set the time to local, you need to go into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar>scroll down to the bottom under calendar and set the time zone support there for the local time zone.

How do I number a Pages document in outline view

I have a very long document done in outline view and I want to print it with pages numbers. They do not show up in the outline view. I have them in the regular (non-outline view) but they disappear when I go to outline view. The file is 50 pages long. I really need the page numbers.
The header and footer items are checked in the Document inspector, but they do not appear in the outline view when I try to click on them.

The document wont print in an outline mode anyway. It will print in normal mode with page numbers even if you see it outlined on the screen.

Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer Error in 1 Workstation after upgrade of PL

Hi all,
We just upgraded SAP from 8.82 PL02 to 8.82 PL15.
Afterwards, in just 1 workstation, Crystal Reports layouts have Crystal Report Windows Forms Viewer error I attach.
Before the upgrade this error did not happen.
No permissions or authorizations were changed in the workstation.
The Crystal Reports layouts remain working fine in server and in the other workstations.
In the workstation following are installed:
- Operating System Windows 7;
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5;
- SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for. NET Framework;
- Crystal Report 2008 Runtime SP6;
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Native Client.
All, but the operating system, are equal to the other workstations.
User has edit access to SAP folders, temp and access to the attach path.
We already uninstalled SAP client and client agent and re-installed it but with no avail.
Can anyone help me?

Calendar stuck in year view

On my iphone 4 using ios7.02 the calendar is stuck in year view. There are no tabs. I can't escape. I tried quitting and restoring the phone, that did not work. How do I get back to the classic month view with the tabs?

Why is "Calendar" stuck in "Month View"?

For some reason, Calendar on my iPhone refuses to get back into daily view (which is what I used in the past). Instead, it is stuck in month view or, if I turn it sideways, shows 3 days at a time. I can go even further out to year view (arrow top left) and back to month view by tapping anywhere inside the calendar. But tapping on a date within the month view just highlights that date. I can add a LIST at the bottom of the display by tapping the 3rd icon from the right, but I don't get an overview of my day (with a timeline indicating present time) as I used to. Is this a new feature? (In which case, a curse be upon you, Apple) Or a bug? (how to fix?) Or am I just too stupid (a distinct possibility…)? I've tried tapping every icon on the screen, swiping in all 4 directions, and even looking under "Settings" - but I can't find a way out. Help anyone?

That's exactly what I tried - tapping on a day, but the view didn't change (except the list at the bottom showed the newly selected day).
However, I finally figured it out: tapping the day in "month view" ONLY works if there is NO list displayed at the bottom. So once I toggled the list view off (by tapping the 3rd icon from the right, at top), I could change into the customary day view by tapping on the day. Strange! Maybe that should be explicitly stated in the page you quoted

Outline View In Isolation Mode + Scrollable font list on mac like its on PC

I would love to have outline view available when in isolation mode.. Not sure why its not available.. Also would like to have the scrollable font list on the mac version like how it is on PC..

Outline view is available in CS4. At least on a mac, OSX 4.11.

I am using a cascaded mapping in my OM. I have a graphical mapping followed by the Java mapping. It is a flat file to IDOC mapping. Everything works fine in Dev but when I transport the same objects to QA, the Operation mapping though it doesn't fail in ESR testing tool, gives the following message and there is no output generated for the same payload which is successfully tested in DEV. Please advise on what could be the possible reasons.

There seems to be an invalid xml payload which causes this error in ESR not generating the tree view. Please find the similar error screenshot and rectify the payload.
