Stuck in Windows heck! pls help!!

Question

I need to deliver a website to a client, and she's a PC user who wants a CD-ROM. So far, my trials and errors are:
1. Downloaded my site with Sitesucker, and again with WebDevil, to preserve directory structure locally. In each case, burned folder to a new CD on Mac, then tried to open files in Windows browsers.
Result: "Can't find the file at /G:/etcetc"
2. Copied folder onto thumb drive, then opened folder in Win browser.
Result: worked fine.
3. Compressed the folder on Mac to create a zip file, burned that file onto CD, tried to copy from CD onto Windows desktop.
Result: "can't copy or move" folder, which has a lock icon on it in Windows.
Any suggestions much appreciated!

Why? Don't you have the site's files locally already? Just
copy the root
folder's contents in their entirety, and burn it to the CD.
All your client would have to do then would be to upload
those files to the
root of the hosting account.
